We have owned our villa (Villa St George) in Cyprus for 8 years (as of Dec 2014). Steven and his company LetsRentOnline has been our Letting Agent since we purchased it. We just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for your passionate work and efforts during 2010 – the first full holiday let year for Villa Scandinavia. We have been very satisfied with your work, and all we hear from guests and Christina and Alex (our property managers) is good. My experiences since purchasing my two bedroom apartment in Paphos had certainly been tainted by some poor and misguided assistance by other letting agents. As a novice the service that i have received from yourselves was second to none, i have always felt that everything you have ever suggested has been the right advice, be it insisting on drawing up a ‘proper’ tenancy agreement (others promised and were never forthcoming and also by matching my property to a tenant who was the ideal person (and still is!)
