''The Villa was lovely it had some great features the super king bed was perfect. The pool was one of the best private pools we have ever used, lots of outside space and great views.

The location is a little isolated from shops restaurants and bars, but perfect if you want a quiet holiday.

It's approx 10mins driving to Tala where there are some lovely restaurants including our favourites Melitzia, 30mins away you have Coral Bay.

The service from Ben & Glen was outstanding very helpful friendly and did a lovely job of servicing the Villa.

Once again the service from Steven is outstanding great communication always helpful and always willing to help anyway he can.

We will be returning to Cyprus next year.

Please use any comments as you wish, and a really big thank you from us!

Regards

Shirley & Geoff

Dear Geoff/Shirley

Thank you so much for your very kind review. We appreciate greatly your repeat custom time and again with us. We are very pleased you enjoyed your stay at Villa Callista with particular comments about the lovely pool area. Although bigger hubs of restaurants lie elsewhere, Tremithousa Village does host a few tavernas that other guests have enjoyed as well as very large bakery and 24 hour takeaway. There are other amenities like a small supermarket, pharmacy and more. Hunters Cafe which is getting great feedback is only a few minutes walk from the villa. Thank you again for writing such positive comments and we look forward to welcoming you back soon. Best wishes.

'Fantastic villa. Very well presented. Ideal location for us in a small village. Good service information was clear. Answered every question & emailed very promptly .''

''Amazing villa, as it was last year. We had the most amazing holiday, thank you!

Perfect location. The view is lovely, and high enough to benefit from the light breeze too cool us down from the summer sun. Shame about the noisy neighbours though....not something you can do anything about!

We frequented Mario's Bar in Tala, for very well priced drinks and food (which was also lovely). Went to Corallia Beach which was beautiful and well equipt with sunbeds and umbrellas. Did paddle boarding with Carla (SUP tours) from Agias Georgias beach where we got to see turtles.

Absolutely satisfied with your services, for the 3rd time of going to one of your villa's! Ben communicated well with any questions or requests of suggestions (she suggested Corallia Beach).

Thanks again Steven and wishing you a great rest of the year. Kind regards. Sarah and Ricky, and family..''

''The villa was lovely and very spacious.

Excellent location, very quiet, but in walking distance of a small bar, large bakery, supermarket and a couple of Tavernas if you didn't feel like driving. Highly recommend Martikas Kitchen in Tala, about a 10 minute drive, Tweedys in Kissonerga which was about 15 minutes by car and Old Town Restaurant in Polis. All serve fabulous food.

As always your service has been fabulous. The local managers were excellent, we had a small problem with the electric fob, but this was sorted out within 15 minutes.

We already rebooked this property for 2025.

Once again thank you for providing such a wonderful and faultless service and we will see you again next year..''

''Great Villa and Great Location with a car. The Buggy hire in Akamas National park from Latsi was incredible. We hired one from STS (i think) from 9am and we were the only ones at the blue lagoon for nearly an hour and had the other coves almost to ourselves. Sea like the Caribbean in places. Stunning. Kiniras Traditional restaurant in Pafos was incredible. Amazing food, off the scale service and the best value meal we had in cyprus. Not just a restaurant but a whole cultural experience.

Extremely satisfied with your service and that of the local management. 100%.''

''The villa was fabulous. Took a little finding but after a couple of days we were fine. The view was amazing

The wine tasting and lunch trip at the Kolios vineyard, highly recommended.

The service from yourselves as agent was top notch, very responsive to emails. The managers dealt with our issues as quickly as they could subject to other external services. Very happy to recommend your service..''

''Overall the property was excellent. The furniture quality was very good and much nicer than other similar villas we have stayed in and the heated pool was excellent compared to other pools we have had. The views are spectacular.

We purposely chose this location, but recognise it might not suit everybody. We would say a car is essential. The local 24/7 bakery is superb. There is a local ‘Smart’ supermarket that is a bit like home bargains in the UK and sells very well priced ambient goods.

The Alphamega supermarket is the nearest I’ve found to Waitrose in Cyprus! However the Lidl down the hill from the property is brilliant.

The service from you has always been first class. I would hesitate to book elsewhere..''

''We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Callista, and were so pleased we decided to stay remote from the hurly burly of Paphos itself. Although the directions appear complex initially, we soon got to know the lanes around that area and had no problems finding our way around. Having the local bakery and the organic shop meant that we were able to buy many things easily with just a couple of trips to the supermarket downtown.

The property was excellent, as described, although the view was even more stunning that we had expected! The pool was cleaned twice during our stay, and having the heated water meant it was perfect for the little children.

We ate out several days, our favourite meal being at Oniro by the Sea, but all the meals at tavernas or beach bars were excellent.

Your service has been exemplary Steven – thank you so much for all the information and the help you have provided. Ben was also extremely nice and provided us promptly with one or two extra kitchen items we needed, and that extra shopping for the first 24 hours was really kind!

Should we return to Paphos I would have no hesitation in re-booking Villa Callista for a self catering stay again..''

''The Villa was brilliant and suited all our needs, so good we have already booked for next year. Location was perfect and we enjoyed visiting Marion’s Bar, Melitzia and the cafe by the amphitheatre in Tala. We received prompt and helpful service from all concerned in relation to our booking and stay..''

''We had a fantastic holiday in the villa. It has really good size bedrooms, bathrooms and a wonderful open plan living area. The views are amazing and the pool is great. we cant fault the villa in any way. Tremithousa is a great little village with an amazing 24hr bakery that is a place that has to be visited. The acropolis restaurant serves a lovely set menu lunch for 12 Euros (inc wine), large portions and excellent food.

Steven at Lets Rent has been fantastic and the communication has been superb from start to finish. He has gone out of his way to help with Car hire, Taxis and airport transfers to name but a few.
we had a slight problem with one of the toilets, but it was dealt with the next day and the maintenance guys were really friendly. My family and I will definitely use the villa again.

Thankyou for a lovely holiday. Marc.''

''Villa was absolutely brilliant. Loads of good restaurants in paphos. Zoo was good and coral bay was a nice place. Really happy with how you treated us thanks. Thanks to owners for letting us stay in villa all day on final day as we had late flight..'

''Absolutely perfect villa. Plenty of space around, kitchen was well equipped. Sofa and outside seating perfect for day and night. Wish pool was heated as was a bit chilly in there but never stopped the kids everyday and even I got in a few times. Felt like home from home as everything we needed and wouldn't hesitate to go back to same villa. The villa pack had everything we needed to help us figure bits out after my kids spent to much time in the shower and used all the hot water.

Great location and fantastic view that I never got bored of seeing each day I woke up. Bit of a pain to get to on the first day due to sat nav trying to take us in the road you couldn't get through. I'm guess a local dispute with land.

Restaurants we loved were.
Porto antico
orniro by the sea. Great at sunset
martikas kitchen
Melitzia tavern
Samisen

Trip to the zoo and up the mountains was lovely.
The local bakery was amazing. And only a short walk each morning for fresh pastries and lots more

Everything was as expected from yourselves And kept informed all the way along. No issues at all with local management. Nice to get there and a few essentials for us to start with, especially the bottle of wine. It was brilliant place to stay and really struggled to think of anything to improve.'

''On behalf of all family and myself a massive thank you for your cooperation in answering our questions regarding the villa. All of us had a wonderful time and we found the villa perfect for all our needs. We would highly recommend this villa for families of 4-8 people the views from the pool area overlooking Paphos were stunning especially at night. We ate locally and in Paphos and found all restaurants very child friendly. The 24 hour bakery was also used many times as well
We went to celebrate my wife’s 60th birthday and whilst we had been to Cyprus before our daughter’s hadn’t. It is not out of question that we wouldn’t return to Cyprus again. The Acropolis near the bakery was very good but overall we found all restaurants and people exceptionally good and helpful . Thank you once again for a great week. Cheers Malc'

''Villa Callista was a dream home for us. Beautifully furnished with plenty of room for our family of six. The kitchen was equipped with everything for cooking. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and so was the pool and terrace. The view was overwhelming beautiful.

We loved the location, also for the spectacular view. The neighborhood was small and very quiet which we appreciated very much. We found the village cozy and the inhabitants of Tremithousa were very friendly. We can recommend the local tavern Acropolis and the Italian restaurant Duomo in Paphos. The local bakery which is open 24/7 and sells delicious bread, fresh coffee, pastries and cakes as well as delicious takeaway. As excursions we can recommend the Adonis Waterfall, also for swimming. Further Coral Beach with a beautiful sandy beach.

We were very satisfied with the service of the LetsRentOnline.Com agent. In our case with Steven. Communication with him was fast and without problems. We also appreciated all the information he gave. We were very satisfied with the contact of the local manager. We cannot suggest areas for improvement, for us our stay at Villa Callista was perfect. Even more than that. It has exceeded our expectations

we had a wonderful holiday at Villa Callista and flew back early this morning with the very best memories. Villa Callista is the perfect house to stay in a top location. Thanks for everything. Kind regards, Clara

'' We had a great time on holiday it went too quick!! The villa was perfect and the location was great too. The villa was Clean, well layed out. Good TV. Comfortable beds. Good utilities. Outside pool furniture and BBQ of good quality. Best villa we've stayed in!!!

Bit hard to find using sat nav (your written instructions were better and we used them to
find our villa). Beautiful view of the sea from the villa and ideal location for amenities eg shops.
Definitely satisfied with your service. Very thorough and attentive. Very greatful for the extra help you gave too.

Local managers were very friendly. They updated us with the latest Corona virus rules that were useful. We were very thankful to have the extra time on the last day too. Thankyou so much for your time and effort in dealing with us. We will be looking to use your services again for next year's holiday. Kind regards, Angela ''

'' Fantastic villa! Callista is a really high quality villa … it’s main selling points were those magnificent fold back doors which open up the whole of the living space to the outside area … the pool itself (really warm – is that because of the recent hot spell?) … and the view towards Paphos. You were right to suggest that Tremithousa was not as “touristy” as Peiya … perhaps an understatement (!) Seemed very remote initially – but we soon discovered that the village had enough to cater for our needs and the car gave us access to everything else we needed. The local 24 hour bakery proved to be extremely useful!

Ruth sorted out the problems with the internet (an Engineer was needed and gave us some local knowledge). … and finally … a word of thanks to you. Your patience when responding to emails, changes of plans, offering advice etc, is nothing short of superb – and I am very pleased that we found your website a few years ago. As you know – I already have one of my employees staying at Paros next year, and I have no hesitation in recommending your Company to anyone who will listen to me! W
e loved the Villa and will be strongly recommending it to our group of friends for a future rental.Jacqui and I are both very happy customers! I’ll be back in touch soon (I hope!)''

'' This is an excellent property, one of the best villas we’ve stayed at. We were really impressed with it. The swimming pool kept itself clean and topped up, we never once had to remove any insects.

Set in a quiet location with stunning views. We went to a restaurant recommended by Ruth, To Tavernaki on Polis road. Traditional Cypriot restaurant, excellent value and friendly family service. My Son and his family hired a self-drive boat from Latchi Watersports and was impressed with their professionalism and focus on safety. Happy with your services as always.

We had a couple of problems and reported these to Ruth. Communication excellent and problems resolved quickly. We had no water one day, due both to a broken pump and no mains water, and were impressed with the number of different trades (maintenance, plumber, electrician) who turned up one after the other to get our supply back again.''

''The property was spacious , very clean and well equipped . The pool was excellent and was well maintained throughout our stay. The location was great , we loved the peace and quiet , but not too far away from the local restaurants and Paphos town. The Taverna you recommended was brilliant very friendly and food was lovely , we ate out every night and found a good Indian restaurant think was called Maharaja, we were able to book ahead for most places and this worked out really well and everyone was really helpful.
We were really impressed with the communication with yourselves and appreciated all the help as it was our first villa holiday. We are looking to go back to Cyprus next year in a villa again and would definitely recommend this property, we had a great family holiday.
Thank you :) .''
A Gift to the Local Management Team - From Guests Golding who departed on 15th Sept 2019

Review submitted by Claire from UK (Submitted: 06/07/2019)

''Upon arriving at Villa Callista, we were immediately struck with how well maintained the villa was. Everything was pristine, ready and waiting for guests to arrive – from towels laid out on each bed to a welcome note with additional information laying on the dining table.

The information booklet was useful and easy to find and navigate through. The pool was picturesque and all outside furniture was in good condition, as well as there being ample seating around the outside area for everyone. The additional shade cloth added to the outside area was a game-changer and certainly made a world of difference in the hotter times of the day.

Whilst there, there was one item that required some maintenance, however the host kept us abreast of everything revolving around that work, and the work was done quickly and quietly and was arranged around our schedule. The villa is well stocked in terms of amenities such as ample crockery and cutlery, cleaning products and cookware.

All in all, this was a holiday that was great in itself, but was topped off with the finer details thanks to Villa Callista. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking to stay in Tremithousa.
Kind regards, Claire

''The villa was clean and well presented and met our expectations of a holiday villa. It had good views of the sea and surrounding area. Local shops and restaurants were within a 10-15 minute walk but it is best to have transport to travel further. It is situated in a quiet area which has very little road traffic. We recommend the Melitzia tavern at Tala, we ate there 4 times during our stay at the villa. We were very satisfied with your service and that of the local managers. We intend to visit Cyprus next year with the intention of looking for a long term let. Since 2007 we have stayed in villas 11 times..''

''Massive thanks from myself and the boys. The trip was a huge success and I am pretty sure that we will be back next year. Weather didn’t play ball and we were rained off one day but used Aphrodite Hills a lot for our training. No problems at all with the villa for the duration and the boys had a great time..even in the pool which was a great forfeit for the worst players on the day :)

The villa was excellent and served our needs completely. Highly recommend. We were only 25 minutes to Aphrodite Hills and 12 minutes to Minthis so it was ideal. We would recommend Pizzeria Italian “La Sardegna da Gino” excellent. We were 100% satisfied with all service. We had 1 issue and dealt with immediately

Looking forward to 2020 already.

Thanks again for making the process so easy.

Kind regards, Spencer H- Scottish National Boys Golf Coach.''
