Agia Sofia is a colourful and executive villa located in Tremithousa, near Tala, Paphos, boasting the most stunning views across it's large private pool towards the Mediterranean Sea.
DETAILS OF THE INTERIOR
Relax and enjoy your holiday in this stunning new 4 bed villa built by a quality, independent developer who has ensured the highest of standards throughout.
The main door is situated along a very neat, established & interesting garden with various tropical plants to admire. The main door provides direct access to the large spacious open plan living, dining & kitchen area. The modern use of red, grey, black & white create a very impressive living space which is full of all the essential living necessities. The expansive open plan area hosts a large corner sofa with a large TV in the corner. Major premium channels being included make this ideal for chilling when it gets too hot or sitting by the stove on an off-season evening.
One of the villa’s main features is the fully retractable glass patio doors which allow you to see the stunning view of the immediate patio/pool area following on to the undisturbed views of the immediate countryside and coastline.
The fully equipped kitchen offers all the essentials you will need to enjoy the property to its most, with all the mod cons you would expect to find. The addition of 3 stools along the breakfast bar of the kitchen area offers you, as guests the ability to grab a snack or chill with a cool drink in your hand as you chat with the family members while food is prepared. The property has been fitted throughout with air-conditioning units in all the living and sleeping areas to allow you to have the maximum comfort during your stay.
In the dining area, the glass topped & metal framed dining table offers seating for 6. While for larger groups the outside table is extendable to accommodate 8-10 comfortably. In various points throughout the outside space the addition of extra tables & chairs creates a lovely opportunity to enjoy a moments peace or space should you wish it.
Moving through the villa from the lounge area past a very modern seating area, the first bedroom is accessed on the right hand side. This bedroom offers a large king-sized double bed & 2 bedside tables & lamps. 2 full length wardrobes ensure you have ample space for your personal belongings.
Upon leaving the bedroom immediately to the left is the downstairs bathroom. This large space has a double shower cubicle with WC & wash basin.
Once back out in the living area, you will notice the staircase with its striking artwork. Once on the first floor, the large bright airy landing space has again been created into a relaxation area to chill out with a book & a drink should you wish to.
This floor accommodates the 3 further bedrooms within the villa. To the right of the stairs you will find another separate bathroom for use by the 2 twin rooms (can be made to doubles). There is a small balcony with a contrasting wooden surround which will allow you to enjoy the morning sunshine with views of the mountains or the cool shade of the day in some peace & quiet. Next to this is the first of the twin bedrooms offering colour and bright space with again full length wardrobes for your belongings.
As we continue back across the landing to the left is the other twin bedroom offering a comfortable sleeping area with a view from this window down over the pool & garden and then out to the stunning view of the sea & coastline in the distance.
The master bedroom also offers spacious sleep space with a large King-sized bed & wardrobe while offering its own en-suite bathroom with a large double shower cubicle, wash hand basin & wc. The view from this bedroom is breath-taking. The large patio door leading out onto the part shaded pergola balcony offers you a truly stunning 180 degree view of the countryside, towns & villages in front and the sea & coastline views.
The property further benefits from ceiling fans and fly-screens in all bedrooms. It is fully air-conditioned. Pool/Beach Towels are included as are extras such as 2 x hairdryers. A travel cot and highchair can be provided upon request.
**The current IPTV system features most UK Sky channels (premium sports, documentaries, movies & music included) as well as many channels in German, Spanish and Russian. It also features a library of 250 movies which is regularly updated.**

DETAILS OF THE EXTERIOR
From the balcony of the master bedroom, there is also a metal spiral stairway which leads to the fully enclosed terrace on the roof, offering a truly stunning 360 degree view from the villa of mountains, & sea views.
The roof terrace comes with the option of seating & table or 2 sun loungers for you to truly enjoy undisturbed sunshine.

This truly stunning villa is set within its own completely secure walled garden.
The driveway is accessible via a push-pull sliding metal gate & the full length gate allows pedestrian access to the property also.
The villa is fully secured around the boundary from a mixture of lockable gates, walls & glass screen fencing to the front. The driveway can easily accommodate 2-3 cars
The centrepiece of the outside areas is the stunning 11m long x 4m wide private pool (heated outwith summer**) with Roman Steps for ease of access. Below the pool is a second patio for lounging in the sun, sitting admiring the views and general relaxation. The glass balustrade at the boundary ensures clear views of the stunning landscape and sea at all times.

Villa Agia Sofia is situated in the breathtaking hills of Tremithousa which is just on the Northern edge of Paphos. Its elevated position ensures all-round town and sea views which can be enjoyed from the landscaped garden, swimming pool and from most rooms of the house. Only a 15 minute drive from the Blue Flag beaches at Coral Bay and from the centre of Paphos, Tremithousa is a popular location for visitors, ex-pat residents and holiday home owners alike.
Looking down on the main town of Paphos (out to the Med), this is a more traditional village which allows you to see the quieter way of life yet still offers all the local amenities you would require. Within 800m from the villa is the village square where you find a cafe/bar called 'Hunters Cafe' which offers an array of food & drink at various times of day & night. There is also a main hub of shops offering a larger choice from bakers (24 hours wth hot and cold food takeaway), supermarkets, more choice of eateries, petrol station & kiosk meaning anytime you find yourself needing to get something, there is somewhere close by to allow you to do so.
The village of Tremithousa sits proudly on the hill above Paphos, giving you stunning view of the city & areas. It also has easy access to the main Polis road & quick links to the motorway making it a perfect location to be for you to do your sightseeing towards Limassol, Larnaca & the Troodos mountains.
There is also a direct road to Tala which has a brilliant atmospheric village square where food & drink is offered all day & night. The monastery of Tala is also an excellent visitor attraction. Paphos Town can be reached in 10 minutes or less and the beaches and coastline at Coral Bay and Paphos are just 15 minutes away.
Neighbouring Tala offers a peaceful location with a good village heart including the impressive monastery (with cafe and cat sanctuary) and a fine selection of bars, restaurants, traditional tavernas and other eateries. Just outside Tala into the hillside is ‘Vatouthka', a family run Taverna with amazing views and atmosphere. The Sunday lunch buffet is the best value around and booking is always advisable.
Neighbouring villages Emba and Mesogi offer a further choice of restaurants and shops away from the main tourist areas. Mesogi is home to 2 large bakeries and couple of the best traditional tavernas around.
Kelftiko night at Vassos' taverna on a Thursday is a must do. Great traditional atmosphere, authentic food, music and dancing until late.

''The villa is amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything about it was just wow! Perfect location, far enough away from the city for the peace and quiet yet only a few minutes drive by car to get down to the city. We enjoyed the silence and tranquility in the evenings Paphos has too many to mention, apart from the obvious historic sights such as the Mosaics and Tomb of the Kings, the harbour with its numerous restaurants and bars is a great place to end the day. As for restaurants, there were 2 standouts for us during our stay in Paphos. We had great steaks at Balkania Restaurant but our favourite of all restaurants was Lichnari Taverna (great traditional foods and friendly owners). We enjoyed the drive out to Aphrodite's Bath (we didn't do the walk or get to see the Blue Lagoon, but enjoyed the scenic drive). Swimming at Coral Beach is a must (such a beautiful beach). A day trip to Pissouri beach was a highlight and coming back we stopped over at Petra Tou Romiou restaurant for drinks overlooking the ocean with stunning views. Very satisfied with your service. Faultless really. Communication was excellent locally also. Well done! .'' |

''We have had a wonderful time at villa Agia Sofia, such a beautiful location and the panoramic views are absolutely breathtaking, morning till night. The villa was clean, well presented and very spacious for our family, everything we needed was there and cannot fault it in anyway. A perfect place to stay. Even the neighbours across the road were lovely, very friendly and helped us arrange taxi’s a few times to ensure we got a decent rate and address correct. I would say a car is essential when staying and the directions were clear and easy to follow. After a few trips, were very easy to find your way around the local area. A few local shops within walking distance if needed including 24hr bakery/ small supermarket, coffee shop and an organic shop which has fresh local fruit and veg every Saturday morning. Everything else you could need is within a 10 minute drive and very easy to find. A few of my family require a gluten-free diet and plenty of options available in all larger supermarkets & restaurants which was great. A special mention for The Windmill restaurant Paphos for a wonderful birthday meal and very helpful with our dietary needs, also Pingouino restaurant Paphos as they have very good gluten free options also. A highlight of our holiday was the recommendation from Steven to Latchi water sports centre, we hired a self drive boat to explore the coast and blue lagoon. As a complete novice, they explain everything very well and have plenty of patrol boats who are on hand to help out at all times. This is an amazing day out and would highly recommend it. Lastly I would just like to thank Steven at Let’s Rent online.com, the service, communications and all instructions have been excellent from start to finish and made our holiday perfect. ''Can I just say your service was exceptional and we had a great time! It was a lovely villa and very clean. The pool is exceptionally clean and a perfect size. As everything is very close by really the location is perfect as long as you have a car. The view over Paphos is stunning especially at night and it is very quiet and private. Once you get used to the village itself it becomes very easy. There is everything you need with restaurants close by and even a Lidl 10 minutes away! The restaurants on the Harbour by the castle are lovely and especially the fish restaurant where sitting by the sea wall we had a turtle visit us! The service and communication was first class at all times with no delays in answering queries or orgnaising extras like the cot we needed. Very happy with the local manager also, we requested the safety fence in front of the pool, as we has a small toddler with us and it was put up the next morning. Many thanks..'' |

''We really enjoyed our stay and thought the villa was lovely, spacious and very clean. It had all the amenities we needed. The pool and view were amazing and the open plan living downstairs was great for us with kids being in the pool and being able to sit and watch. Location was perfect for us. We hired a car from the airport and it was easy to find using your directions. A few bakeries and supermarkets close by which is perfect. We did have to drive everywhere to eat but we all bbq'd at the villa some days. The sunsets were stunning from the villa. We went to Tala quite a few times and love Melitzia and Voukani. I have been to both of these before (last year) and really enjoyed them so took my family back there. I would also highly recommend Agora Tavern in Paphos old town. It was delicious food and an amazing view of sunset over the sea. No menu, just all mezes - meat and vegetarian. Very satisfied with your service. Communication was great - very prompt and responsive. The local managers were excellent and friendly. We were very pleased when they turned the pool heating up by a degree or 2 - it made such a difference to how long our children could spend in the pool and they loved it. We absolutely loved the villa and are considering going again next year. We had a brilliant stay and once the flights are out for October 2023 we will be booking again.'' |

''The property is located in a quiet location with outstanding views. It is well equipped and there is everything you need including a football table that is a great addition and we used it well. The pool was so clean and well maintained. The pool team maintained and cleaned it twice a week which was done early in the morning so as not to intrude on our holiday. We arrived late at night but the instructions given were excellent and the Villa was well lit externally so we had no difficulties settling in. We would recommend Martelli’s pizza restaurant on the Tomb of the Kings Road, freshly made pizza and delicious desserts. We reported two minor issues to the villa manager which were resolved very quickly, within 3 hours. We cannot fault the service from Steve and his team and will definitely book again through his company.'' |

Tremithousa is well situated just outside both Paphos town itself and Tala. You would find a car a definite asset the shops are 15 minutes walk away and only a few bars close by. To get to the actual villa was a bit awkward around the village with google trying to take you down an unconnected road but once mastered was easy. Recommend Melitiza in Tala, The Aphrodite Rock Microbrewery in Tsada and Gustoso in Paphos for the Sunday buffet lunch As previously experienced excellent service and communication from yourselves have recommended to others highly satisfied. Didn't speak to local managers but spoke to owner who made several recommendations in local area and was very helpful Not really any improvements we can suggest. We loved the location of the villa, it was a lovely peaceful area, just a short walk to shops and pubs. The views from the back of the villa were stunning, such a beautiful outlook over Paphos. We would highly recommend Ollies Taverna just a short walk away from the villa, for both food and drink. Their homemade chips are delicious! We would also recommend the 24 hour bakery about a 15 minute walk away, they have a lovely variety of hot meals to take away. If you're looking for somewhere to do a general shop though, the express shop a few yards away is much cheaper. The communication was fantastic, any queries we had were answered in a timely, detailed manner. We would highly recommend LetsRentOnline.Com and would book through them again. The local managers couldn't have been more helpful. We contacted them a couple of times whilst we were staying at the villa and they were readily available and sorted any issues we had very quickly. Notes to Rental Rates

The changeover day is flexible however bookings leaving unrentable periods (less than 7 days) between existing bookings may not be accepted.
All rates based on 4 bedroom unless of Low Occupancy Discount whereby 2 bedrooms will be available for 2 person occupancy and 3 bedrooms for 4 persons.

Pool Heating is included in the Rental Rate advertised from 1st September until 31st May. Should there be a requirement outwith these dates we can provide a quotation and charge as an extra.
Please note that young groups are not accepted. Minimum age for booking is 25. All bookings must be approved before full confirmation.
Deposit Information
A refundable security deposit of £200 is required to cover any damage or breakages to the property.
30% deposit required, with the balance paid 56 days prior to arrival.
Changeover Day
FlexibleAccess to the property is anytime from 3pm on arrival. Guests must vacate the villa by 11am on the day of departure.
