This ground breaking new development in the Tomb of the Kings area is situated just a short stroll to Tomb of The Kings Road as well as the ‘ Old Town’ of Paphos where all main amenities, bars and restaurants can be found.

The apartment itself, is spacious and modern in its design and has been professionally and tastefully furnished throughout with all fittings being contemporary and of the highest quality. The south facing balcony features a table and chairs to seat 4 as well as 2 sun loungers for further relaxation, and overlooks the pool area and Mediterranean Sea in the distance. Shade can be gained as required making the area the perfect place for alfresco dining, relaxing, socialising and generally soaking up the warm Cyprus sunshine.

The property has 2 double sized bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a large double bed and en-suite facilities that includes bath, shower, wc and w/h basin. The second bedroom has 2 single sized beds and close access to the central shower room. Between the 2 bedrooms is a luxurious and fully tiled shower room with shower, tray, wc and w/h basin.

''We had a fabulous time , from start to finish was perfect . The booking process was very good , quick to reply , everything was explained to us before the holiday. We were met at the airport by Andy , he was amazing , very friendly , gave us lots of information and said to ring him if we needed a taxi . He took us up to the apartment, to make sure we got in ok . The apartment has everything you need to make your holiday more enjoyable . Home from home , it was really nice .

Quiet location , just a 10 minute walk to bars , restaurants and supermarket. Didn’t do any trips , was happy with the location we had . The Terrace was lovely to sit out and relax . Very nice pool area . Well maintained . Just like to thank you for everything. Lynne''

''We had a lovely stay in the apartment, here are the answers to your questions -

Very comfortable, a home from home. Convenient location for both the old and new town.
We recommend Laona in the old town. The 3 piggies on the Tomb of The kings Road and Psarou opposite the apartment for their fish meze. Very satisfied with all service receieved..''

''We had a lovely stay at Megas Alexandros. The apartment was lovely & clean and we really appreciated the welcome pack as we arrived late at night. Our feedback....

The apartment was as per described. Nicely furnished & decorated, well equipped & very clean. We were very comfortable. Good location in a quiet residential area that felt very safe. A car is strongly recommended but not essential since good bus service operating from the main road (about half mile walk) towards Paphos or towards Coral Bay. Less than a mile walk to the Newly upgraded "old town" and the popular "Kings Avenue Mall". "Moorings" restaurant on Paphos harbour front, did a fantastic fish & chips. Biggest & tastiest battered cod I have ever had. A child friendly restaurant with kids soft play area. Try the 3 course set menu at just 12.95 euro, and portions are full size. Great price for a top location. Nearby O'Neills bar & grill on the main road from the apartment - try the extremely tasty Steak & Ale Pie & ask for a doggy bag to bring home the half you cannot finish. About 1 mile from Lidl supermarket ! car ideally required. By far the best sandy beach was Corallia beach, an easy 11km drive along the sea front, just past Coral Bay. Parking free. Plenty of room for people not wanting to purchase sunbeds & umbrellas. Nice for safe swimming, exploring rocks or simply just bathing. Beautiful sand.

Extremely good information pack with useful attachments sent in advance. All correspondence relative & useful. You have come across as a very professional organisation. Service very good. Welcome food pack really appreciated. We had no requirement to directly communicate with the local manager once in resort. The method of providing keys worked very well, important as we arrived very late. Nice to have the apartment cleaned mid stay.

''Just to say it was fabulous!!! Ann was also very helpful. Please could you also thank the taxi owner for sending Yanis (spelling?!). He was the most polite, helpful and cheerful taxi driver I have ever met, even when he had to meet us at 1.30am due to flight delay. Ann mentioned that I could book through you directly so will certainly be planning another trip and thank you for the vouchers. Regards (from a very satisfied customer)..''

''The property was lovely and clean, the couple of issues we brought to your attention were dealt with very promptly. The 2 women who do the cleaning were lovely, friendly and polite. Location just 5/10mins walk down to bars and restaurants. Highly recommend Gustosos , along with Karlinas and Sysyfus roof top restaurant. Extreme view about 30 mins ride beautiful restaurant as is Kouklia village, lovely square with small local tavernas.

We hired a car so got around quite a bit and with visiting the Island last year and knowing English who live there were lucky to get to some places others tourists might not know about! We are returning for Xmas and new year, have not booked apartments yet but have booked flights!.''

''Thank you for arranging our accommodation we had a fabulous time. Here are some answers to your questions..

Lovely apartment and definitely value for Money, the little finishing touches such as the lights on the balcony etc made it feel very lovely. Location was perfect with the tomb of kings a 5 minute walk and the harbour a 35 min walk. Some lovely restaurant at the harbour however if you don't want to walk too far the farmhouse on tomb of kings road was fantastic and very reasonable. Very impressed with the overall service, we pointed out a couple of things to ann and she acted on these immediately. I would highly recommend Paphos however avoid the hot summer months of August and July. Thank you once again. Julia .''

''Hallo Steven, we had a very nice time in Megas Alexandros. The property itself was more than OK. We had everything we need. A nice teras, a beautiful and very clean swimmingpool. We enjoyed swimming in the almost privite swimming pool.
The way to put away the key in a mini save by the door was very handy. We were very pleased with the service of our taxi driver Andy. He also told us the name of a very nice restaurant in the old city, Laona. The food was delicious and also a very good price.

We have taken the bus 615 a lot to Coral Bay or to the Harbour. And we asked Andy to pick us up by the Lidl with all of the food and drinks we had bought for a whole week. A little bit of organisation but everything went very well.
We would sure come back to Cyprus because we have not see everything. Do you have villa's in other places because we where very pleased with the service of your organisation. Everything was very clear so we did not need any help from the property manager. Thanks again for a very nice and well organised stay for us in Paphos.''

"The apartment is very well equipped. Very useful having washing machine available - great not having to bring back a suitcase full of dirty washing! Air conditioning and ceiling fans combined keep apartment pleasantly cool. Lovely position overlooking the pool. Large balcony which is shaded in the morning so great to sit and have breakfast there. Property is kept very clean. Having stayed at this same apartment last year it felt like home from home this year. We only visited the apartment as a couple but it would be plenty big enough for 4 people, especially having 2 bathrooms. Apartment is in a quiet location but within walking distance of plenty of bars, eateries, etc. Closer to the old part of Paphos than the harbour. Bus stops to harbour and Coral Bay a few minutes walking distance. Buses do tend to get quite full though and sometimes sail past the stop without stopping, particularly in the early evening. We hired a car from the airport for the whole holiday so didn't have to rely on the buses. Apartment is close to several restaurants and bars but we would definitely recommend Karlina's which is 5 minutes walk away, on the Tomb of the Kings Road. When you ask for the bill they bring you a liqueur and a bowl of fruit first. If you don't eat all the fruit they send it home with you! Lovely atmosphere there and staff very welcoming. There are 3 'Tea for Two' restaurants in Paphos - the closest one is about 15 minutes walk from the apartment and the other two are in Paphos old town and at the harbour. We visited all 3 of these are the food is excellent, you can get a proper pot of tea there and is generally an English restaurant in Paphos if that's what you're looking for. Coral Bay is definitely the best beach in the area with plenty of sun loungers, parasols, etc. We did a sightseeing trip to the Akamas peninsula and Lara Beach which was good. We hired a 4x4 car this year with the aim of doing this trip and to do it in a normal hire car wouldn't be advisable as the roads are pretty bumpy dirt tracks most of the way! In the apartment someone had left a book with sightseeing daytrips in there and we did follow a couple of them in some part. This book highlighted a visit to a candle factory just outside Geroskipou. This book was the only place we saw this candle factory mentioned and it was definitely worth a visit if you have a car. There was a factory shop with lots of candles to buy and they even did personalised ones if you had a few days left before the end of your holiday and could go back to collect a few days later. If you visit the candle factory then at the same time visit the shops in Geroskipou itself where the Cyprus delight is made. We went to the one where the lady showed us out the back where the little factory is and the choice of delights was huge - certainly fresh as well.

As last year, we were very satisfied with the service provided by the agents. Steven was very prompt in replying when I first booked the apartment and communication at all times has been very efficient. We were very satisfied with our local manager, John. He came to the apartment on our first morning to introduce himself and see if we had any problems. We had noticed that part of the shower head was broken but John came the following morning with a replacement and fitted it. Very friendly chap who we knew was at the end of the phone if we needed him for anything."

"Very central, apartment fully furnished to a very high standard, everything you needed on hand. Exceptionally clean, would definitely stay at apartment again and would thoroughly recommend to all. We travelled as adults only but would equally be perfect for families, pool area immaculate."

"The apartments are lovely with extra little touches that make them stand out from the run of the mill holiday accommodation. Lovely pool area. The area is peaceful yet within easy reach of restaurants and bars which is great. We have had a great service both back in the Uk from Steve and over here from Lisa and the cypruslets/homestager team. Many thanks, we hope to be back in the future."

"Wow! What a wonderful place. The apartment was extremely well kitted out. The money I paid seems a bargain now. The complex is small and quiet and the pool area is lovely. We enjoyed walking into the Old Town in the day, sitting around the street cafes and wandering in to the main tourist areas at night for a meal and drink. We will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone looking for something a bit better than the norm."
