''The villa was amazing! Everything you need to enjoy a perfect holiday. The location was great for us as we know the area. However, the addition of a car would have been really good. We would recommend the Grande in Peyia and the Sea You Bar on the beach.

The service we received from you especially Steven was second to none. Always replying to any questions we had in a very timely manner. Robin is a lovely man, he was very helpful and took time to chat for a while he visited to clean the pool. The villa was clean and tidy and had all we needed. The welcome pack was substantial and was a lovely touch.

We are hoping to return next year and the 10% discount for repeat business is a nice touch. We would also like to mention Andreas (Andy) who picked us up from the airport and provided taxis throughout our stay. What a absolute gentleman he is, an asset to your service. I am happy for you to use these comments as well as my name on your website. Thank you for everything, we had an amazing holiday.
Kindest Regards, Helen
.''

''Very comfortable and well-equipped villa with stunning views, perfect for a relaxing holiday.
Good location, very peaceful but still close to local amenities and walkable to the village restaurants (20 minutes or so) We enjoyed restaurants in Peyeia village (Old Cinema and Cousins) and also restaurants in Kathikas. Otherwise we enjoyed the wonderful views from the villa terrace as well as relaxing on the local beaches.

The service from you was very good and efficient. Communication was good and Robin was very helpful and dealt with a couple of very minor issues promptly. We had a lovely stay at Villa Naxos – it was a return visit and we enjoyed our holiday as much as we did last year. .''

''Sorry for the delay in responding - we've been putting off turning on computers and getting back to real life! We had a lovely stay at Villa Naxos - it was so nice to find a villa that actually lived up to its photos and description! The property manager was great and we used your recommendations at Latchi Watersports (twice!) and Duomo restuarant, so thank you. We most certainly want to return to this villa in the future. We would also like to visit the other end of the island - Larnaca end - don't suppose you have villas over there?

The villa was exactly as described, clean and the welcome pack was wonderful as we arrived at 1am and were desperate for a cuppa!

The location of the villa was perfect for us - we wanted peace and quiet - and the village was great for those who want to experience Cyprus rather than an English version of it!

We would definitely recommend: Peyia Tavern, Grande Cafe and Green Hill in Peyia; Andria in Coral Bay; Harmony on the way to Paphos; and Duomo in Paphos. Activities - definitely Latchi watersports - we hired a boat and snorkelled.

Great service from letsrentonline. Speedy responses, great offers. Property manager offered lots of recommendations and useful tips.

We definitely intend to visit Cyprus again .''

''We rented this villa for the second time and everything was as perfect as the first one. There is nothing missing, this house is perfectly equipped and clean: dishes, linen, wifi. The outside is also well equipped and the swimming pool very well maintained. We particularly appreciate the location of the house and the view. Steven is a charming interlocutor who offers to help you if necessary and very reactive. Rent on this site is very easy and very safe. Robin, the manager on the spot is very attentive also and ready to give you good addresses. We have discovered new and unknown places we recommend: the Trodoos Mountains and the Polis Municipal Beach. It is certain that we will return in this same villa in the next two years.

Obviously you can use this comment on the site, thank you again Steven and pleasure to contact you for next holidays. .''

''Our stay at Villa Naxos was wonderful, and we enjoyed the 9 nights very much indeed. Many thanks for all of your help and email correspondence in advance of our holiday - you were v helpful indeed. We hope to come back to Cyprus and stay at Villa Naxos, or another similar property. I hope you won't mind if I contact you directly when we are in the position to book another Cyprus holiday. The villa was great and met all our needs. The pool was wonderful and safe for the kids, there was lovely space both inside and outside of the property.

The location was great. We like the village Peyia and the property was in god distance to the amenities in the village; I walked in on several occasions to buy some food. The restaurants in the village are nice and everyone was friendly. The distance to Coral Beach and Corallia beach were great, so no need to travel far for a great beach.

We would highly recommend the beach at Corallia beach - v good for families and good for exploring the rocks. The restaurant at the bottom of the hill, driving out of Peyia is lovely (with the little boat outside it). The Paphos waterpark is also well worth a visit - particularly out of season, it was perfect for the kids.

Yes - the service was excellent. Your correspondence was excellent and you seemed to think of everything. Thank you also for the welcome pack - it was perfect.

The local manager Robin was very nice, friendly and helpful..''

''Thank you for your mail. We had a lovely holiday at Villa Naxos and were very impressed with the villa as well as the way that everything was managed by yourselves. We very much hope to make a return visit!

The villa was lovely and was exactly as described on the website, if anything it surpassed expectations. We loved the views and the outside terrace area and pool. The villa was very comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for a holiday.

The location was good. As noted above, the views are stunning both at day time and night time. We also appreciated being able to walk into Peyia village when going out to eat in the evening but would recommend the use of torches for some of the unlit parts of the road.

We have stayed in the area previously so spent most of our time relaxing by the pool and the coral bay beaches. On previous holidays, we have enjoyed trips to Lara beach and trips into Paphos.
Easting out is very good with lots of choice. In Peyia village we enjoyed the Old Cinema tavern and Cousins. We would highly recommend going to Kathikas for traditional meals – we particularly liked Yiannis and Imogens.

The service was excellent with helpful advice provided. Again the local manager was excellent and communication was very good. Robin also provided helpful local advice and very quickly replaced a couple of light bulbs when requested. We also had a very thorough mid-stay clean which was appreciated and the cleaning ladies were very friendly. We have stayed at many different villas but this is one of the best ever and the communications provided were much better than we have had when staying elsewhere.

Overall the villa and the level of service were excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and very much hope to be able to make a return visit to Villa Naxos. ''

''The villa was very comfortable and spacious, we particularly liked the out side space. Location was great, it was our second stay in Peyia and we made more this time of local restaurants and bars we we missed last time. We liked restaurants such as The Grande and Peyia Tavern, as Oniro by the Sea and The last Castle (Viklari),
We drove across to Famagusta and Omadus which were very interesting days out and also Nocosia is not to be missed. Also we hired a speed boat from Latchi Water Sports Centre, the service and experience were excellent, we hired a boat from one of the other companies in 2012 which did not compare to this years trip.

Service on both our visits with Sunrise Dreams was excellent. We met Robin several times during our stay and he was very pleasant and helpful with local knowlwdge. ''

''Firstly as an overall rating we are both over the moon with our holiday. I have put answers next to each of your questions below. Look forward to booking with you again in the near future. Excellent villa. Great views and extremely quiet, just the right amount of breeze to take the edge off the heat. The new Oceans Basket in Coral Bay, great seafood at reasonable prices. The beach at Agios Georgios and the drive down to the Akamas Peninsula is breathtaking. Definitely satisfied with all service received. ''

Review submitted by Lesley from Preston (Submitted:05/09/2016)

''The villa was beautiful, spacious and well maintained. The furnishings and decoration made it feel very homely. The outside space and pool were fantastic. Extra touches likes full TV, WIFI and games really helped to keep all entertained. Location was stunning, amazing views and very private too.

Most of the local tavernas in the village would be worth a visit even if only for a drink, we particularly liked Hari’s bar on the main road as it wasn’t too far from the villa and the drinks were very reasonably priced. For food the best place we ate was Santa Marina in Coral Bay, Kikko’s the bar was good for cocktails and also the Welcome pub if you are wanting traditional English food.

Coral Bay was great for watersports, good prices and very friendly staff – we did the jet ski’s. Also highly recommend the quad or buggy safari with Chris Andreou in Coral Bay, fantastic day out!

Extremely satisfied with your service, received regular updates and very thorough pre departure information/pack.
Robin, our local manager was very friendly and helpful. Also the cleaners who came in half way through our stay were lovely, very thorough and chatted away to us. Service was excellent both before our stay and during. Thank you for all your help and we all had a wonderful holiday.. ''

''Super villa, everything we needed and more. Amazing location, with an amazing view. Andria restaurant in coral bay was fantastic as we went to a wedding reception there - amazing food and service. Yes most definitely happy with all service from you, we had a couple of slight issues which your were very efficient and helpful dealing with. We had a fantastic stay at Villa Naxos thank you.. ''

Review submitted by Mike from Cheshire (Submitted:30/07/2016)

''Excellent – very impressed with the Villa. The entrance can be a little misleading upon first appearances, given that it doesn’t illustrate how large the Villa is. The addition of the rail into the pool was welcomed. Its very rare that we return to the same Villa, however we would have no hesitation returning to Villa Naxos in the future. The location - Again – excellent. Quiet road with just 4 villas & fantastic views.

Having visited the wetsren part of Cyprus many times before we try to find new restaurants upon each visit. New restaurants we can recommend on this occasion are:

Sonnys – Kissonerga
Finikas – Polis
Fitos Souvlaki – Kathikas
Halfway House – Argaka
Namos – St George
Sea Rays – St George

Old favourites & our recommendations are:
Viklari – Akamas
Farmyard – Kathikas
Sunset – St George
Anesi – Sea Caves area

We did find restaurants to be more expensive this time, especially within the main tourist area around Coral Bay.

Your Service Yes – very good with no problems. We appreciate being able to use the Villa until 5pm on our final day. No problems locally – Robin was very helpful, as were the ladies who cleaned the property. ''

Review submitted by Valerie from France (Submitted:16/04/2016)

''The villa was beautiful and really like in the description and photos: great kitchen, very large, such a very large living room and sofas sufficient and comfortable. The rooms with their own bathroom! Really this place was a paradise. The best was the huge terrace with swimming pool and spectacular views of the sea. All parts of the equipment was excellent, nothing is missing, that's amazing! The decor was beautiful and modern which is also very important to us!

The service was really impeccable. When we arrived, it was a very nice surprise to have something to eat before we go shopping: eggs, bread, butter, milk, jam, coffee and tea ... The house was very clean and smelled so good! The sheets and towels were spotless and of very good quality. It was a pleasure to sit outside in the villa! We also enjoyed the passage of the responsible person villa. He has shown us and explained that we did not understand and also give good restaurant addresses and supermarkets. Really rent was impeccable!

At Peyia, there is everything you need for shopping: very famous bakery in Cyprus, a small supermarket with decent prices. It is also down the mountain a few kilometers, turn right and find a large supermarket.

There was hugely visits to around Paphos: the tombs of kings, the archaeological site but we highly recommend this tour 4x4 Peninsula Akamas but be careful to choose the company! We highly recommend "ecotour cyprus". Do not hesitate for one moment to be guided by Andreas. We chose a private day and really we not regret, it's wonderful!

We tasted the traditional Mezze to "Phidias Tavern" in Coral Bay and is really a great place, the food is excellent and the staff very pleasant and concerned about your well-being. We also loved the "mare mare" along the sea in Paphos. You eat well and especially on a terrace facing the sea height! We do not even see the road! It also took chairs on the beaches of Paphos, not expensive at all for a whole day 2euros 50 ! When we think about what we are asked in the south of France!

We have been particularly pleased with the relationship with the rental site. Steven was charming and always available to answer our questions. The documents sent were perfect and everything was very well explained about the villa, the localisation. Is also very knowledgeable us on the rental car or taxi. Really, we can go confidently with him! The site is very easy to use.

The local manager was very nice and very well explained there was to know about the functioning of the villa. He also took the time to recommend restaurants or tell us where the supermarkets were. He came to take care of the pool in the week quite discreet. Finally, he warned us by leaving us a word of some water cuts which we did not even finally realized!.''

''Amazing villa! Very clean and comfortable with all we needed for our stay. Superb location with a fabulous view. 15 minute walk to shops/restaurants which we did but not brilliant in the heat. Definitely need a car from the outset. We noticed one came with the villa next door but we managed to hire one through Robin.

We recommed: Peyia Tavern in the village for Mezze. Costa's just out of the village for Stifado. Kathikas is a beautiful village with excellent home cooked food at Imogen's. Sea You bar on the Paphos road is fabulous for cocktails and the sunset. Very laid back and chilled and the food is good. Latchi for a walk along the beach and boat-hire to the Blue Lagoon. Greenhills restaurant above Payia was disappointing. Location wonderful but food and service not that good. Tala is a lovely village for the Monestry. We also went to the Troodos mountains area which was very scenic and much cooler. (Left some details in the folder)

Right from the word go, Steven has been extremely helpful and the service has been excellent. Andy, the taxi driver was extremely welcoming-what a lovely guy and a credit to your organisation. He was so hospitable and his enthusiasm for life very uplifting. Robin was a really nice chap. Dealt with any issues (loose pool light) came several times and was always chatty and friendly. Gave us some good tips on places to visit too.

We came to Cyprus for a wedding and I'm not sure we would have considered visiting if we hadn't. However, we did love the island and would consider visiting again.''

''Thank you we had a very nice time as did our guests. The villa was very comfortable and well laid out, the kitchen is very well equipped and clean. Lovely outside space and views. Location was stunning. Sea-Ray café near Lara was very good and also O’Neills irish pub in Paphos had excellent food. The villa is very close to the E4 walking/hiking route which runs across the island so very convenient to the villa. I was able to get a good range of gluten free foods in Phillippos Supermarket in Coral Bay, the Bakery on the road out of Peyia can make gluten free bread to order so that is good to know.

We visit Cyprus regularly during the winter and plan to run more cycling/walking holidays there soon. We would definitely use this property again. You may use our name and if you like our Company name - Bonkersfrog Cycling Holidays - as we aim to run winter cycling/walking holidays in Cyprus and will be using a mixture of hotels and villas depending on the guests’ requirements''.

''Beautifully equipped for people like ourselves who fully self cater. Very clean, comfortable and eveything we wanted. Having beach towels supplied was a luxury. We rarely go back to the same villa twice, but this villa might have changed our minds. Very peaceful and quiet. Nice neighbours who said it had been a pleasure to have us there! Views are spectacular. We ate all our meals on the terrace and sat in the evening in comfort playing Trivial Pursuit until the early hours. As this was our fifth consecutive visit to this area there was nothing to add to those comments in the visitors book. Completely satisfued with your service. The instructions on how to reach the villa were excellent, bearing in mind it is not the easiest place to find.. General service throughout booking procedure excellent. Robin responded very quickly to solve the problem with the pool light. As a lot of flights from the UK now arrive very late( it was nearly 10pm before we got to the villa) perhaps some small additions to the welcome pack, of say 6 eggs-orange juice-jam, would make it easy to have breakfast next morning before going to the shops. This is not criticism but a suggestion. We have rented villas for 24 years and have always found these items in welcome packs.''

Agent Note: Many thanks for your feedback. Many villas do not provide any kind of welcome pack but we have now agreed with the owner of this villa to provide the extra items as suggested. Many thanks again

''Villa Naxos was a fantastic villa in a very peaceful location with fabulous views. The villa was very spacious and had everything you need. Very nicely decorated and looks exactly like the pictures. The location of villa naxos was very peaceful and had fantastic views over Pafos. Restaurants we would recommend are, Peyia Tavern - best meze we had, Tzianavaros Mediterranean Restaurant Coral Bay - fabulous food and service. Go Karts in Coral Bay - great for children and adults. Dyionsos bar Peyia for cocktails. Grande for bar snacks/meals. Very satisfied with the service provided. All questions were answered and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Again very satisfied with local manager. We thought it was a really good idea for Angela to come and introduce herself and nothing was too much trouble.''

''We had a wonderful holiday, thank you. The villa was perfect for our needs and we particularly liked the location which had fabulous views. We will definitely be visiting Cyprus again in the near future, and we are currently looking to book another holiday in the summer to the Mediterranean. We would definitely recommend Villa Naxos to everyone! I would also recommend hiring a car as we did, as this opens up the whole of Cyprus to explore, in particularly the restaurant "The Last Castle" which is located north of Coral Bay. No menu, just great food. Thank you for all your help in booking such a wonderful villa!''

We loved our first visit to Cyprus, & hope to return. The Villa was well equipped & comfortable with a great clean outside space with a wide choice of seating. We recommend the last castle BBQ restaurant near the gorge (limited BBQ menu, but worth a visit) the info recommended booking but we managed to get seated ok. Once again thank you and you staff for all your help and no problem if you want to use this info on your web-site regards Dorothy Bowes & friends ''

''The villa was absolutely perfect. We booked 2 villas next door to each other as it was for a family birthday. Both villas were lovely and were as per the pictures on the website which was a pleasant change as I've booked villas before and the pictures have always been 4-5 years out of date so we could not fault it at all. The view from the rooms and the terrace were amazing. The location was great, away from everything during the day but very close to restaurants in the evening. On this trip we found a few new restaurants which we loved, we went to ONiros which is near the Ship wreck outside Coral Bay it was lovely simple fresh food and beautiful Cocktails. We also discovered another restaurant close by to this one which was Greek and the fish they served was absolutely lovely, The restaurant was called Yialos. The service was excellent and the people were very friendly. The Brewery Bar in Peyia was also very good and the entertainment in the evening at the weekend was quite fun. Would definitely recommend it. I would also recommend a visit to the restaurant at the Last Castle it is a very interesting experience through part of the Akamas Peninsula before heading up to the hills there. Definitely worth a visit. The service provided was very good and would most definitely recommend your company to others. Steven provided great service when I was arranging the holiday - I couldn't have asked for more''

"The property was exceptional. Well equipped, stylish, spacious and very clean. Superb outdoor space. The view is magnificent. Absolute bliss if you are seeking silence - only the cackle of magpies or the distant thunder pierced the calm of the hilltop setting. The actual area itself is fine although without a car, thing would have been harder. There is an excellent local supermarket in Peyia. Lara beach is an absolute must but a bit of advice: hire a quad or buggy for the day as the track to get there is not at friendly plus it's far more fun! "

''It was just what we were looking for.....in a quiet location with a good view and very well equipped. Perfect...peaceful, not over looked and away from the crowds. We recommend Lara beach.....but be prepared for rough roads. Latchi beach. The Last Castle to eat.....on way to Lara Beach. Fresh a new restaurant just outside Coral Bay. Very good service. Angela recommended many good places to go and it was good to know we had someone nearby if things went wrong!

"Just got back from a fantastic holiday at Villa Naxos, our party comprised of 3 adults and 2 children. The villa was very well equipt and felt very homely with nice touches such as tea coffee and dishwasher tablets! The villa was not new but everything worked really well and there was such a feeling of space both inside and out with very effective air conditioning. It was a very tranquil setting with amazing views and great weather - our children hardly left the pool. The villa was really clean when we arrived which was great and a mid stay clean was great ( a real pride was taken by the cleaners). The pool was well looked after by the pool man who came every other day to check on the chlorine levels which initially were a bit high. Would highly recommend this villa - and would expect this level as the bench mark for future holidays! Thank you"

Whist we did not love the Coral Bay resort itself we loved the fact that the villa was very much set back from this and we could venture in and out when we fancied. "This was a fantastic holiday home, loved by all. very spacious, excellent fixture and fittings with a great pool. The setting and views are a dream. If you are happy with the peace and tranquility of village life then you will not require a car, but If you are visiting for the first time and you would like to see the island we would recommend a jeep. Great support service. Thanks for a great holiday"

"Villa Naxos is located in a very private part of the village of Peyia. The views from the villa are spectacular night and day. The villa itself is clean, spacious and has all the mod cons any holiday maker could hope for. It was pretty much a home from home. We arrived to find a welcome pack containing all the essentials such as tea, milk, bread, wine, etc, which was great and meant we didnt have to immediately rush out to find local shops after our journey. The pool at the villa was a good size and was cleaned and maintained quite regularly. The village itself is very quaint and charming and offers a refreshing alternative to the more commercial parts of Cyprus. The main thing we would stress to any future visitors would be to immediately hire a car unless you wish to remain exclusively within the Peyia village (bear in mind there is no regular bus service to Paphos, Polis, etc). We had an enjoyable and memorable stay at Villa Naxos and would recommend it to others who wish to see the real Cyprus."

"Villa Naxos was a beautiful villa with panaramic views overlooking paphos. It was very clean and spacious. The only down side to to the villa was that it had a television but no t.v. ariel. We did have a DVD player but the DVDS were very poor pirate copies which we could not watch. We dont come on holiday to watch tv but when you have children they do like to watch a little tv of an evening. Our holiday neighbours in the next villa also complained about having a tv which could not be used. If we did have any problems we telephoned the villa staff who were very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. I would certainly recommend this villa. If you want a quiet, peaceful, relaxing holiday set in a traditional village then this is the holiday for you

Many thanks for your very kind review. We have taken on board your comments and have added Satellite TV to the villa. I very much hope that we see you again in Cyprus. Thanks again.

Winding up through the banana plantations after a short drive along the coast road from Paphos brings you to Peyia. Villa Naxos has a delightful position on the hillside in Peyia overlooking the sea at Coral Bay.

The village of Peyia is one of the most picturesque and popular villages in the Paphos area. Peyia is spread over a large area with the village centre having many good amenities including bars, restaurants, tavernas, shops and banks. Peyia is a typical Cypriot village. A beautiful ancient church forms the heart of the village while the narrow streets and alleyways are full of old and interesting houses adorned with colourful flowers and citrus trees.

Peyia is still largely unspoilt with lively tavernas and friendly locals. You can also buy all your provisions including fresh meat and bread in the shops in Peyia. The early morning aroma of freshly baked bread, sweet and savoury local pastries and cakes coming from the Peyia bakery is almost too much to resist!

Things to do in the Peyia area include many watersports on the beach at Coral Bay, diving, Paphos Bird and Animal Park, horse riding, visiting the protected Akamas Peninsula and Lara Beach Nature Reserve (famous for turtles), hiking/walking, buggy safaris, 4 x 4 safaris, the Sea Caves and Agios Georgios area, sailing and many more.

From Peyia the attractions in Paphos and renowned Paphos Aphrodite Water Park are also easily accessible, as are numerous archaeological ruins in Paphos such as the Tombs of the Kings and Paphos Archaeological Park.

If you want to get out and explore Cyprus' fantastic scenery, take a trip to the Akamas Peninsula, Polis, Latchi or even the Troodos mountains. The Akamas is an untouched part of Cyprus with unspoilt coastline and traditional fish taverns in stunning seaside locations.Troodos is the main mountain range in Cyprus, not many people know that in the winter....you can ski!
