****NOTE ****

Before booking or enquiring, we wish to make guests aware that 3 new villas are being constructed around 100m to the South West from Villa Paros.

We do not have a build programme but expect that if staying at the villa, you may hear some associated noise most days. Privacy is not materially affected and the plots can only be seen from some areas of the villa.

There may be no impact at certain times but we prefer you are aware. The beach and some lovely cafe/tavernas lie only a few km away (as do many other quiet spots and hideaways) if there is an issue and in the evenings it will be quiet anyway.**.

April 24 update- The works have made good progress and the closest plots are the furthest on. Although there may still be some sound in the early part of the season it should not be significant. Guests staying so far have not reported any effects.

**Please contact us for further details & photos if required**

Villa Paros, Peyia, Paphos, Cyprus is nestled in the hills surrounding Peyia, a traditional Cypriot village a few miles from Paphos with views of Coral Bay and the Mediterranean Sea. Villa Paros is a detached villa offering accommodation on two levels with additional outdoor living space comprising a roof terrace and private pool terrace. All four floor levels at Villa Paros have unrivalled panoramic views across the surrounding Peyia and Coral Bay countryside to the Mediterranean Sea. The villa features air conditioning throughout.

Villa Paros is located in a no-through road that provides access only to the four detached villas comprising Sunrise Dreams. The private pool, terraces and enclosed garden of Villa Paros can only be accessed from within the villa itself.

Add to that the friendly helpful people you'll come across and your holiday will be stress free. Thanks Andy, Amy, Andrew, Ray, Steven and Lisa! The village of Peyia is one of the most picturesque and popular villages in the Paphos area. Peyia is spread over a large area with the village centre having many good amenities including bars, restaurants, tavernas, shops and banks.

Peyia is a typical Cypriot village. A beautiful ancient church forms the heart of the village while the narrow streets and alleyways are full of old and interesting houses adorned with colourful flowers and citrus trees. Peyia is still largely unspoilt with lively tavernas and friendly locals. You can also buy all your provisions including fresh meat and bread in the shops in Peyia. If you want to get out and explore Cyprus' fantastic scenery, take a trip to the Akamas Peninsula, Polis, Latchi or even the Troodos mountains. The Akamas is an untouched part of Cyprus with unspoilt coastline and traditional fish taverns in stunning seaside locations.Troodos is the main mountain range in Cyprus, not many people know that in the winter....you can ski!

''Villa Paros was a lovely property; clean, comfortable & very well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. Absolutely stunning views and we loved the various outdoor seating areas/terraces, especially the roof terrace.

Location was great for us as a family with teenagers. We were able to walk into the village of Peyia from the villa for coffee/meals or to the shop however having the car was great for venturing further afield without having to rely on public transport. Those with less mobility may struggle without a car.

Restaurants we would recommend include Peyia Tavern, The Old Cinema, Grande, Peggys, La Casa (all Peyia), Farmyard, Viklari/The Last Castle, Searays, Samisen Teppanyaki restaurant, Olivetti. Farmyard was the favourite with the teenagers!

Yes extremely satisfied with your service. Aimee always responded promptly & was very friendly & helpful.

We had a fantastic 2 weeks & thoroughly enjoyed our stay.'.

''Very good standard villa. Location good. Sapphire in Paphos was a regular treat full English for under 5 euros. The little Kiosk at the junction just outside Polis is also brilliant and we had some great lunch stops there and the lady is very nice.

Agent good comms and fast replies to questions. Local manager good and easy to contact

Cyprus turned out to be far better than I expected. The Cycling is tough but very rewarding. We did the L'Etape Cyprus over mount Olympus in November. All in all Cyprus has been a great experience with great memories.regards, Phil'.

''Thank you for your email. We had an amazing stay at Villa Paros, it was definitely a home from home and exceeded our expectations. We cannot thank Aimee enough for responding to a few questions whilst we were staying at the Villa.

The villa had everything a family needed for a family holiday, including two teenagers! It was very clean and well presented. As we arrived late in the evening it was wonderful to have a welcome pack that included wine.

The Villa was set in a beautiful location with outstanding views. Whilst a short distance from the local village we felt this was a bonus. The local village had everything a family needs for a relaxing holiday. The local restaurants served local dishes and the supermarket had everything you needed for the stay.

We took advantage of the discount for boat hire in Latsi and took a boat out for half a day which was a great experience. Would recommend booking in advance and going in the morning. We visited Cousins, The Old cinema and Green Hill restaurants and recommend them especially the meze at Green Hill.

We cannot fault the service provided by yourselves. From the moment we booked the villa you have been available to ensure we had a great holiday, definitely ten out of ten. We made contact with Aimee during our stay she was extremely helpful. We used the taxi to and from the airport and the service was outstanding. We cannot honestly suggest any changes to the service provided.

''Just back home after a lovely holiday thank you. We know the area well and is a perfect choice for solitude and great views, but within a (hilly) walk to bars and restaurants. Latchi is a must and 27 minute drive. In Latchi the Faros restaurant and the Seafare on the quyside are our favourites - great food and great service on a marina setting

You and the team were perfect. Aimee looked after us and was absolutely brilliant! We had a few minor issues and she was on our case like a rocket and sorted everything with lightening speed. She did so in a friendly and accessible way without being intrusive - she is an amazing asset to your company and I cannot praise her highly enough! Thank you again for all your help, Ros''.

''Thank you for your email and your excellent attentive customer service from day one. We have now more or less adjusted to life back in the UK after a fantastic two weeks in Cyprus. The villa was excellent in terms of its size and layout, it was everything we needed. The AC was superb and the balconies and roof terrace were a treat. It really felt like home for the two weeks we were away and that is the biggest compliment I could give it. The car was a real highlight and it was used everyday which allowed us to explore some of the island. This really was an added bonus which made the holiday for us.

The location was a particular highlight as the village of Pegeia was superb. The views out from the villa we could never tire of, they will live long in the memory. The village thankfully remains throughly Cypriot, it had a lovely warmth to it from the friendliness of the people, the charm of the buildings and the choice of bars and restaurants. We mainly eat out in Pegia and we would recommend the Pegeia Tavern, Cinema restaurant, Jail bar and particularly the Kebab house. The friendliness and warm of the families which run these establishments was lovely to see and the food was excellent. We also eat at the Sea U beach bar whilst watching the sun set, this was awesome. We went on a boat trip to the Blue Lagoon from Latchi, we visited Cap St George, Tomb of the Kings, Paphos town, sea caves and the ship wreck and the water park.

You were excellent Steven, I could not fault Let’s Rent on Line who we have already recommended and we will do again in the future. Colin who came to clean our pool and dealt with any issues we had whilst we were away was excellent. ''.

''Very clean and spacious villa. Well equipped. Beautiful views in a very quiet area close to Peyia village. Very good tavernas:

Makini beach @ Cap St George
Samisen Japanese restaurant @Coral bay

Excellent service from you, very quick to answer query we had ''.

''Thank you we have an absolutely fabulous holiday, we loved our first visit to Cyprus. The villa was amazing and the view was stunning. The car was great for getting around. Colin and Carol were very efficient and dealt with any queries we had promptly. As we spent a lot of time around the pool, the only thing we would have liked was maybe a small fridge to get easier access to cold drinks but other than that the owners had thought of everything you could need. We would like to thank you for making the booking experience simple and stress free. We really appreciate the discount vouchers because we will definitely be coming back to Cyprus. Thank you for everything. Best Regards. Gary and Jane ''.

''The property is fantastic, great views , very spacious with all amenities you would want, pool is also a very good size

Quiet location just outside the main village with fantastic views. Oniro restaurant is lovely location with quality food, the taverna in Peyia in the courtyard is also nice, aphrodi brewery nice atmosphere, food and beer. Foot golf on the coast road is fun.

Very satisfied. Booked twice with letsrentonline with no issues and efficient friendly service , would definitely use the services again ''.

''The villa was lovely, clean and well furnished throughout. The roof terrace was fantastic, with table and chairs, sun loungers and sofas. The use of the car was fantastic.

The location in Peyia was fantastic. Amazing views to the sea and the mountains. It is quite high up in Peyia and you do need a car, or a taxi service as it's a fair walk to the shops etc. The villa is unsuitable for those with mobility issues, due to the levels that it is spread over, but the views are amazing, from all terraces.

The beaches in Paphos are lovely. St Georges is small but beautiful and Coral Bay is nearby, which is a soft, sandy beach with lots of amenities. Peyia village is lovely, with many shops and bars etc. Paphos is a beautiful place for families, couples, or if you are alone. People are friendly, and the food is amazing!

Lets Rent Online is a fantastic company to use for Villas in Cyprus. The service is first class, with full information, lots of help and support and a great service. Steven is so helpful. The staff from the taxi service are great too. I've added extra persons to our villas for May and August and Steven was really helpful with this process. Nothing is too much trouble. The Villas are beautiful, well maintained and all information is correct and up to date.

Communication and Service locally is also excellent. Directions to the villas are great, easy to follow and informative. Vouchers for restaurants and hire companies are a bonus. The booking process is easy to use and everything is communicated within a short time frame. I cannot fault the communication processes at all. Lets Rent Online have a variety of villas and we have booked 4 times with them, 2018 and in 2019.

Steven, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Paphos, and we are already looking forward to May. Your service is always excellent, and we appreciate the communication, service and your villas have all been excellent. We would have no hesitation in recommending you, and in fact we already have!

Susan and Neil, Cardiff ''.

''Brilliant , lovely villa, beautiful views, well equipped. Fantastic views , secluded , 5 minute drive to amenities. Recommend Peyia tavern, didn’t have a bad experience with any taverna tried all very good quality and price. Happy with your service, prompt and answered all my questions. Satisfied locally also. ''.
Review submitted by Jane and Adrian from Southampton (Submitted: 27/07/2018)

''I would like to thank you for making our booking at Villa Paros, so easy and informative.

We had the most fantastic time and would love to go back to Cyprus as was our first ever visit. We thought the Villa was lovely with the views that were fantastic and every day we would wake up and just look out at the wonderful view and think how lucky we are! Shame we only had a week, but because of this we have said we would love to go back. We thought it was a shame that the villa next door has been empty for years and no one living in it, what a waste...!

Our first impression of Cyprus was being greeted by Andy the Taxi Driver, the most happy and positive person you could ever meet. He was a delight to be in his taxi, he offered us a beer or water, and when we paid him and gave him a tip, he came back with a bottle of wine for us....how lovely!

The property was superb and a great layout over 3 floors, 4 including the pool level! The Roof Terrace on the top floor was our favourite area and we would just sit and look out at the lovely view, at breakfast and then again later in the evening. Just fantastic!

The location for us was great as we don’t like to be in the busy tourist area. It was such a bonus that we had the use of the car and we did use it to explore and find some lovely areas, restaurants and beaches. We did walk into the Peyia town from the Villa a few times, which was fine for us. It was a good 20 minute walk, which we needed to walk off all the food we ate in the lovely restaurants!!

In Peyia, we went to the The Old Cinema Tavern Restaurant, very friendly and cheap. We also went to the Peyia Tavern for the local Meze which was recommended and we would definitely recommend that too, very busy, and is advisable to book a table, we were just lucky there was a table for 3 when we asked the second time. Make sure you go there hungry! We also ate in the Grande Cafe Restaurant in Peyia, which was huge portions, the biggest pork chop we have ever seen, and very friendly and a busy fun atmosphere.

We found Oniro’s By the Sea Restaurant near the shipwreck and luckily we asked about booking, as they don’t take bookings. As it was my husbands birthday we were advised to get there early, which we did and we had the most delicious meal, it was lovely food but quite expensive but nice for an occasion. Fabulous setting and we went for a walk after the meal. We also went for lunch at the Sea Cave Tavern which was very nice and lovely location, very cheap and fabulous setting, just along from Oniro’s.

We found that the Coral Bay area Beach and restaurants was a bit busy for us, so we liked to find others that were in a quieter setting. We had lunch at the Sea You Restaurant by the beach, after we had enjoyed sunbathing. We also found a nice pebbly beach called Maniki Beach, which we followed the signs to Cap St George Resort. First of all we thought it was a private beach as had huge umberellas and sunbeds and fab bean bags, but we were told that it was free and anyone can use it, we also has waiter service for drinks!! We came back to this beach 3 times, we loved it!

We drove to Latchi and were going to laze on the beach, but walking up to the harbour we were tempted into to booking a Blue Lagoon Cruise Trip for a few hours at 15 Euros each, which we really did enjoy. The weather was so hot and this trip was lovely to get sea breeze and the chance to swim in the Blue Lagoon.

We also went to Kato Paphos and had lunch along the front by the water in a place called The Castle, which had the most delux, air conditioned toilets, worth a visit!!

You have been very helpful Steven from the beginning and throughout our booking process, thank you. We had a problem with the air con and Colin advised us straight away by text. He did also come to clean the pool twice during the week, which was good. There was an information pack which had a load of interesting information in, very helpful.

it was our first visit and we loved it! We have not rented a villa before and we would definitely do it again. Thanks again, we had an amazing time and will also check out the other villas you have on the website!!

Julie and Adrian Clarke and daughter Charlotte!!

''Our holiday was great thank you! Please see our feedback below.

The villa was fantastic and the perfect choice for our holiday! We loved the pool and the views from the roof terrace were amazing! All of the rooms were a decent size and it was a perfect place to chill for a week for all 6 of us. Location was very convenient. Not too far from the airport at all and perfectly placed to go out exploring. The villa was very private and so we didn't ever feel over looked.

The local village tavern was a great choice for a delicious (and generous!) meal. We also recommend Oniro by the sea. We went there on our last night and the food and view near the sea caves was amazing.

Yes definitely satisfied with your service. Colin was very helpful and on the other end of the phone if we ever needed him. ''.

''Villa Paros is fantastic it is a beautiful property with a beautiful view. The generous size and layout made it perfect for our stay. We loved the pool and the roof terrace and the kitchen made it easy to cook due to all the facilities provided. The location of the villa is great. Very peaceful due to the lack of surrounding neighbours and only a 20minute walk down to the village. Grande Cafe in Peyia is lovely the food was great and the atmosphere one of the best I have experienced.

The communication was great it felt like you responded to my emails in a matter of minutes we couldn't have asked for anyone to be more helpful. We had an issue with the car and within an hour the villa manager was with us and helped to resolve the problem. Thank you for making our holiday so easy to arrange.

''We stayed there some 4 years ago. This time we're delighted to find that the owner keeps the property well:) . All the interior and exterior area are in excellent condition. We find Peyia a lovely place itself and the villa Paros enjoys one the best location in it. The Akamas peninsula and Village of St. George are probably our the most beloved places to go for the sun and the sea. We are delighted to note that every time we use the service provided by the agency is excellent as always. ''.

''We loved the villa. It is in a beautiful location up the hill with the most amazing views, the layout and furniture was lovely, the beds comfortable and all amenities were in good working order. The pool was great and we had so much fun in the pool and It was difficult to get my daughter out of it, even when she went to the waterpark on her return she was straight in the pool. The "Beautiful", view from the roof terrace is amazing especially at night time with all the lights across Peyia and Coral Bay. We enjoyed both Coral Bay and Latchi Harbour so this villas is in a good position for both sides of the island. Philoppos is a great shop for all your food and drinks and just a couple of minutes away and just down the road they have there bigger supermarket which was all easy to drive to and access.

We drove and used taxies to go down to Coral Bay in the evening it was easy to organise taxi's and very easy to park car down in the strip. The bus service is fantastic (cheap, air-conditioned and goes every 15 mins), used the bus to go to Aphrodite waterpark and paphos harbour.

We loved everything in Cyprus, but here is a few trips/restaurants we loved - Top 5:

1. George's Fun Bus - A great day and completely different to what you would expect from a day trip!! George is a Character and you will meet like minded people on the trip (we found a family who we went on a couple more day trips with).
2. Latchi Harbour and beaches for swimming - lovely boat trip to Blue Lagoon amazing water it is soooo clear.
3. Aprhodite waterpark
4. Coral bay beaches are fantastic!, every beach we went to gave us a different adventure - great waves!!
5. We enjoyed Kikkos bar and our best meals were in the restaurant Sirian.

Just want to add 1 more to my list - Andy's Taxis - the transport provided to and from the airport was second to none, Andy is like a breath of fresh air! He made you feel so welcome from the moment he meets you on arrival to when he picks you up (will definitely take Andy up on his offer of driving us round the island on our next visit).

Absolutely Brilliant - the service I received from you was very prompt and professional - I cannot say enough that the service I received from you was PERFECT! I did not worry one bit through the whole process of booking with you. I will HIGHLY recommend your service and the property/transport you provided was top class.

Would like to take this opportunity to thank you again for providing a fantastic service and fantastic villa holiday in Cyprus - we absolutely loved the holiday. I have added my comments below in red to all the questions you asked. I will be looking to book again for 2018 so if you have any special deals or new properties that come up next year please let me know. Many thanks again and I am sure you will be hearing from me in the future. Kind regards. Sam ''.

''The villa was amazing we loved everything about it the space the facilities and location. The location was great the view from the Villa was beautiful obviously a car was a necessity and was supplied by the owners which was a bonus. We went to many eateries in the area ... We loved Neros, The Grande, The Brewery, which are local and the Harbour in Paphos. We had a trip to Latchi a lovely fishing village about 40 minutes in the car plenty of restaurants to tempt you.

The service we received from yourselves was very professional and informative and I would recommend you to friends and family and would use your services again. We met the man who came to clean the pool a few times he seemed friendly didn't have any contact with the owner.

We intend to visit Cyprus this year again or next year hopefully. I do hope the comments We had a fantastic holiday and thank you and your team for all you did to ensure we enjoyed our holiday and we will be coming back to Cyprus very soon''.

''Excellent - spacious, clean, well laid out and equipped. Fabulous views and easy walk to the village. The car was needed though...The Peyia Tavern restaurant was great and the little 'Tavern' opposite the Mill for the filled pittas is also recommended. Kids loved Coral Bay beach and Footgolf at Marios. Water park is expensive but can be worth it if you spend the whole day there. Very satisfied with your service and swift responses''.

''The property was excellent, clean and very well presented. All furniture (inside and out) and furnishing were of a good quality/standard and in working order. The private pool, roof terrace and inclusive car were an added bonus. The location was chosen due to the close proximity to family, 5 minutes away. It was ideal for us from that perspective, but also provided a very good base for us to explore Cyprus. It was a lovely quiet area with fantastic views. The local Philipos store supplied everything we needed and the bakery further down in the village supplied some very tasty treats. We also had some excellent meals including the The Farm Yard where the fish was superb. Excellent service. Always very prompt responses to questions and queries''.

''The property was absolutely perfect. We booked 2 villas next door to each other as it was for a family birthday. Both villas were lovely and were as per the pictures on the website which was a pleasant change as I've booked villas before and the pictures have always been 4-5 years out of date so we could not fault it at all. The view from the rooms and the terrace were amazing. The location was great, away from everything during the day but very close to restaurants in the evening. On this trip we found a few new restaurants which we loved, we went to Oniros which is near the Ship wreck outside Coral Bay it was lovely simple fresh food and beautiful Cocktails. We also discovered another restaurant close by to this one which was Greek and the fish they served was absolutely lovely, The restaurant was called Yialos. The service was excellent and the people were very friendly. The Brewery Bar in Peyia was also very good and the entertainment in the evening at the weekend was quite fun. Would definitely recommend it. I would also recommend a visit to the restaurant at the Last Castle it is a very interesting experience through part of the Akamas Peninsula before heading up to the hills there. Definitely worth a visit. The service provided was very good and would most definitely recommend your company to others. Steven provided great service when I was arranging the holiday - I couldn't have asked for more.''

"The Property was very clean and modern with everything that we needed. It was in a great location at Peyia, with fantastic views of the sea. We would recommend the Samisen restaurant in Coral Bay, and also Viklari (The Last Castle ) at Akamas. Very happy with LetsRentOnline.Com. Excellent service from local manager, always quick to respond''.

"The villa was relaxing and lovely, everything we needed for a great family holiday. The Location was perfect, views were out of this world. Peyia Tavern and 'The Grande' in the town were good. We were very happy with your service and Angela was extremely helpful''.

"Thank you for nice following up before and after our visit to Peya. This was a special trip where we included our grandchildren and my wife's son. Therefore we had a need of more space than a hotel can offer. All five of us were very satisfied with the proberty and the total solution having a private swimming pool and a car. We visit the restaurants for the dinners and the food was also at a good quality. Andreas, Angela were really nice and service minded, so we left with just good memories. Thank you. Best regards. Kjell."

"Just got back from our stay at Villa Paros, just like to thank you and your team for a wonderful stay and also for arranging the pick up and drop of at the airport with Andreas which went like clock work. The car which came with the villa was an excellent bonus and never let us down. Also a big thank you to Angela who sorted out the gas bottle and gave a very thorough mid week clean. Overall a very nice clean place with lots of utensils. Hope to use you again some time in the future. Regards, Terence James & family."

Villa Paros-Peyia-Paphos- Another Great Review in the GuestBook

Review submitted by Elaine from Coventry (Submitted: 17/08/2011)
"The property was fabulous, it had every single thing you would have in your own home, downstairs toilet got blocked after a few days - our fault and was fixed straight away by an english plumber, also air con in main room was not too happy which was fixed straight away also an english chap! The pool was an absolute god send in the heat brilliant for lying on lilos to keep cooler, just loved the whole place. Location was stunning, the local bakery lovely and open on a sunday, definatley would'nt want to stay there without a car as in the heat and the hills it would be a struggle especially with any shopping. With the car we managed to get around easily and cooler! Higher a boat in Latchi and say the 'Magicians sent you' and you will get a good discount, we hired a boat twice for 4 hrs should have been 130 euros but got it for 100. We went to the blue lagoon in the boat took a cool box - music on ( take your own cd) and lots of swimming and diving, brilliant. We went to the Adonis Water Falls, the track not for the faint hearted but once there was worth it, beautiful fresh water falls coming from Troodos mountains. You and the local managers have been very efficient and helpful. Many thanks again."

"The villa was just as the pictures showed. Views were fantastic during both the day and night stretching as far as Pafos on a clear day. Villa was well equipt and the car outside was a bonus and used daily. Everybody we came into contact with were efficient ,friendly and helpful. Would stay at this Villa again and would recommend to friends."

"Having stayed here last year with my sister and family we knew what to expect, nothing had changed, absolutely fantastic. The villa and what is advertised is exactly what you get. The views are to die for, the villa is a dream with the added peace and tranquility of village life. Having the jeep at the door is beyond your expectations and is a real plus. We will definitely be back in future years. Many thanks to Steven and the team for an excellent and easy transaction where nothing is a problem."

"The villa was fabulous and had everything you would need to enjoy a two week holiday. Having the car was an added bonus which we took full advantage of. The booking was easy and we were looked after well during our stay. We will definitely be going back. The villa is in a nice quiet part of the village so you hardly heard any noise. There is about a 20 min. walk in to the village but it isnt a difficult one, tarmac all the way!"

"Just quick mail to say what a lovely time we had and the villa was fantastic, little Holly loved the pool and Hannah is a little gem! We enjoyed it that much that we are looking to come back in September. I was so impressed with the service that I don’t want to book with anyone else.

""I booked this as a surprise holiday for my partners 40th and was not dissapointed. We had a fantastic time, not only are the views to die for but the villa itself is superb as was having a car included. We also had some friends join us for the second week and the size of the villa was great as you didnt feel like you were in each others way. Its also in great location as peyia village is about 20min walk where there are some lovely traditional restaurants, tavernas and small supermarkets which was handy, we couldnt of asked for more. Id also like to thank the team for making our stay so easy, like helping keep everything as a surprise and arranging a driver to collect us from the airport. We also had a problem with the aircon in the main bedroom which used to leak after 10 mins, but as soon as we reported it an engineer was round that afternoon and fixed it! This was our first visit to cyprus but wont be our last, or our last stay at villa paros". "

"If youre looking for a quiet haven in a lovely home with stunning views and a car to get around the island then Villa Paros is the place to be. Add to that the friendly helpful people youll come across and your holiday will be stress free. Thanks Andy, Amy, Andrew, Ray, Steven and Lisa! You all contributed to one of the best holidays weve had. :-)"

"We had an absolutely brilliant time on this holiday. As we had planned to have a really lazy time it was great to know that we had all that we needed either in the villa itself or within very easy reach. The accommodation was excellent, a real home from home (but with much better weather!) and so peaceful. It was lovely to have a pool and the use of the car was a real bonus. The driver who collected us from the airport was so welcoming and got the holiday off to a good start from the minute we left the airport. Id have no hesitation in recommending Villa Paros to others and I would happily return here if I were to holiday in Cyprus again."

"superb property, with local amenities close by or within driving distance. Views across the area to die for!!"
Review submitted by Andrew from Dumfries (Submitted: 30/06/2008)
"We were delighted when we arrived at the property to find how airy and spacious it was - I didnt really expect it to be so roomy as photos can be deceptive, but not in this case. The decorative and ornamental touches were really good - the place feels like a home rather than a sterile rental property as soon as you walk in. The position of the villa is good - just 1 mile from the village centre and easily walkable (although not at midday in the heat!) The air conditioning was a real benefit and we were all pleased that the pool was larger than we were expecting. It is about 9m long. Having so many different levels (four outside and two inside) meant that whatever the time of day we could get some shade somewhere. The pool was cleaned while we were there and thanks go to Maggie and Geoff for ensuring the place was spick and span on our arrival and for the mid-stay clean (we were there for a fortnight). The car was really useful and being 4wd meant we could easily take the trails over the Akamas without worry. All in all a great holiday and we would all go back in a heartbeat."

"My partner and I stayed at Villa Paros for 2 weeks in May '08 with another couple, and had a wonderful time. It felt very much like home from home. A big thank you must go to Maggie and Geoff who ensured that all of our requirements were met during the stay. Inside the villa, the furniture / appliances can't be faulted. As a music lover, the Bose iPod dock was perfect! During our holiday, the washing machine broke, so Maggie immediately arranged for the use of a nearby apartment until a brand new machine was delivered two days later. Externally, the swimming pool / bbq terrace were great. It must also be said that the views from the balconies and roof terrace are spectacular to say the least. The Honda CRV is a necessity if you wish to explore further afield than Peyia. Although not normally the type of people to visit the same destination twice, Villa Paros could certainly tempt us to change our minds. I would definitely recommend this villa to my friends."
