VILLA ZARA - is conveniently located, a short distance (300m) from the shops, bars and restaurants of the popular Coral Bay resort and about 10 minutes walk from the soft, sandy Coral Bay Beach.
The nearest bus stop on the route to Paphos is less than 5 minutes walk. Paphos is about 15 minutes drive to the east and the unspoilt Akamas Peninsula the same distance to the west.
The cul-de-sac remains a very quiet and serene spot to stay just a stone's throw from all required amenities and a very large supermarket (Philippos)
DETAILS OF THE INTERIOR
The entrance hall leads to a large living space with comfortable seating for 6 people and a dining suite with seating for six. There is a TV with Premium Channels
The kitchen is well equipped with fridge-freezer, microwave, hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. There is ample cupboard space and a downstairs cloakroom.
Upstairs are three well furnished, air conditioned bedrooms and a family bathroom. The master bedroom is a double with en-suite facilities and a balcony with sea and inland views. There are a further two twin rooms one of which has a balcony and the other has a double aspect to the coast and hills.
The property is serviced on a weekly basis and includes all linen and bathroom towels. Air-conditioning which is provided throughout and is included in the price.
2 travel cots available free of charge on request.

**The current IPTV system features most UK Sky channels (premium sports, documentaries, movies & music included) as well as many channels in German, Spanish and Russian. There is also an automatically updated Video Library with films, series and more**.
DETAILS OF THE EXTERIOR
Two sets of sliding doors lead out to the terrace where there is a large patio table and six chairs. Steps lead to the garden and private 8m x 4m pool, loungers and umbrellas.
The private pool has Roman Steps for ease of access. The garden is surrounded by mature hedging for privacy and there is further benefit of off road parking and a BBQ.

11 kilometres (15 minutes drive) to the West of Paphos and 3 kilometres below the friendly and picturesque, hillside village of Peyia is Coral Bay, the best natural (European Blue Flag) beach in the area. This is an established resort with many villas set apart from one another above a wide curve of dark golden sand. The summer heat is often tempered by a gentle breeze and the sea has a shallow margin where children may play safely. In the busier months, water sports on offer include pedaloes, water skiing, banana boats, jet skis and windsurfing. Close by the Bay you will find large hotels, banks, shops, mini-markets (for provisions and souvenirs), bars, restaurants and street cafes for casual alfresco meals. There are tavernas and snack bars overlooking the sea and a large restaurant in the next bay which is open during the day. More tavernas and local shops are just a short drive away.
Other nearby places to visit include the unspoilt Akamas Peninsula, Lara Bay (famous for turtles and crystal clear waters) and the dramatic views at Agios Georgios. An excellent bus service takes you into the town of Paphos with its historical harbour, gift shops and restaurants. Also the 'Old Town' of Paphos with its blend of high quality shops and traditional markets.Within a short driving distance are the Troodos Mountains, Latchi Beach, Akamas Forrest, Lara Beach, Aphrodite's Rock, Baths of Aphrodite and three championship golf courses to name but a few. Paphos also boasts one of the best water parks in Cyprus.
Things to do in the area include Paphos Zoo, reptile park, horse riding, Akamas Peninsular & Lara Nature Reserve, hiking/walking, buggy safaris, 4 x 4 safaris, sea caves area, sailing and many more. Amusement and water parks in Paphos are also easily accessible from Coral Bay as are numerous archaeological ruins such as the Tombs of the Kings.If you want to get out and explore some fantastic scenery, take a trip to the Akamas, Polis, Latchi or even Troodos mountains. The Akamas is an untouched part of Cyprus with unspoilt coastline and traditional fish taverns in stunning seaside locations.
Troodos is of course the main mountain range in Cyprus, not many people know that in the winter....you can ski!

''We had a wonderful holiday at villa Zara. It is a big spacious beautifully decorated 3 bedroom villa with 2 bathrooms plus a downstairs toilet in a fabulous location. The villa was spotless clean on arrival and a nice touch was the few goodies left to start our holiday off. It's in a nice quiet location, very private, but only a few minutes walk from all of the restaurants, bars and shops on " the Coral Bay strip" so there is absolutely no need to hire a car if you don't want to. We have always hired a car when staying in other locations in Cyprus but decided not to have one on this holiday and thought it might have been a problem but it certainly was not. We booked the taxi transfer service recommended by Lets rent on line and this was perfect. We used the local bus to visit Paphos harbour, the Tomb of Kings, Cap St George for the easter market and we walked to the local beach. A huge plus was that the big Philipos supermarket provides a free service to transport both you and your shopping back to the villa, so one big shop for the heavy stuff (wine, beer, water, milk etc) was all that was needed. As we had no problems whatsoever we had no need to contact the local managers and therefore didn't meet them but communication with the letting agent prior to our holiday was excellent and very prompt. In conclusion I would have no hesitation in recommending Villa Zara and have already given the details to family and friends. Thanks Judith |

''We were absolutely delighted with the villa and its beautiful grounds. It is immaculately kept, very well maintained both inside and out and extremely well equipped. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and of course we thoroughly enjoyed making the most of the large pool! It truly felt like a home from home. We were very happy with the location — just a short distance from Coral Bay Strip, conveniently close to Phillipos Supermarket and within easy reach of both Coral Bay and Corallia Beach. There are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from in Coral Bay, but we especially enjoyed the food, drinks and atmosphere at Trattoria La Vigna, Corallo Restaurant, Dionysas Bar and Da Vinci Gelato. ''I am happy to say that Village Zara was everything we’d hoped it would be. There was not one thing we needed that wasn’t there. It was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean and situated in a fantastic area - far enough away from the hustle and bustle so as to be peaceful but near enough so that everything was just a short walk away. We often ate at Seriani Restaurant which was fantastic and good value for money and used Kikos Bar for drinks and entertainment, but by far the place I can’t wait to go back to was The Sea You Beach Bar just a view stops on the bus from Coral Bay towards Paphos. We spent a magical last night there watching the sunset and would urge anyone visiting the area to go there. From our initial booking to arriving home the team at LetsRentOnline have been fantastic- answering numerous questions always very quickly and were professional and friendly. We only met the owner once as he came to check the pool early one morning (although he must have been more often than that because the pool was sparkling clean) and he was very friendly,asking if there was anything we needed. Needless to say there was not a thing we could have asked for that wasn’t already there. We will absolutely be returning to Cyprus and would love to be at this particular villa again. Villa Zara is perfectly located in Coral Bay, the villa is very well equipped and comfortable and secure. I cannot fault the service from Let’s rent online, so prompt in your replies and emails informative. We only saw Gary once during our stay and he was friendly and helpful. The facilities in the villa are first class, there were five of us however I think the lounge area could benefit from another chair or small sofa We most probably will visit Cyprus again in the future maybe in Ayia Napa or Protaras and would have no hesitation in booking through Let’s rent online. The location was absolutely perfect - a quiet street yet within easy walking distance of the town and restaurants. We tried most of the restaurants on the strip. Our favourites were Feggaris (the closest to the Villa - their Food was good and relatively cheap and they were really friendly), Andria (a bit more up market and expensive), Oniro (spectacular location and a great sunset), Dirty Martinis (for great cocktails). We also enjoyed the Last Castle which was spectacular! Out trip to the Sterna Winery was also fun, where we had the free wine tasting. We bought several bottles which we enjoyed with barbecues back at the Villa. Phillippos supermarket was very good also - well stocked with everything you could need. We enjoyed looking round Paphos but we were generally disappointed with the beaches throughout Cyprus which tend to be small and rocky. We particularly enjoyed visiting The Tombs of the Kings and Omodos up in the mountains. The service you provided was very good. Professional and efficient. Communications were answered promptly. We liked the Elephant Restaurant, Mexican Restaurant, Phillipos Supermarket - well priced and plenty of choice and Coral Bay beach very nice and has a cafe with changing facilities etc. You provided a good friendly service with welcome pack was much appreciated on our arrival. | "We visited this villa at the end of September with our one year old daughter and 2 ofther couples. There was plenty of space of us to not get in each others way and the bedrooms were all a lovely size for us all to have our own rooms. Reading the previous reviews on here we expected to have a couple of resturants nearby in reality there were about 20 all down one road plus bars!! We olny went into Paphos a couple of times but you really didnt need to. Plus the local supermarket does free delivery which was handy with the amount of water we were buying!! Andy the Taxi man was very helpful and recommended a few places for us to visit and was always a phone call away and even arranged for someone else to pick us up if he was busy to ensure we didnt pay over the odds!! Very pleasant holiday and child friendly. Thank you" |

| "We needed a place to really chill after a horrible 18 months and this villa was IT! The vila was totally equipped, pool very well used by my kids, location perfect, close enough to shops, tavernas,bus stop(which was very cheap and easy to use),beach and car hire all near enough to walk. We did hire a jeep for 3 days to explore which was preferable for us but you are able to get trips and excursions within walking distance. Louise was on the other end of the phone if needed though we didnt need her at all as everything was so brill.. We totally loved it and will without a doubt return...and will certainly reccomend this to everyone I know.." |

| "It was very quiet even though the villa was situated wihin a couple of minutes walk from the night life in Coral Bay. We were never disturbed by noise and had a really relaxing holiday which is what we wanted and needed. Within the property there was everything that we needed for our stay it was lovely to have a welcome pack so that we could relax with a drink after the journey before we had to stock up on food etc. The villa was clean and comfortable and we were made very welcome by the agent who met us and directed us to the property and showed us round. We were then left to enjoy our time in Cyprus, knowing if we needed anything, advice or help Louise and her husband were at the end of the telephone to offer help. We felt it was value for money it met and exceeded our expectations and looked just like the photographs in the adverts. I would come again and I have already told friends and family how good it was.
