Welcome to Villa Venzezi, Peyia, Paphos. Your home away from home! This is a fantastic opportunity to stay in a central part of Peyia with a great array of facilities. The villa is well positioned for visits to many areas of Paphos including nearby Coral Bay with it's excellent beaches, Paphos with its vibrant hub and history or into the villages that surround where you will find traditional charm, a warm welcome and authentic cuisine that always has our guests coming back and asking for more.

The villa is fully equipped for everything you will need to enjoy your stay … and you also have the fantastic pool and gardens, sun deck area, the ‘Tiki’ bar the hot tub (see rates notes for terms), and, of course, the inclusion of the car

Within a 10 minute walk (500-800m), you have the Tower Gym, 3 tavernas (Hari’s, The Brewery and Wood, ‘n’ Good), 2 coffee shops, a Pharmacy, the Health Centre, a couple of Kiosks (mini markets), Chinese and Indian takeaways, the Peyia Chippy, an amazing Bakery (Papantoniou) and much
more!

Conveniently situated just off the road linking Pegeia to Coral Bay providing great access to all amenities, the villa is less than five minutes’ drive up the hill into the main part of Peyia (car parking available free) with its’ range of tavernas, restaurants, charity shops, supermarket, bakery etc, only 5 minutes down the hill to Coral Bay beach, shops and restaurants and the very large Philippos Supermarket…Central Paphos (and a Lidl supermarket) is only 15-20 minutes’ drive away! It’s a perfect place to relax and unwind

There are 6 sun loungers, with Gazebo and parasol for shade as required

Private pool of 9m x 4m (approx) with Roman steps for ease of access



Decking area under Pergola with sofa set and coffee table (ideal for morning sunshine at most times of the year)

'Tiki Bar' with thatched roof containing pool table (coin operated although free), Dart board, Decorative beer pumps, Bar stools and Fridge

Furthermore there is a Gas BBQ with separate serving unit.

Winding up through the banana plantations after a short drive along the coast road from Paphos brings you to Peyia. Villa Venezi has a convenient position in Peyia overlooking the surrounding countryside and out to sea

The village of Peyia is one of the most picturesque and popular villages in the Paphos area. Peyia is spread over a large area with the village centre having many good amenities including bars, restaurants, tavernas, shops and banks.

Peyia is a typical Cypriot village. A beautiful ancient church forms the heart of the village while the narrow streets and alleyways are full of old and interesting houses adorned with colourful flowers and citrus trees. Peyia is still largely unspoilt with lively tavernas and friendly locals. You can also buy all your provisions including fresh meat and bread in the shops in Peyia. The early morning aroma of freshly baked bread, sweet and savoury local pastries and cakes coming from the Peyia bakery is almost too much to resist!

Things to do in the Peyia area include many watersports on the beach at Coral Bay, diving, Paphos Bird and Animal Park, horse riding, visiting the protected Akamas Peninsula and Lara Beach Nature Reserve (famous for turtles), hiking/walking, buggy safaris, 4 x 4 safaris, the Sea Caves and Agios Georgios area, sailing and many more.

From Peyia the attractions in Paphos and renowned Paphos Aphrodite Water Park are also easily accessible, as are numerous archaeological ruins in Paphos such as the Tombs of the Kings and Paphos Archaeological Park.

If you want to get out and explore Cyprus' fantastic scenery, take a trip to the Akamas Peninsula, Polis, Latchi or even the Troodos mountains. The Akamas is an untouched part of Cyprus with unspoilt coastline and traditional fish taverns in stunning seaside locations.Troodos is the main mountain range in Cyprus, not many people know that in the winter....you can ski!

''We had a lovely holiday thank you sad to be home but had a Fantastic stay.

The villa was beautiful and had everything we needed we loved the pool table which was great. (The best one we’ve ever had at a villa). The air con was all new and was really efficient. The pool was lovely and was regularly attended to which was really good. Everything was really clean and was well equipped with everything you could need.

The car with the villa was great too. Location was good walkable to some bars and restaurants and not too far out of coral bay 5 minute drive. We love going to the grande restaurant in Peyia always lovely food and really friendly staff and very reasonably priced. We also used the Indian Ocean take away Peyia (delivery) excellent curry really enjoyed it.

We have used you lots of times for booking our villas for our holidays and have always had really good service from you and any questions are always answered promptly (thank you so much it’s always good to know we are in safe hands when booking our holidays). We didn’t have to speak or contact the owners as everything was good 😊.

There really was everything we needed my son and husband do like a table tennis table but this villa was so lovely and we would go back with no hesitation.

Thank you once again for helping with our booking it really is much appreciated.

''The property/villa was excellent. Location was good for getting to most places. The Nature taverna at sea caves was excellent. Walk from agios Georgios to sea caves and coral bay had lovely views and scenery.

''he Villa was very spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. It was a brilliant size for our party of five with a fantastic garden which had lots of nice little areas to enjoy some quiet time and plenty of room for getting together. The Tikki bar was a huge bonus and we took advantage of it most nights after a day in the pool or out exploring.

The location was well situated for local amenities being near the main road into Peyia. Having the car let us really explore Paphos, Coral Bay, Peyia, Mandria, Polis and the beautiful Asprekommos Dam. We used a few local eateries, Savvas Grill, Phills and Peyia chippy and I would recommend all three. We were in a few restaurants in Coral Bay, Samisen being our favourite. In Paphos we frequently ate in, Tea for Two, which was very good for a late breakfast or tasty lunch. Again, the service was very good and good value for money with a great choice on the menu.

It was my sons birthday and we arranged with a local bakery, through Facebook, 'Cakes from the Heart', to deliver a cake the night we were there. Phillipos and Lidl were great for shopping with a great choice at very reasonable prices. We used Nicks Watersports in Paphos, for Parasailing and The Smile Rentals, Coral Bay for quad bike hire. Both provided brilliant service and great value for money. We played Footgolf at Mario's golf park which was great fun. I used 'Well gel nails', in Peyia and received first class service by the lovely staff there.

We had a full, inside and outside valet done for the car at EKO in Peyia, before we left and the service was second to none and was outstanding value for money.

The communication with the rental agency was very good and they went above and beyond to ensure we were well looked after. The local management service was easy to contact, very pleasant and quick to deal with our requests. They also let us know when housekeeping were scheduled and asked if this was suitable for us.

We really did have a super holiday. Thanks for your help with that.

''Villa Venezi provided us with the perfect base for our Cyprus holiday. The villa was spotlessly clean and the most modern that we have ever rented in Cyprus! It had everything we could possibly need for our stay, even down to a Nespresso machine which was a massive bonus for a coffee enthusiast like me! The outside area, pool and Tiki bar were fantastic. Such a lovely space to hang out during the day or evening. We spent a lot of time making drinks at the bar and playing pool! The sea views from the upstairs balcony are stunning and watching the sunset from here was beautiful. Having the car included was a big bonus! We would usually hire a car so this saved us at least £400 on the total cost of the holiday. Perfectly adequate for trips out. We took it to Fissouri water park in Limassol and down to coral bay/Paphos on numerous occasions.

The location of the property was very good. We usually stay in villas a lot more remote but decided this year we wanted a bit more access to local bars/shops but without being in the thick of it. Peyia is a perfect compromise! Small kiosk, pharmacy, at least 5 restaurants/bars in walking distance and a fabulous bakery a 10 min walk up the road.

We ate at The Stone House, Costas Tavern, Wood n Good and The Brewery Tap. All very good. However our favourite has to be La Casa All Day Project! It’s a 5 min drive from the villa. We went for brunch and the food was excellent! Lovely and modern dishes and friendly staff. I would highly recommend.

The service provided by letsrentonline was superb. Any questions I had before of during the holiday were answered promptly and dealt with easily. We have rented with letsrentonline before and received excellent service both times.

We certainly intend to visit Cyprus again in the next few years and will definitely look at booking through letsrentonline when we do''

''We were delighted with the Villa. It had everything we could have wanted, they literally thought of everything and more! We may like to stay closer to the bars next time so going out in the evening is a little easier but the taxi services were absolutely amazing! The communication was fabulous and they were just so lovely! We so enjoyed the Oniro restaurant and Sea you beach bar and restaurant for the sunset!

The communication prior to the holiday was also faultless. I am SO impressed! I will definitely be visiting again, possibly even this year if there is availability and we can make it work but will also be renting another villa next year but possibly on another island. Not too sure yet. We loved the Villa but also like to go to different locations. Many thanks..''
