Villa Stella in Peyia, Paphos, Cyprus is a spacious, modern luxury villa that sleeps six. with three bedrooms (one en-suite), two bathrooms and cloakroom Villa Stella features stunning interior design, an elevated position with sea and mountain views, stone detailed exterior, private pool, air conditioned throughout, washing machine, dishwasher, enclosed garden and wireless internet (wi-fi). Convenient location close to shops, restaurants and bars.
Villa Stella is only a few minutes drive from the famous Coral Bay resort with its blue flag beach and Peyia village centre.

DETAILS OF THE INTERIOR
First impressions at Villa Stella in Peyia are the modern clean lines and smart design features. The ground floor is light, bright and airy and has a large open plan space comprising lounge, dining area and kitchen.The lounge has two large three seater chocolate leather sofas and a large TV with Satellite, DVD and Ipod Docking station with speakers .The dining table has high backed leather cushioned chairs with large wooden table seating six comfortably.
Large sliding doors open out from the dining area to the outside terrace and private pool. Villa Stella's kitchen is well equipped with fitted units in beech, black granite work surfaces and mosaic tiled splashbacks. Major stainless steel appliances include tall fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob and hood and microwave. A fully tiled cloakroom completes the internal areas of the ground floor.
Upstairs at Villa Stella in Peyia the master bedroom features a king-sized bed, patio doors to balcony and an en-suite shower room which has a large double cubicle and great sea views.The second bedroom is a twin room and shares access to the upstairs balcony which is a great feature of the house with table, chairs and great views to both the Mediterranean sea and surrounding mountains. The third bedroom is also a twin room with its own balcony and views to the mountains in the east. Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes and bedside units. Completing the upstairs is a spacious family bathroom with shower, bath, wc and wash hand basin.
Villa Stella at Peyia is fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans in addition, has wireless internet, has fly screens fitted throughout and has a supply of fresh drinking water to the kitchen. The water is heated by solar panels on the roof. Towels are supplied for inside as well as by the pool. A Travel Cot and Highchair can be provided free of charge upon request
**The current IPTV system features most UK Sky channels (premium sports, documentaries, movies & music included) as well as many channels in German, Spanish and Russian. It also features a library of 900 movies, series and children's series which is regularly updated.**
DETAILS OF THE EXTERIOR
Villa Stella is attractively designed with decorative stonework as a feature. Villa Stella is accessed by a long private driveway with gates that leads to a covered car port and enclosed garden.
Villa Stella has a private pool with ample room for sun loungers (six supplied). A covered terrace with table and chairs is accessed from the lounge and dining area providing the ideal place for relaxing in the shade, taking in the views, alfresco dining and socialising with your party by the side of the private pool.

Winding up through the banana plantations after a short drive along the coast road from Paphos brings you to Peyia. Villa Stella has a delightful position on the Peyia hillside overlooking the sea at Coral Bay. Peyia is a typical Cypriot village. A beautiful ancient church forms the heart of the village while the narrow streets and alleyways are full of old and interesting houses adorned with colourful flowers and citrus trees.
Peyia is still largely unspoilt with lively tavernas and friendly locals. You can also buy all your provisions including fresh meat and bread in the shops in Peyia. The early morning aroma of freshly baked bread, sweet and savoury local pastries and cakes coming from the Peyia bakery is almost too much to resist!
Things to do in the Peyia area include many watersports on the beach at Coral Bay, diving, Paphos Zoo, horse riding, visiting the protected Akamas Peninsula and Lara Beach Nature Reserve (famous for turtles), hiking/walking, buggy safaris, 4 x 4 safaris, the Sea Caves and Agios Georgios area, sailing and many more. From Peyia the attractions in Paphos and renowned Paphos Aphrodite Water Park are also easily accessible, as are numerous archaeological ruins in Paphos such as the Tombs of the Kings and Paphos Archaeological Park.
If you want to get out and explore Cyprus' fantastic scenery, take a trip to the Akamas Peninsula, Polis, Latchi or even the Troodos mountains. The Akamas is an untouched part of Cyprus with unspoilt coastline and traditional fish taverns in stunning seaside locations.Troodos is the main mountain range in Cyprus, not many people know that in the winter....you can ski!

I enjoyed my solo week and it was great to spend the second with my daughter. Villa Stella is well equipped, furnished and maintained. The villa is in a very good, quiet residential location with views to the sea and also mountains. We enjoyed Corallia Bay with its lovely beach and crystal clear water; the area is well supervised and maintained. We also enjoyed a 3 hour boat trip from Latchi to the Blue Lagoon. I was completely satisfied with my dealings with LetsRentOnline. The property manager quickly responded to and dealt with 2 minor issues during our stay. The only reason I may not return to Villa Stella is if I decide to explore a different area. '' |

''Villa Stella was fabulous, clean, tidy and well presented. Everything you could need for a self catering holiday was provided, a lovely clean pool, comfortable furnishings, clean linen, cooking utensils, even a modern gas fired barbecue for the "outdoor chef"! The villa is located in a nice quiet community in a small cul-de-sac with private parking and a gate to the front. It is very private and is hardly overlooked at all which is a bonus. A car is highly recommended for getting around, the location is probably a little too far to walk to Pegia if you have small kids or are a little more senior! Driving around Cyprus is fine and I have never had a problem, local motorists are quick but patient with tourists!! Pegia, Coral Bay are both 5 minutes away and Paphos is about 15 minutes away on excellent roads. Coral Bay is a nice safe beach nearby (can get busy and hot so go early), Philipos and Lidl supermarkets are a short drive away for your essentials, Paphos harbour/castle, Aphrodites Falls,& Tomb of the Kings are all good to visit and numerous local businesses hire a variety of Quad bike hire/tours if you like to feel the wind in your hair! Amongst the huge choice of restaurants in Paphos I can recommend Poppadums Indian restaurant, Trattoria la Vigna Italian restaurant, Phidias Taverna, Phuket Thai/Asian restaurant, Chloes Chinese, there's a WEALTH of choices! Pegia has some great smaller local restaurants and there are a handful of takeaways (fish n chips, chinese, indian, pizza) The customer service provided by Steven at LetsRentOnline is excellent, emails are always replied to and he is always helpful, polite and courteous. The local villa care team provided a great service, pool cleaned twice a week, and a welcome linen change at the end of the 1st week. A welcome pack of essentials were waiting for us on arrival to tide us over until a supermarket visit. No suggestions required, everything we needed was provided.'' |

Location was perfect, in a quiet residential area with hardly anyone overlooking the pool area, 2 minute drive to the bars and restaurants of peyia, a car is advisable! Great beach at Coral Bay (busy in high season but safe for swimming/watersports). Can recommend La Vigna Trattoria Italian restaurant in Coral Bay, Poppadoms Indian restaurant on Tomb of the Kings road to Paphos, Kings Ave Mall great for shopping, plenty of cultural sights depending on individual taste, get your guide book out for details! LetsRentOnline have been 1st class throughout the booking process during a very unpredictable, pandemic affected period of time, Steven in particular has been very helpful and responds to emails and any queries very promptly. Had to change the booking times and durations several times and nothing was too much trouble, definitely the best booking agents I have dealt with in nearly 20 years of booking Apts/Villas in Cyprus. Thank you for helping us when our son locked us out of the villa - we were worried we would have to sleep in the car! The managers of Villa Stella, Phil and Denise were great. Phil came and topped up the pool and Denise was a superstar when we needed a locksmith. They look after the villa so well....great job! The villa itself is in a quiet location and a hire car is definitely needed but there is ample parking. There are a couple of restaurants nearby but we didn't use them as we ate in every night which suited us fine. The drive from Paphos airport was easy with fantastic directions with lots of landmarks to look out for on the way. It took us 45minutes door to door. We visited a few places as never been to Cyprus before. Tombs of the king's, shipwreck, Paphos harbour, mount Olympus, Latsi. Good drive out to all of them. The location was great, nice and peaceful but close to shops and restaurants. I think you’d struggle without a car though. We drove to Latchi one day and hired a speedboat from Latchi watersports, which we all enjoyed. Would highly recommend Oniro restaurant. We tried 5 of the restaurants recommended by Louise and Gary, and they were all lovely. There was a taverna in the hills in the Tala region (forgotten the name, but started with a V) which had an amazing Meze, great value. We had a minor issue with the shower and air con in one bedroom. We texted Gary one evening and they came out and resolved the next morning. Both Gary and Louise were very friendly and helpful. Louise kept the villa spotlessly clean. With the discount provided by Lets Rent Online, it was an absolute bargain at 80€ for four of us. My daughter and I also parasailed which was amazing for me...not so much for her!! As for restaurants, there was a great choice in Pegeia itself. Our favourites were the Green Hill Cafe right at the top of Pegeia and Oniro just outside of Coral Bay. We were very satisfied with the communication from yourself and also from Louise and Gary. They were particularly helpful when we had to phone them on the day we arrived as we couldn’t find the villa. Louise talked us through it and followed it up with us when she came to change our linen. I’ve just asked my husband whether he had any comments on the property itself and the only thing he suggested was some kind of netting along the wooden fence to stop us losing balls that we were playing with in the pool!😂 As for whether we’d visit Cyprus again, yes, I think we would but we might go a bit later in the year - maybe October - when it might be a little cooler. We would definitely recommend the Greek Nights at Sava Grill, food and entertainment made for a good night. We also enjoyed the Water Park at Paphos which our teenage son wanted to try, it turned out to have something for all ages and thoroughly enjoyed by us all. ''Perfect. Fabulous pool and sunbathing area. It was spotlessly clean, never been to a villa abroad which was so well equipped and maintained. The location was great, nice and peaceful but close to shops and restaurants. I think you’d struggle without a car though. We drove to Latchi one day and hired a speedboat from Latchi watersports, which we all enjoyed. Would highly recommend Oniro restaurant. We tried 5 of the restaurants recommended by Louise and Gary, and they were all lovely. There was a taverna in the hills in the Tala region (forgotten the name, but started with a V) which had an amazing Meze, great value. We had a minor issue with the shower and air con in one bedroom. We texted Gary one evening and they came out and resolved the next morning. Both Gary and Louise were very friendly and helpful. Louise kept the villa spotlessly clean. We have stayed in a few villas in different countries and this one was the best equipped, most clean and had the best welcome pack on our arrival! We thought the location was ideal as long as you had a car to get about and explore a bit. There was definitely plenty to do in nearby Coral Bay particularly the hire of buggies which my husband and son loved. Slightly further out in Latchi, we very much enjoyed an organised boat trip to the Blue Lagoon which included an onboard barbecue and snorkelling. With the discount provided by Lets Rent Online, it was an absolute bargain at 80€ for four of us. My daughter and I also parasailed which was amazing for me...not so much for her!! As for restaurants, there was a great choice in Pegeia itself. Our favourites were the Green Hill Cafe right at the top of Pegeia and Oniro just outside of Coral Bay. We were very satisfied with the communication from yourself and also from Louise and Gary. They were particularly helpful when we had to phone them on the day we arrived as we couldn’t find the villa. Louise talked us through it and followed it up with us when she came to change our linen. I’ve just asked my husband whether he had any comments on the property itself and the only thing he suggested was some kind of netting along the wooden fence to stop us losing balls that we were playing with in the pool!😂 As for whether we’d visit Cyprus again, yes, I think we would but we might go a bit later in the year - maybe October - when it might be a little cooler. ''The villa was lovely. Very clean, everything worked and it was exactly as the photos showed. Location was fine for us. We hired a car so only a few minutes drive to the local supermarket and restaurants in Coral Bay. As this was our 7th visit to Peyia/Coral Bay we have got to know the area quite well and also the people who work in the restaurants! The kids always want to go to Aphrodite water park in Paphos and also have done Parasailing at Corallia Beach. We love La Vigna Trarroria in Coral Bay, a lovely Italian restaurant, slightly more expensive than other restaurants in the area but worth it. Also Andria restaurant and Samisen Japanese is an entertaining evening. This was our third holiday booked through LetsRentOnline.com, and the sevice/information provided/response to questions is always excellent. We did not need to contact the local manager at all as everything was ok. Louise did come and do a very thorough mid stay clean. We didn't see Gary clean the pool, but we knew he had been! The 3 villas we have stayed at (Foster, Stella and Zivania) have all been fantastic. Service and correspondence is always excellent. We will probably be going again next summer.
