Villa Saphrini, Secret Valley
Directors Comment: Villa Saphrini enjoys a great position at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. No traffic or people pass. It is very private and the added bonus is that it is reasonably close to the entrance rather than away at the back so getting in and out to go shopping and to restaurants, beach etc takes much less time.
Villa Saphrini is a fully air conditioned luxury three bedroom villa with one en-suite and two other shower rooms/WC to sleep six. It has a large private pool in an enclosed garden safe for children. Convenience appliances include washing machine and dishwasher. It's just a ten minute drive to the beach and shops. Great sea and mountain views.

DETAILS OF THE INTERIOR
The ground floor of Villa Saphrini in Secret Valley comprises a large and airy open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen area with large sliding doors opening onto the enclosed garden and private pool. The furnishings and fittings are luxury, modern and stylish. The lounge area is furnished with two leather sofas, coffee table and terrific audio visual entertainment centre comprising large flat panel TV with premium Channel IPTV, DVD player and surround sound. Two ceiling fans operated by remote controls add to your comfort, plus of course air conditioning for really hot days.
The dining area has a large dining table to sit six and a handy sideboard unit to keep all your holiday essentials. Two further remote control ceiling fans are provided and air conditioning. The kitchen area is ultra modern luxury with black granite work surfaces and splashbacks. Appliances include oven, hob, washing machine and dishwasher, as well as microwave oven, coffee machine and juicer. There's also a downstairs cloakroom with shower and WC.
Upstairs all three bedrooms have air conditioning and three foot wide single beds that can fit together to become king size doubles, giving you total flexibility in the sleeping configuration.
The master bedroom has an en-suite with large shower cubicle and a good size balcony on which to sit and admire the stunning view. There's also a family bathroom with bath and shower over/WC.
Wi-Fi/internet is included in the rental rate. Current speeds are higher than the average Cyprus villa with 30mbps download and 7mbps upload
**The current IPTV system features most UK Sky channels (premium sports, documentaries, movies & music included) as well as many channels in German, Spanish and Russian. It also features a library of Movies and TV Series which is regularly updated.**

With the gorgeous Cyprus climate you'll probably be spending most of your time outside.
Villa Saphrini has a relaxing garden and terrace area for you to enjoy outdoor living at its best. Its location in a cul-de-sac in Secret Valley ensures a quiet, relaxing holiday.
The private pool is large, ten metres by five metres, enough space to swim for exercise or play family games. The private pool is surrounded by extra patio area so that you can relax on the sun loungers, or if you prefer you can sit in the shade under the parasol or balcony.
The enclosed garden at Villa Saphrini means you know exactly where your children are.
An outside shower is provided for enjoying the private pool, as is a large feature barbecue.

Secret Valley in Paphos District comprises two parts: an up-market residential area known as Ha Potami, and a prestigious golf course. Secret Valley is located next to the village of Kouklia, just a five minute drive to shops, restaurants and bars. Secret Valley isn't just about golf, it's the perfect gateway to enjoy the beaches around Paphos or to explore all of Cyprus. Secret Valley is next to the iconic "Petra tou Romiou", the legendary birthplace of Aphrodite, the Goddess of Love. Secret Valley is set in a scenic valley surrounded by mature trees and beautiful natural rock formations. The Secret Valley golf course consistently appears as the preferred golf course amongst golf players visiting Cyprus in terms of sheer playability and enjoyment. Secret Valley really is a must for golf enthusiasts worldwide. Secret Valley is conveniently situated for visits to Cyprus' other golf courses including Aphrodite Hills (just 2 km away) and the newly refurbished Tsada golf course, now known as Minthis Hills (20 mins drive). The popular villages of Pissouri and Kouklia are just a few minutes drive and the main towns of Paphos and Limassol can be reached in under half an hour. Pissouri is an interesting seaside village a short drive from Secret Valley well worth a visit for a relaxing lunch in one of the tavernas and an opportunity to bask in the sun on the beach. Kouklia is a village steeped in history right next to Secret Valley. There are tavernas, coffee shops and bars to enjoy, as well as two shops to pick up holiday essentials. The fields around Kouklia grow vines, bananas, all sorts of citrus fruits, avocados, apricot, kiwis, olives, locust beans, peanuts, and a large variety of other vegetables. Kouklia is also famous as the historical capital of Cyprus. Known then as "Palaipafos" (Old Paphos), it was one of the most important ancient kingdoms of Cyprus. The entire area of Kouklia is an important archaeological region. Excavations have found the famous temple of "Aphrodite of Paphos" (Pafia Aphrodite), the remains of the fortifications of Palaipafos, and various other treasures that are found in Kouklia's Archaeological Museum.
Local beaches can easily be reached at Petra Tou Romiou, Pissouri, Avdimou and Geroskipou in one direction and Coral Bay and Lara in the other. Above Secret Valley is the road to the Troodos Mountains and Cedar Valley. The route is lined with small, charming villages along the way. There is an excellent highway which runs to all corners of Cyprus but the old coast road by the sea is the most scenic route. A drive along here past various ancient sites such as Aphrodite's Birthplace and Temple towards Limassol, taking in Curium and Kolossi Castle is delightful with beautiful views wherever you look.

The location was ok for us, we prefer the quiet, very peaceful but a car is essential as no shops, pubs etc nearby. Had a fantastic meal at Michaels Steakhouse in Pissouri, best steak meal I have had in years, well worth the travel, we will be in Peyia on our next visit and plan on traveling out there for a meal, it was that good. You guys are first class, never had any issues and are the reason we book with yourselves twice a year. Communication with Yvonne was first class, had an issue with an air conditioner and it was dealt with ASAP, can’t ask for any more than that, great service. We have booked already with yourselves and are coming over again for 4 weeks in October/November this year. | ''We had a marvellous time at Villa Saphrini which was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The location for us is ideal as I have a brother and a nephew who live on Secret Valley, the Villa ideally placed between both of theirs. We love the villages of Kouklia, Pissouri and Mandria although it is more purpose built for the tourist community. The fish and chips here are the best we've ever had! We also love Two friends and Hideaway in Pissouri and Gabriel's in Kouklia. The promenade and market in Pafos are a must. The service from yourself has been excellent ; you have provided us with clear instructions on how to book, payment and arrival details. The managers of the property are a credit to the owners, being very welcoming and looking after the property very well. There wasn't a stray leaf in the garden and not a speck of dust in the villa! Needless to say the welcome pack was much appreciated after a late evening flight! We come to Cyprus regularly as we visit family, as previously stated and although sometimes we stay with them, at other times when there are more of us, we need to book a villa. Saphrini is definitely the best we have stayed in! The discount vouchers would be much appreciated as we may organise a big family reunion next June so this would be helpful in keeping costs down. The pool area was spacious and well looked after with good views down to the sea (great sunsets from balcony every night) and it is not overlooked at all. Set in a very quiet residential area if youre looking for somewhere peaceful to relax you will not be disappointed. A car is required to go anywhere as there are no shops in walking distance. However, various villages are only a 5 minute drive and Paphos only about 20 mins drive." |

Having a private pool which was quite secluded was the height of luxury. We couldnt have asked for a more perfect holiday to get away from it all. You need a car to get around but there are lovely beaches to visit within half an hour. The villa had everything you could ask for and a file with local information.
