This impressive luxury 5 bedroom, 5 Bathroom villa is situated in a prime position just 100m from the Sea amongst the banana groves in the affluent suburb of Sea Caves. This ideal holiday villa is tastefully and elegantly furnished over 2 floors and is equipped to a very high standard.
The main facilities include Satellite TV, DVD, Wi-Fi, Air-conditioning in all rooms, dishwasher and a fully equipped kitchen. Combine this with the 9m x 5m private pool, sofa set under the pergola, table and chairs to seat 10 outside for alfresco dining, table tennis as well as the 10 sun loungers and quality parasols, you can't help but have a great holiday at Villa Marianna II, Sea caves, Paphos.
DETAILS OF THE INTERIOR
On entering from the grand entrance doors you immediately gain a sense of space, serenity and luxury.
The spacious open plan living area features a modern L-shaped sofa, with entertainment being provided by the large 50 inch flat screen television with Satellite, DVD player and CD Player.
The hand crafted wood designer kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The dining area features a large wooden dining table and 10 dining chairs.
There is a double bedroom with en-suite and making up the ground floor is a useful cloakroom.
A tiled staircase leads to the first floor accommodation where the other 4 bedrooms all with en-suites are located. There is also a utility room with washing machine on this level.
The master bedroom features a large king-sized bed and a generously sized private balcony boasting spectacular views across the private pool, banana plantations and out to sea. The en-suite has a bath with shower over. The remaining three bedrooms on this level ( 2 Twins and a King-size), each have an en-suite shower room and balcony. Each bedroom also has fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning.
A baby cot and high chair can also be supplied upon request.
Air conditioning units are installed in each of the bedrooms and their use is included in the rental rate. The unit in the living area can be used for a locally paid supplement. Wi-fi is included in the rental rate and fast enough to allow video streaming.
There is also two safety deposit boxes, hairdryers in each bedroom and an iron and board. The villa is alarmed for your peace of mind. All linen and towels, including those for by the pool are provided
DETAILS OF THE EXTERIOR
Outside the 9 metre x 5 metre private swimming pool is surrounded by a substantial sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a poolside shower.
The outdoor dining set to seat 8 makes it a perfect area for alfresco dining.
The large barbecue area and picnic area round tbe back allows shade when it all gets too much and another option for alfresco eating. A new table with 10 chairs has recently been added there.

The corner sofa set under the handcrafted pergola allows for casual coffees, pre-dinner aperitifs or maybe just sitting with a book watching the world go by in the beautiful Cyprus sunshine.

The Sea Caves area, like much of Paphos, was once rural and barren land but over recent years the Sea Caves area has changed dramatically. Now the Sea Caves area is one of the finest residential areas in Cyprus, offering some of the most exclusive villas in the island. This is not surprising when you consider its breathtaking rugged Cypriot coastline and small sandy coves with crystal clear Mediterranean waters. Sunsets in the region are simply magical. Proceeding along from the Sea Caves you come to the pretty, tiny picturesque fishing harbour of St George with a small sand/shingle beach. St George (Agios Georgios), like Sea Caves, is a perfect spot for snorkelling and scuba diving or topping up your sun tan.
We strongly recommend tasting the local speciality "fish meze" in one of the selection of small family run tavernas at St George and the dramatic sunsets are worth the visit alone from any area of this amazing coastline.

This prime positioned holiday Villa is within an affluent area known as 'Sea Caves' and the Akamas Peninsular, a protected area of outstanding natural beauty, yet still close to the resort of Coral Bay (4km) and Peyia Village (3km) with their diverse range of traditional and modern bars, cafes, tavernas and restaurants. The property is but 50 metres from one of the best known local tavernas in the area which provides good food, hospitality and views within a peaceful and relaxing setting, next to one of the areas many impressive banana plantations. The Sea Caves taverna has undergone recent renovations and upgrades and provides a beach bar and childrens' play area. We would add that it is still a quiet family taverna and should not cause any disturbance to your tranquillity. It is easy to walk to other tavernas and cafes more of which have sprung up in recent times. The most famous is Oniro by the Sea which provides great food and service in a very ambient setting. Nature Taverna is very close by and has been commented on favourably by many of the guests.
There is a choice of small beach areas in walking distance of the villa. 'Fabulous location near the sea where we watched the beautiful sunsets from the balcony. The property itself is very spacious, with a downstairs bedroom and en-suite which was great for my mum, who is not quite as mobile now. All bedrooms with en-suites were great and all had balconies too. Plenty of outside loungers and eating areas! Loved Sea Caves. Being surrounded by the banana plants felt like we were somewhere more tropical! As a family, we had pre-dinner drinks on the balcony watching the sunset — beautiful! Nature Cafe restaurant was excellent, as was Sentiero by the Sea — cocktails with a fabulous view! We also had an evening out on the Wave Dancer night cruise and dance show in Paris. The food was lovely and the entertainment fantastic! Fireworks topped off a lovely evening. We also hired our own boat for the day as it was my mum’s 80th birthday — this was also fantastic and the food was amazing! Enjoyed our sail up the coast and swimming with the fish in Coral Bay. The Villa was very spacious as we expected and well fitted out for cooking and eating arrangements with large tables front and back of the villa making options for eating meals in the shade or sun which was quite important. The kitchen and bbq area were reasonably well supplied with the requisite utensils, pans, cups etc and we wanted for very little. We did have to buy some sharp knives as there were very few knives. The fridge/freezer was just perfect for 10 people, as was the dishwasher etc. The washing machine was replaced with a new one during our stay without disruption and was also very good. There were very minor issues in some of the roomsand Mr Charamblous was very attentive and quick in fixing things when asked. The pool was excellent for everyone including the 2 year old and less active older members of our group and was well cared for and cleaned regularly. The site was wonderfully located within the banana grove and was much liked by all with a real feel for privacy. The Nature Cafe proved to be an absolute godsend for food and drinks, and Christianna was a wonderful host, very attentive and friendly and was a pleasure to deal with. We also dined at the Sea Caves and Sentiero bars and enjoyed both, particularly the Sentiero overlooking the shore line. We enjoyed outings to the Blue Lagoon which was spectacular, as well as Paphos old town and harbour front. We spent some time at the various archaeology sites near Paphos and were very impressed with all that we saw. We were very pleased with our car hires, all 3 cars for the fortnight from Green Motion Car Rental who I would not hesitate to recommend. ''The villa itself is lovely! Great size for 10 people even though we only had 9! Everyone had a bathroom so that made life much easier- especially with bathing the kids. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. The location is fantastic- being opposite Sea Caves and Sentiero was perfect for the evenings, just before everyone got ready for going out, they were perfect places for a drink and beautiful sunsets! The owners of the villa also owned the Nature restaurant and the food there was great. Coral Bay is a lovely beach and it’s only €7.50 for two sun beds and an umbrella. Latchi Watersports is a fantastic day out, and the discount from LetsRentOnline made a big difference! We did a whole day 9-5 on the biggest boat with 9 of us and it only cost €434 (€48pp = £41)- for a day out that’s amazing! Last Castle is always a good shout- unfortunately the route is under works and it’s not possible to get there with a 4x4 because the route is very steep! LetsRentOnline service has been brilliant- faultless! Christiana the owner is lovely- she came round to us the day after we arrived to meet us as the air-con in one of the rooms wasn’t working properly, so she was prompt in getting that sorted! We usually visit Cyprus yearly and have used VillaPlus previously but they’ve become extremely overpriced and the beds there are horrendous! The owner Christiana has the restaurant directly Infront of the Villa Nature Cafe which serves great food and Sunday Souvla is a must, also a couple of minutes walk is Sentiero and Sea Caves both excellent. We have used let's rent online for many years and have always been impressed by the service from Steven and his team especially this year when we have needed to move our booking several times, always helpful. Christiana the owner is lovely always on hand should you need her. We visit Cyprus every year and will always use this company the quality of service and accomodation is second to none. ''The villa was excellent, we had a few issues with one air conditioning unit in a bedroom and the pump to the swimming pool breaking down but they were attended to extremely promptly and caused us no problems. The location was brilliant, being set in the banana plantation with no one else in the immediate vicinity it was quiet and relaxing you could not have asked for anything more. As you are aware Christiana the villa owner also owns the Nature Cafe / Restaurant which is only 50 metres from the villa. No need to drive and what excellent hosts she and her husband were. The menu was good, the prices very very reasonable and the portions were large, highly recommended, in fact we only cooked our own meals once and spent a lot of our time eating and drinking in Nature Restaurant . We were also very impressed with the Italian restaurant La Vigna at the Philipos Supermarket end of Coral Bay Avenue. Another good traditional Cypriot restaurant was Sunset which was on the way to St Georges Bay. I have nothing but praise for your service Steven. You always replied promptly to my queries particularly in these uncertain times with Covid continually throwing spanners in the works. The villa was excellent, in quite location nestled amongst the banana groves as expected. The taverna (Nature restaurant) run by the owner was very good, the moussaka was exceptional. In Paphos old town the Laona was still very good. In Latchi the Y&P Fish Tavern was also still very good. Your help and support has been much appreciated from start to finish. ''The property was great! The Villa was spacious and absolutely fine for 7 adults and three children – which is amazing really. We loved the outdoor seating areas. The facilities at the Villa are wonderful with a dishwasher and washing machine and a more than adequate fridge freezer and a BBQ with plenty of tools. In terms of location it couldn’t be better – we love Sea Caves and it is close enough to trip in and out of Paphos, but also to Polis, Lara Bay and Latchi. It really was ideal for us but as with anywhere in Cyprus we feel a car is a must as we like to travel around. While staying at the Villa we stumbled across a wonderful restaurant called Geitonia Traditional Kebab House where we had the most amazing meze for just 8 euros /head – and we bought food home with us as we could not eat it all. We also made a return visit to Melitzia Taverna in Tala where we had another, very different but equally good meze for around 12 euros / head . We would also recommend that traditional gyros fanatics try Gyros Salonikiotikos on Apostle Paul Avenue. There you can have a gyros with Greek or Cypriot pitta and can choose from a range of meats and fillings for the pittas as well as the obligatory fries! We loved these gyros and cant recommend it enough. Some of our group ate at Natures Café ( we think this was the name ) right next door to the villa which is run by Christina who manages the villa. They were very impressed with the food there and we would most definitely eat there on a return visit. As well as enjoying the beach at Coral Bay and the Roman mosaics in Paphos we also visited St Pauls Pillar in Paphos and would highly recommend a whole day for the Tomb of the Kings if you have children with you. One little gem we discovered was the Episkopi environmental centre in Episkopi. As well as wonderful views there you do get to experience some of the real treasures of Cyprus in terms of flora and fauna. A second little gem was a visit to the Herb Garden – which we found through Trip Advisor. This is now called Simply Irresistible – The Herb Garden. This has an amazing café at the edge of the herb garden alongside a shop which sells only hand made goods. Two of us ate here and would highly recommend the Greek Pitta and the flourless chocolate sponge ( this is absolutely delicious and very decadent). In addition they have a range of teas which made it a truly interesting and very enjoyable experience. Definitely a must for anyone wanting to get a little bit of calm in the middle of their holiday. Every step of the process was made so easy by LetsRentOnline.Com – including adding an additional night – paying with a different credit card and so on. Christina visited the villa when our advance party got there and bought us a delicious cake – quite unexpected but very welcome and as I said – quite delicious. When we had a problem with the electrics this was resolved very promptly. There are some wonderful places to eat and drink within walking distance but understand the bright lights of Coral Bay are preferred by some. It costs just 15 euros in a taxi or is a long flat walk of around 4km. Car Hire is recommended but not 100% necessary. ''The villa was spacious and well equipped. We liked that every room was en-suite. The pool was a good size and we used it a lot. It was also very private, being surrounded by the banana plantation, but easy to access via the short drive to the main road. The villa was further from Coral Bay than we expected, but as we had hired a car it didn’t matter. There were a couple of taverns in walking distance. We thought the villa was well placed for trips to Pafos and Polis as well as the picturesque villages in the hills. We particularly liked the Sea Caves Tavern, and went there for drinks, lunch and dinner on several occasions. All the tables have a sea view and the sunset is gorgeous. There's a good range of “pub grub” but also some tasty Cypriot dishes. Service was excellent. We hired a car from **** Car Rentals, who were very easy to deal with and delivered the car to the villa at no extra cost. We were more than satisfied with the service form Letsrentonline.com. From the start, we felt we had an excellent and personal service from Steven. Booking and payment was straightforward and we were kept well-informed by email. We received all the relevant information in good time, along with handy tips and useful recommendations. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Letsrentonline.com for a villa holiday in Cyprus. Christiana came round to visit and welcome us on our first full day there. Later, she called round again after we reported a minor issue via email. ''Wow! What a fantastic holiday we all had at Villa Marianna 11. Everything was even better than we had hoped. The villa itself is brilliantly equipped, very comfortable and spacious. We loved the location, and Christiana and Koulis are both lovely people, nothing was any trouble for them. The travel cot had to be replaced and this was done very quickly. The Sea Caves Tavern opposite the villa is located in a gorgeous spot with wonderfully friendly staff. Likewise the Oniro restaurant, i had the best dessert ever there, the Creme Catalana! Thank you so much for arranging for Andreas to collect us from the airport, what a lovely man, he made us feel so welcome immediately. We also visited Duomo Italian restaurant as you recommended and this did not disappoint, although we did forget to order a Rusty Nail! We would definately return to the area and the same villa, as everything about the holiday was just what we needed, and we didn't want to go home..''. |

''I have entered very positive feedback on trip advisor. We travel to Cyprus twice a year and without doubt would use your service again. The villa was of the highest standard and situated perfectly, although as you will know a car is required . We tended to use the amenities at the accommodation and have a couple of hours each day at coral bay beach nearby. Coral bay is great for bars , restaurants and supermarkets, we tend to travel a little further to Savvas Grill in Peyia when dinning out , but have eaten in Coral bay which has a very good selection of eateries. All in all we had an excellent break and felt relaxed and at home whilst staying at Villa Marianna ll , we also appreciated Christiana checking in on us from time to time. ''We had a fabulous holiday thank you! Very nice villa, great amount of space. Pool was lovely and stayed very clean. Great to have the DVD player for when the kids needed a break from the sun. Small area out the back was good for them to play in too. Absolutely beautiful location and so peaceful. We never heard anyone in neighbouring villas and not being overlooked was very nice. Sea view was stunning and watching the sun set behind the banana trees was a treat each and every day. Short drive to get to lots of nice beaches and very good supermarket (Phillipos!) We recommend Phillipos supermarket - fish and meat counters are superb and has everything you need and more. Sea You beach bar at Potima is fabulous. Incredible sunsets, great music and a very special spot. Paphos water park - we had a brilliant day out here, especially as the young children can go on everything. Latchi water sports - we hired a boat for half a day and had the most incredible time. Highlight of the holiday (thanks for your recommendation and discount) and we wish we had done a full day. The service and professionalism was outstanding and we had a magical day. Extremely good service from yourselves. Very prompt at replying to emails and answering my millions of questions! Christiana went above and beyond for us. She was in touch most days by text or call or coming to the villa. Sorted out any issues we had very quickly and even cooked us some incredible kleftiko! A lovely lady. Thanks again for a fabulous holiday, quite probably the best one we've ever had since having the children!''. |
