''We were really surprised about the care package on arrival. the fridge was filled with delicious things...We had beautiful days on cyprus. The Villa is very nice and it is in a very good location- quiet but not to far to the Beach and to the Resraurants.
We rent bikes and one day a boat to go to the blue lagoon like last year. We went to fly again and to Santa Barabara, Mamma Mia and to Finikas in Polis. We could really recommend Finikas in Polis- it is a very good restaurant.

We used the grill at the villa. We enjoyed the really warm swimming pool. Also we played table tennis. The Service from the owner was very good and Maria did a good job 5*****( from 5!)

''We had a great stay at Villa Leni and would consider a return visit, this is unusual for us as we generally like to try different villas and is testament to the excellent location and facilities on offer. We'll also be keeping letsrentonline in mind for future Cyprus rentals. See further comments below.

The villa exceeded our expectations based on the pictures, the outside area was more spacious and private than expected and the inside was very clean and well equipped. The villa location is superb, its raised position provides wonderful views towards the sea and of the surrounding countryside and catches a lovely breeze.

All comms were excellent, the directions to the villa were clear and we appreciated the provisions left by the owner. The stealthy early morning pool cleaning meant that we were never interrupted in the day.

''The villa was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped, the pool was a lovely size and the views where breathtaking, it was set in such a wonderful area.

The location was quiet, which is exactly what we wanted, but we weren't too far from some beaches, cafes and shops by car. The local bakery was great for cakes, apple pies and other delicacies. We went on the blue lagoon boat trip which was stunning and the gift shops near the Latchi Harbour were really sweet. We drove down to a beach near Argaka which had a pier, the views were spectacular from here, the beach was stony but we didn't mind as we had lots of fun and not many people were about so we had the beach to ourselves.

We are really impressed with the agents, we contacted you whilst on holiday, you were very prompt with your replies and very helpful. The local owner Maria was very kind and helpful. She came and visited the villa when we had a few queries, resolving them straight away and even brought us a beautiful apple pie, she told us about when she built the villa and about the area.

''Excellent villa! Everything we needed was there. The photos probably undersold the property a bit! Excellent value for money.

Excellent location. Quiet but only a 10 min drive to the town of Polis that has plenty of bars and restaurants as well as a choice of supermarkets. There’s a local shop, bars, and beaches within walking distance. Only an hour’s drive from Paphos airport.

Our favourite beach was Argaka, just a 5 min drive away (walkable if it’s not too hot!). Not too busy, plenty of sunbeds. We also loved Santa Barbara Resto and Beach Bar at Argaka beach. We had a day trip to Paphos Aphrodite Water Park and that was great fun. Busy but well organised and queues moved quickly. The Aphrodite Baths are underwhelming but we combined it with a hike around the Aphrodite trail and that is tough on a hot day but worth it for stunning views. We used Latchi Watersports to rent a Pedalo, with discount through LetsRentOnline, and they were very friendly and helpful.

Communication from yourself was speedy, courteous and professional. There was a welcome pack of essentials and some luxury goods for us on arrival. Maria communicated clearly with us and popped in to check all was ok on our first full day at the villa.

''We were extremely happy with our holiday in Cyprus and our stay at villa leni. The villa was amazing, it was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for 4 adults and 4 children.

The area where the villa is located is a hidden gem. The restaurants in the area are second to none.
I would definitely recommend going down to latchi water sports and hiring a boat for the day to visit the blue lagoon and others. ( hire a donut ). We also hired a 4 seater off road buggy to go up around the mountains and off road tracks.

I would have no reservations using letsrentonline.com again if we come back to Cyprus. From booking the holiday to actually being there the customer service we experienced was amazing and when at the villa the local representative ( Maria ) was brilliant with any issues.

''The villa was excellent. Clean and very spacious both indoors and outdoors. The location is lovely and quiet and you can see the most amazing sunsets from the poolside or balconies. We would recommend a car to be able to go to some of the other nice restaurants.

The restaurants Pas to Kima in Argaka, Periyiali and Yialos in Latchi. Artopiisis bakery is amazing for pastries and cakes.The STS Motofun safari is a great way to explore the Akamas National Park and so much fun as long as you don’t mind getting very dusty. The sunset boat trip to the Blue Lagoon was also amazing. Absolutely satisfied with all service received.

''Villa Leni is beautiful! It is tucked away, offering seclusion and privacy yet is only a 10 minute walk to a shop, bakery, several restaurants and the beach. There is also a much larger supermarket in Polis, a short drive away. The villa itself has the most amazing views of both mountains and sea and contains everything you require for your stay. There was a welcome pack of all the essentials which was very much appreciated after a day of traveling. Maria and Marios were at the end of phone in case of any concerns and always promptly addressed any issues.

Using the discount voucher from ‘Lets rent online’ we hired a boat for 4 hours from Latchi Watersports and explored the blue lagoon and the other smaller coves which was our favourite day out! We also ate at ‘Half way House’ which is open during the day and you can walk from the villa. The food was fabulous and we wished we had found this gem a little earlier in our stay!

We are returning next year and can’t wait to stay again at this wonderful villa.
Finally, we can not thank Steven at Lets Rent Online enough for always keeping in touch throughout the last couple of years. Our stay due to Covid was altered twice and for accommodating the changes that needed to be made. Thank you. .''

''We went as two family’s with kids( 4 adults, 4 elementary aged kids). The property is stunning, great view and very clean ( including the pool) the hosts are awesome and when we had an issue quickly fixed it. They even left us some breakfast food as they knew we were arriving late and wouldn’t get a chance to shop before the stores closed. Amazing! Would stay here again in a heart beat!

Food was great, meat, fish and frutti di mare. Octapus was legendary. High quality food and service both in Latchi and in restaurants on the beach. Good that we had large swimming pool, otherwise each of us would gain few pounds.

Excelent service, quickly responds, immediately solves all issues. Highly recommended.
Everything was so smoothly organized that not much communication was needed. We were positively surprised with a welcome basket, including good local wine, and even more surprise to find a large a very good apple pie on the table after few days. Little things, but they make a difference. All was excellent. .''

''The villa was by far the best we have ever rented. It was clean, well-equipped and very spacious. A television in every bedroom, as well as the large one in the living room, was very generous but we didn't feel the need to use any of them. We were a party of 3 but even with full capacity of 8, the villa wouldn't feel cramped. The bedrooms are large and contain plenty of drawers and wardrobe space. Although the ground floor bedroom itself would suit those with limited mobility, it's over-the-bath shower may not be appropriate. The kitchen was very well-equpped and enabled us to self-cater with ease. The large, warm pool was super. However, it's depth may make it unsuitable for young children and the ladder may not be appropriate for entry/exit by those with reduced mobility. The very large terrace gave wonderful views to the sea and surrounding countryside. It was equipped with several shady areas, pizza oven, barbecue and sun loungers and was a great place for relaxation in this peaceful area. We loved the stunning location, adjacent to a rural area but close enough to walk to the local minimarkets and bakery. We mainly self-catered but enjoyed lovely meals at Santa Barbara and the fish taverna at Pomos Harbour. PaphosCarRentals were great - delivered a hire car to and collected it from our villa at a very reasonable rate. We had excellent support from LetsRentOnline and can recommend this agency.

A report to the villa manager that the dishwasher wasn't working was attended to very quickly. Maria was very friendly, provided an excellent welcome pack and gave us a delicious apple pie from the local bakery on her first visit.

We would love to return to Cyprus. We have previously rented villas in Spanish areas but prefer Cyprus so that should be our future destination. Any of my comments may be used. I hope this is helpful. Best wishes, Lynne .''

''Very good villa! Spacious with lovely sunset views, and close to the beach. The pool was lovely.
A good location for us - a quiet area but near to Latchi where there was a bit more life for our Millennial offspring.

We hired a boat for the morning from Latchi Watersport which is a definite MUST. Our offspring hired quad bikes to go along the Akamas Peninsula which they very much enjoyed. We also swam with turtles at Zygi bay - some distance away, but on the way to Larnica Airport.

Your service was all extremely efficient. You responded quickly and positively which is why we chose to book through you. Very satisfied with the owners service also.

We enjoyed using the BBQ and the outdoor oven for Pizzas .''

''The villa was amazing - had everything we could wish for and a lovely clean pool. It also felt very private and quiet. The villa was spotless and had good size rooms and The balconies are ideally placed too. It was a fabulous location with complete privacy and within easy walking distance of amenities and restaurants. I also like to run so great for running along the sea front, and my husband is a keen cyclist and found the location to be ideal. You also get stunning sunset views over the Mediterranean Sea from the villa.

We enjoyed Fly Again and Santa Barbara for dinner - Santa Barbara had great local cuisine and also great local wines and both had amazing locations on the beach. We also loved the local bakery and the large supermarket in Polis which had everything we could wish. We also visited Vouni Panayias Winery where we experienced a great tasting and bought some lovely wines. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed on Monday which we weren’t aware of as we would have loved to have had a Meze lunch as the location was stunning.

''The villa was fantastic. It was clean and modern and provided a comfortable stay for two families including 4 adults and 2 children. The views from the property were amazing and we miss having our morning coffee looking out over the lemon groves and beyond to the magnificent coastline.

The location was ideal for a peaceful stay in Cyprus, escaping the hustle and bustle that some of the bigger tourist areas provide. The scenery around the villa was beautiful and offered a more rustic taste to Cyprus and its natural beauty. There was enough to occupy us on the shoreline of Argaka with some brilliant restaurants and tavernas and a quiet beach within walking distance. The local Kiosk and bakery were great to pick up everyday essentials but for a bigger shop there was a large supermarket in Polis which was only a 10 minute drive away. The neighbouring harbour town of Latsi was lovely and we did go there on a couple of evenings when we fancied a bit more of a lively atmosphere. We did venture out on a few trips to Coral Bay and Paphos and took a drive along the coast in the other direction to a small harbour town called Pomos which was beautiful. If you do want to venture out and explore a little then car hire would be essential whilst staying at Villa Leni.

Locally our favourite restaurant was the Santa Monica and we ate there on a number of occasions. The food and the service was excellent although it was a little too far to walk to from the villa. The Fly Again Irish bar was within walking distance and also offered a good meal and entertainment on a couple of evenings. In Latsi we ate at the Porto Latsi restaurant. It was excellent and offered a mixed menu to suit all tastes but the fresh seafood was amazing. The location was fabulous and it was probably our favourite restaurant that we visited during our holiday. The large bakery in Argaka was brilliant for breakfast items and essentials and they made some fantastic cakes for the odd treat! The orange cake was a big hit with us. We took the children on a Pirate ship cruise in Paphos which I would highly recommend. It was a fun filled day that all of the children and adults enjoyed. Definitely worth getting up early for. We went to Coral Bay for the day which was a beautiful sandy beach with crystal clear water. There are pedalos, watersports etc on offer and it is quite busy but it was a great beach that we all enjoyed.

The service provided by yourselves has been outstanding. You provided us with lots of helpful information and any queries/questions have been answered promptly. A big Thank you to Steven who has been the person who we have mainly dealt with, especially for arranging our late check out, that saved us driving around for a day with a car full of luggage.

A lady came to check that everything was ok on our second day. She was very friendly and is the person responsible for introducing us to the Orange cake. We had no issues and so we never saw her again. She did leave a mobile number to contact her on had anything have arisen. I hope that our comments help. A car is necessary if you want to venture into Polis or Latchi, but we had one so that was fine. Views from the villa are breathtaking. Nicandros fish tavern in Latchi is terrific as is Moustakallis tavern and the Arsinoe fish tavern in Polis.

''Loved the location, but a car is essential. Moustakallis restaurant Polis was fabulous, Liza’s Place Argaka was also very good. You were very helpful and always responded quickly to my emails. The taxi transfer with Andreas was first class and John at the rental cars was very flexible as we extended our booking once we were at the villa. The owner was very helpful, and the morning after a bad storm man was round for 3 hours early morning to clean up and have everything ready for us to use. Thanks Steven we had a fantastic holiday. The property was fantastic. We all loved it. Both inside and outside well maintained and clean. The Villa was very spacious and well equipped, the showers really good and we loved the sitting areas, both inside and out. Having a BBQ was great as well as the Pizza oven.

Spectacular location with terrific views over the sea and also so rural, surrounded by citrus groves. Having no close neighbours was great, so you felt remote, but easy walking access to bars, taverna's , bakeries and mini markets and only 10 min drive to large supermarket in Polis

We liked Santa Barbara, Coast and Pas to Kima , all in Argaka, not so keen on Fly Again Irish pub, food not good, ok for a drink. Recommend the beach in Polis next to camping site, mix of sand and shingle, very quiet, easy access and a restaurant, shower and toilet facilities.We also had a half day boat hire from Latchi Watersports, very friendly people and professional. Lovely morning going up coast, stopping off at various points for swimming and snorkelling, highly recommend.

Finally, Maria put us in touch with a lady called Kali who came to the villa and gave us all private massages which were fab!

Coast and Fly Again were all very good for food and drinks. The Bakery sold excellent bread, cakes and essentials including barbeque coals etc. Beach opposite Santa Barbara particularly nice as its sandy. Lots of nice places to eat in Polis. Herb Garden next to museum was particularly good. Good restaurants around harbour in Latchi too. Nice sandy beach in Polis with a beach bar. Good road systems to Paphos too. We plan on coming back to Cyprus next year .''

The villa as usual is beautiful, well equipped and in a stunning location. We visited a number of bars and Restaurants in the surrounding areas, in polis, and Latchi, Fly Again and Santa Barbara. Santa Barbara is in a beautiful location and we enjoyed watching the sunset, the food is lovely. We would highly recommend hiring a boat at Latchi Water Sports, sailing the Akamas Coastline. ''Villa Leni was amazing! It had everything we needed for a great family holiday. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the kids played on the park. We also loved watching the sunset every night and enjoying the excellent views. The surroundings of the villa are beautiful, it felt luxurious. The location was good. It was peaceful and in a beautiful area and close to a bar and the beach. There are larger supermarkets and restaurants which are a small drive to Polis or Latchi. We enjoyed the Fly again beach bar and took many trips into Polis and Latchi for delicious food. We particularly liked the Moustakallis in Polis. The service and quality of food was exceptional.

We thought that the communications before the holiday were great, feedback was always very quick and we had all the info we needed to make our stay and journey hassle free. Very satisfied with the owners. They were extremely welcoming with a food and drinks package on arrival and regular visits from Maria to check we were all ok. The villa was extremely well kept throughout our stay by Mario. We made use of recommended taxi to the airport which was hassle free, he was waiting for us at the airport as soon as we arrived.
