''The villa was very nice, with a nice view. Location was good, actually better than last year in tremithousa (mostly because of the roads getting there). Ocean basket is one of our favorites.
Very satisfied with your service, it´s my second year booking through your agents, you were very helpful. We didn´t have any problems, so we didn´t communicate much (with local managers) but overall was good. Few things that we needed help with, he helped us really fast. The bed was the best that we have slept on, this actually made our vacation even better that we could sleep without any back pain. The pool was really warm, please thank the property owner for that. ''The villa is very well equipped and everything you could possible want is provided. We loved the small touches of providing puzzles and books for entertainment and the comprehensive folder giving guidance on using the Pajero vehicle available to use with the villa to setting the aircon, security alarm and recommendations for trips and restaurants. Every detail has been thought out with care and attention.
villa is ideally located a short drive from Paphos and Coral Bay, although the route to Paphos is via a very windy road and we were very grateful to store the location in our SatNav. There is a very convenient supermarket and pharmacy close to the villa situation in Tala village itself. Restaurants - We enjoyed eating at Paphos Harbour, particularly in Theos and The Mooring. Beach - We visited the beach at Coral Bay regularly and found the sunbed and umbrella very reasonable. There is also a very good restaurant for lunch and snacks. We would suggest you take rubber beach shoes as not only does the sand get extremely hot, and the entrance to the sea is pebbly unless you chose your spot carefully. Supermarket – We used the Lidl in Paphos and Papatoniou nr Lempa for large shops and popped to the local supermarket in Tala for smaller shops.

We found LetsRentOnline very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Steven responds very quickly to emails and queries. ''

''The villa is amazing ,the photos really show it as it is. The location for us was great, about a 10 minute walk to the nearest shop and a bit further for restaurants / bars.
We really likes old Paphos and would have spent more time here if we discovered it earlier. The restaurant Melitzia in Tala was very good.

Yes, letsRentOnline have been fantastic. Really good communication! We only communicated with the owner once and also with the people taking care of the house. They were very nice and helpful. I really have no room for improvement with regards to the property, all was great and having the car was fantastic. ''

''We would just like to say we had a fabulous time stopping at Villa Karouzi. The villa exceeded all our expectations, it had everything we needed and more both inside and outside the villa were wonderful. The villa was spotless and kept to a very high standard. We loved its quiet location and beautiful views. If we needed to go any where we had the car which was a great bonus.

We are usually ready to come home but not this time we could have just stayed there. The service you gave us was great keeping in touch until we left for the villa, could not have asked for more. Colin was great he came and cleaned the pool twice while we were there and when we had a little bit of trouble with the alarm he had someone out within half an hour of telling him. To be honest we did not go on any trips and did not visit any local restaurants we were just happy where we were, we did go and visit The Tome Of The Kings and The bath of Aphrodite which we did under our own steam visiting Latchi for lunch. Andy the taxi driver was great he looked after us really well. We would love to visit Cyprus again and return to the villa we are just considering it at the moment. Many thanks Anne ''

''It's a really fantastic property - well-equipped and with a great layout - so we really couldn't fault it! The Jeep was also an ideal car for the island and made things very easy having it ready at the property. And Colin was such a help.

Wonderful. The villa is perfectly laid-out for a group of people on holiday together and it's very well-equipped and comfortable so that we felt very much at home staying there. It even has bath toys which my 5 year old son was thrilled about as they're not something I can usually fit in the suitcase!!

The villa is in a great spot with plenty of interesting places to visit and plenty of amenities close by.

As we visited in winter we had some rainy days and with a 5 year old needed to find some entertainment. We had a lovely afternoon playing mini golf in Paphos - the guy who runs it is charming. We also went bowling in Limasol as the ones in Paphos seemed to have shut down. We had a great trip to Paphos zoo.

You (Steven!) were amazing at communicating from my first online enquiry. I've never dealt with a holiday agent who has been so efficient and so professional and polite at the same time. We also really appreciated you booking Andreas to pick us up on arrival and he kindly took us back on our return. And thank you (and the owners) too for letting us stay the extra hours before our late flight home yesterday.

Colin was a great help. As well as dealing with the issue above, he also noticed a water leak from the roof one day whilst he was at the villa cleaning the pool and he organised two plumbers to attend to sort out the issue that afternoon. Thank you again Steven, Kind regards,

''Villa Karouzi is first class and did not disappoint in anyway way. It was just as described online.

The location is good especially as there is a car in the deal. The views are great from the terrace. The Melitzia (query the spelling) in Tala was excellent and recommended by Andy, taxi driver. He booked us a splendid table on two occasions and arranged taxis in both directions. First class service.

We were very satisfied with your services and everything ran very smoothly. We only had cause to call on sight managers once to replace a couple of light bulbs in the kitchen. All sorted by the time we returned from our day out.

I would like to say a special thank you to Andy who met us at the airport and is such a fantastic ambassador for Cyprus. He looked after us right up to delivering us and our luggage to the airport on our final day. We changed our plans and decided not to rent a car on our final day having met Andy. All in all a really great holiday..... Thank you. All the best Rosemary .''

''Many thanks for managing our time in Cyprus, we have had a fantastic time ( the wedding went well). The villa was fantastic, everything catered for. Took us awhile to get through the instruction booklet but once settled it was great. Location is amazing, great views, even during a storm ! The car was a godsend and we used it extensively to get further afield and see a little bit more of Cyprus’s internal beauty.Paphos harbourside eating areas are very good, and as mentioned we used the car to drive out to see some off the off tourist track.

Lets rent online were fantastic from the very beginning, communication was good and any requests were dealt with quickly and efficiently. We only met the villa managers once, but were confident that if there were any issues they would be dealt with quickly. Please pass on my gratitude to the owners, the villa and area are definitely somewhere I would like to return to. Regards, Neil''

''The villa is very comfortable. A lot of technical equipment, very high standard, everything well decribed in a manual. The location is OK! Especially because there is a Jeep in garage. So you are mobile all the time.

Taverna Stephanie – the meat meze was a sensation! Renting a motorboat in Latsi a spending a day on the sea was great! We were satisfied with all service received.''

'Thanks for the email regarding the Villa. We had a great holiday thank you staying in a great villa. The villa itself was brilliant. Clean tidy and everything you could possibly want out if it. The location we found safe and inviting. We managed to walk up the hill a few times to the square in Tala. Coming down was better. We ate at a few of the restaurants in the square and found them all very pleasant and very good on price. A meal for 4 with drinks and cocktails was coming in under €60. The most expensive was Daphnies going up the hill which wasn't the greatest. We went to coral bay a few times and again the people at the beach were really kind and helpful. We also went to paphos and played crazy golf which is a good way to spend a few hours ( not a midday though).

We had an issue with the air conditioning and phoned Colin and it was sorted within the hour. Great service. They can't do enough for you. I can't fault the Villa at all. We have been to Cyprus twice in the last 4 years so could be back. We holiday every year with friends and always stay in a villa. Please feel free to use any of this for your website. We truly had a fantastic time and the Villa is Faultless. Kind regards April .''

Our trip to Cyprus was wonderful and we nearly had to drag the kids into the plane – they didn’t want to leave!!

When we receive good service we are only too happy to leave feedback so here you go:

The villa was just as described but so much more. The entertainment system and all of the channels available, musical options, general facilities and use of the car make it incredibly good value for money. The owners are obviously shrewd cookies because compared to friends who also went at the same time (we were all going to a Wedding in Coral Bay) we seemed to have so much more in comparison.

The location was great. We’d stayed in Tala a few years back but much further up the hill. It was a relatively short walk to the minimart and pharmacy if wanted to and it was very easy to find from the main road. Being up in the hills it was also noticeably cooler than down in Paphos. That was a godsend for the kids.

The list is just endless of places to recommend. We were particularly taken with the Akamas Peninsula as the sunsets were just so beautiful but to be honest, we ate well and had the best of times just about everywhere. In Coral Bay, Andria Restaurant gave us some of the best steak meals we’d ever had. Not particularly safe for kids to swim but the beach at Kissonerga had some of the most beautiful blues and aquamarine colours we’d seen. The waves were hypnotic and we all enjoyed just being there. Polis was a nice relaxed area and the water was so clear. A lovely day out. Coral Bay beach was great. Paphos Harbour fun .... diving off the wall with the locals.

The service you offered was just about perfect. We’ve recommended you guys to all of the other hotel guests who felt trapped in their hotel rooms the week of the Wedding. Your attention to detail was first class.
Colin and his team were very quiet and efficient. The pool was cleaned quietly and unobtrusively. Everything worked as advertised so didn’t have to call on him at any time. When we did see him, he was very polite and friendly.

Given the luxury of the car and entertainment system which we’d struggle to find anywhere else within that budget range, I think the whole package is incredibly good value.

The villa and your service was absolutely fantastic. We had the most wonderful time and as the kids said ‘Best holiday ever!!’. All of your recommendations were great too. The valet service at the petrol station, Yvonne was wonderful with the car seats, Andreas taxi was excellent, Latchi watersports looked brilliant but we couldn’t convince the kids to spend the day in a boat. I think you’ve got the right mix of everything going on. Very well done...''

“The description of the villa, very complete, corresponds entirely to reality. Impeccable cleanliness, kindness of contact on site, which at the least problem is on site in 10 minutes, everything is in order and we had a wonderful week largely thanks to housing. When to the vehicle, it is really a big plus and it was for us a way to discover Cyprus freely and with great ease. The manager had even organized our transfers to the villa and the airport. If I wanted to find a tiny negative point, it is that there is no vacuum cleaner but it is really a detail. However we were chilly to book because the manager speaks only English, but in the end we used Google translation and no problem of understanding, he has demonstrated an impeccable professionalism. Really happy to have booked this week in this beautiful and large villa..''

''Thank you very much for being fantastic at what you do, you’ve made it very easy from start to finish. The villa worked perfectly for us. The heated pool (32c) was a real treat. Having the use of the car was a real bonus allowing us to explore some very remote areas, so beautiful.
We will be back ! Kind regards, Catherine.''

“Villa was perfect we all love the pool an the differant eating/ relaxing areas. The views are amazing we took so many photos. The location was a little out of the way but so peacful and we had the car. We walked into Tala and up to the amphitheatre , amazing views but didnt eat in the village as it was great to eat at the villa. We ate in Paphos x 4. Loads of choice , our favorite was to the left of the carpark , keep along the front but by the sea till you get to a resturant down by the waters edge with pretty lights over the water.

The food was v gd. Try the white an dark waffles -amazing. We left their card in the villa so cant remember the name. We went out in the car to Lala beach , turtle sanctuary ,what a great road , lots to stop off an see and gd cafes , especially down by the shipwreck .rough road in places but loads of fun. The communication and help from Lets rent online was brilliant , nothing was too much trouble. Taxi service ,which they organised , was great , friendly and cold drink for all on the short ride to the villa. Hopefully we will be back in 2018 , just checking dates. Love Cyprus , the people an most of all this villa . Its perfect. Thank you for all your help and please use any comments. We were a party of 2 parents , 2 x 23 year olds and a teenager. We all found this villa perfect but it would be suitable for anyone. .''

“We have just returned home from our fantastic Cyprus Villa holiday , The villa ( Karouzi) was probably one of the best we have stayed in and had everything you could you ask for and more , the use of the car was a bonus and the icing the cake in our villa choice. The villa Owner clearly cares about the villa and the quality of the fittings and contents . Very well maintained and value for money.

We are regular cyprus visitors having been there almost every year for the last 14 years so we know the area well . Tala is a great place to stay for the views and breeze and away from the busy tourist areas which are only ten minutes away by car if that's what you want. Tala has changed over the years and is looking better each time we go there especially the centre. We hired a boat from George again at Latchi for the blue Lagoon which was as usual excellent and a great way to spend the morning with lunch after in the harbour .

Recommend a day in Troodos and a quad biking trip through Akamas region . Views and scenery are amazing.

Yourselves - LetsRent on line - were first class and always responded to any questions , efficient , informative , and reliable - absolutely would use you again. The local agents Colin and Carol were on hand and really helpful and knowing they were available during our stay was reassuring , a really nice couple where nothing was too much trouble.

We used Andy cars for our transfers whose drivers were excellent from arrival to departure , first class vehicles and professional and nice drivers. Fixed rate and reliable service. All in all an excellent holiday with no issues , great weather and a great team of individual company's coordinated by Rent on LIne who delivered the service we hoped for. Thank you Steven - keep doing what you do so well .''

Thank you for arranging our holiday at very short notice and also for allowing us extra time at the villa on the last day while we awaited our late flight. The holiday itself was excellent. We found the villa very clean and welcoming. It was very well equipped, the beds were comfortable which is not always the case with villa holidays. We made full use of the heated pool, entertainment facilities and the car. The weather was in our favour most of the time with temps in the late teens early twenties, with more sunny days then cloudy ones.
Other than the golf we never ventured too far afield. The purpose of the winter break was to settle down and relax which is exactly what we did.

The local store in Tala was very well equipped and nicely catered for our needs. Having said that we ate out every evening and enjoyed the food and service at the Casa Luna, Melitzia and the Costas Tavern Kolini that we have visited before on a previous trip to Cyprus. Colin and Carole looked after us well with the few problems we had. Andy the taxi driver was very friendly and efficient and we would like to thank them very much. We do intend to visit Cyprus again in the next couple of years, as a group we normally do two villa holidays a year and are considering Cyprus as our regular winter break. The villa we found to be good value for money and would certainly use it again in the future. Once again thank you very much. Kind Regards Jim & Yvonne”

Perfect Villa. Great location in a quiet area but need to car to get around as cannot easily walk to anywhere from the villa. We would highly recommend:

Papantoniou Supermarket Kato Paphos is excellent and stocks everything you would need
Hire a boat from Latchi Sports, excellent service and well worth the money
Melitzia Taverna in Tala village does good food
Casa Luna is great for Italian cuisine and despite some poor reviews of the long wait we didn’t experience this
Andria in Coral Bay was the best restaurant we went to during our holiday. Steak was fantastic. Would definitely recommend

Excellent service from Steven Letting Manager. Could not fault and very helpful and speedy responses. Completely satisfied.”

“Great villa, high quality inside/out and very clean and well-presented. Heated pool a real bonus given time of year and 4 x4 vehicle included allowed for mobility/flexibility when required, although
difficult on most days to drag the kids away from the pool! Perfect location for us ... quiet, but not too far from supermarkets/other attractions of downtown Paphos nor from the local store and bars/restaurants in the village. Also handy for Coral Bay/Akamas peninsula in one direction and Polis/Latchi in the other. Particularly enjoyed Oniro by the Sea (not far from Coral Bay) and the Peyia Tavern. Restaurant at Aphrodite's Rock Brewery gets an honourable mention as well. Also enjoyed Lara Beach even though the water was a bit nippy (but like a summer's day at Elie).

Faultless service. Andy the taxi driver was excellent there/back and very patient given problems with a delay on arrival at the Airport. To be fair, things were a lot better for the return journey. Colin was friendly, attentive and extremely helpful. we tend to be a bit last minute when it comes to holidays, but will definitely return at some point. Will certainly consider for future Easter holidays now given the weather is invariably better than other parts of the Med..”

The villa was excellent, very high standard. The heated pool was brilliant. The car was excellent. Location was excellent, walking distance to the excellent supermarket and for the more energetic walkers to Tala Square.

The supermarket just round the corner was very convenient and was open all the time even during Christmas and new year when other shops were not open. For the walkers Aiyo Neophodous monastery is a good walk up the hill and back from the villa. Coral bay beach is very shaded and even on a winters day when the sun is shining is a great place for the kids to play and adults to relax.

We were very satisfied with the service of the agent. Locally, Colin was excellent, very helpful and answered the few calls we made to him. He carried out the maintenance very quickly. We are coming back to Cyprus in July and hope to rent with you again.”

''The villa was in excellent condition and provided us with everything and more that we required during our stay. We were impressed with all of the facilities and the overall standard of the property. The location was accessible and allowed us to travel to and from the airport, coral bay and paphos easily via taxi. Being closely located to Tala village meant we could easily access a range of facilities which were just a short walking distance away. We enjoyed visiting the local delicatessen which sold a variety of produce which we used to cook on a daily basis. The local Italian restaurant Casa Luna was a delight and was the best restaurant we visited all holiday. We found all your information and help provided extremely helpful. They frequently sent us emails with information about the area, and answered any questions we had which made our holiday experience even better. We could not find any faults''

''The property was perfect, all electrical appliances dishwasher, washing machine and fridge were to die for if I could have got them in my case I would have. Slight problem in weight restriction at the airport I guess. The location of the villa was good and the sea views were amazing. I would definitely recommend lunch at The Last Castle, dinner at Stephanie's Restaurant in Tala , cocktails and food at ONiros is exceptional. A visit to the Birth Place of Aphrodite is definitely worth doing as the scenery is out of this world. Also a visit to the new Marina at Limassol is well worth it as the location is great. All the restaurant owners of the local restaurants in Tala Square are very welcoming and definitely worth visiting Melitzias Restaurant, Stamna Tavern and Masa Soura. Will definitely return.''

''Thank you so much for your email. We were in Cyprus for our daughters wedding in Paphos but wanted to stay just outside the main hustle and bustle. We had a wonderful time at Villa Karouzi in Tala village. It was our first time staying in a villa and everything was first class, equipped to the highest standard. We have visited Cyprus three times now but would like to book a villa again next year in some other country. I hope we can be as lucky in finding a villa to the standard we have experienced in Cyprus. Colin and Carol were very friendly and helpful. A wonderful holiday with lasting memories. Pauline Howe''

“Villa Karouzi was recommended to us as previous happy customers of LetsRentonline.Com. The villa accommodation and facilities are of excellent quality and are as good as they look on the website. Located on an exclusive hill side development just outside Tala village the villa provides a quiet, high quality, secure retreat with great views. Tala village is pretty, friendly and has a good selection of restaurants and bars, a shop, pharmacy and beautiful, newly built Greek Orthodox church which is well worth a visit. We would recommend the Casa Luna restaurant in Tala. Highly recommended property” – T & J Lancashire

"The villa was at a very high standard, rooms lovely, outside was very nice, had everything you need for a day around the pool. I would also say the bbq areas would be very nice to use, but we didn’t get time. The location Was very peaceful, would need a car if you would like to get around. LetsRentOnline provided us with a Taxi man Andy, who was happy to take us where ever we wanted to go, as long as we gave he half hour notice. Very Nice Gentleman. Stephanie Restaurant was a very nice Restaurant, food was very nice most go for Mezze amazing! Please keep in mind you do walk up hills to the Restaurants, easy walking back. Paphos Harbour very nice place, can get boat trips from here. Steven kept us informed with any alterations, which there was some, and gave us alternative which kept to the standard of our original booking. Thank you Steven. Always emailed back promptly if we had query. Very Good Service. Colin come over straight away and explained ever thing that we need to know. Very helpful''.

"The villa was First Class, Spacious, well appointed, The location was quiet, out of town and main areas but less than 1km walking to shops which was fine. Your service was excellent. The satellite TV was extremely limited in English speaking channels. Sports was only one non-english speaking channel. Very happy to be a reference and happy to be contacted by phone if necessary. I know from looking at Travel web-sites they recommend speaking to previous occupants and I am happy to do so. THANK YOU''
Agent Note: Many thanks for your feedback. The owner has now installed IPTV showing UK TV channels such as BBC,ITV in addition to the Nilesat system which has over 20 English speaking channels. Thanks again
