Claire from Stoke-on-Trent said: "As soon as we opened the gates to the property we were hugely impressed, it looked fantastic even though it was dark. It was after midnight when we arrived, however, after another jaw dropping experience when we let ourselves in, we found that Theo the owner had left us all the essentials in the fridge and a couple of very welcome bottles of local wine. The four bedrooms are great. There is air conditioning, however we just used the couple of large fans provided, everything was spotless including all the appliances and we never ran out of hot water. I must mention the garden! We picked our own fruit and vegetables. Pool fab too. Would not hesitate going again. Kathikas is wonderful!"

Famous for its vineyards, Kathikas is surrounded by vines and is renowned for the quality of its grapes. Many of the vines have been in the same family for generations. ''Beautiful previous family home, clean and fully equipped for all your needs. The home owner gifted some locally produced wine, food and fruits- which was a lovely gesture. Lots of space indoors and outdoors to relax, we also did bbq and sat outside most evenings.
Villa is private but do get some cats visiting which we did not mind!

Great location in the small village of Kathikas, close to local amenities but we did have car hire to drive to supermarket and points of interest. Pizza Box in Kathikas village very good, Gin Bar and the local shop. Souvlaki and chips at Fyros was good too. Philippos supermarket was very good about 15mins drive. We did 3-hour boat trip - glass bottom boat from Latchi which was great, highly recommend and local vineyard.

10/10 service from you, Steven has been brilliant from the moment we booked very helpful with all our enquiries. Very useful information pack attached to confirmation emails. The owner was available to answer questions and helpful.

We had a great time at Villa Constanteras ''.

''The villa is as described, comfortable, well-equipped and very pretty! Ideal location for us, close to the centre of the village but peaceful. We enjoyed Fytos Souvlaki, just on the outskirts of the village heading towards Arodes

We were very satisfied with all service received. The owner came to check that everything was as expected on the first day,..''.

''The villa was characterful, clean, spacious.

Great location. Easy few mins walk of clean and pretty village with several bars/cafes and a mini market. We enjoyed Island Beach cafe in Latchi. Also Kourion beach.

Your service was Very effective. All good with the owner also. ..''.

''Brilliant villa, we all loved it good value nice and tidy. Easy to west facing for the sun loads of outdoor space. Cannot beat the location. 5 mins walk to everything. 20 min in car to nearest beaches, stunning sunsets.

Imogen’s restaurant top of the list, we always went to the Gin Bar first for drinks, the village store more than adequate and not that much more for the basics than the supermarket. Loved Coral Bay but Coralia Bay next door was much better. Used Latchi water sports for boat hire really good company. We met the owner of Sterna Winery in the Gin Bar, called Savvos, great guy so we did his tour and wine tasting brilliant! He also knew the owner of the villa Theo!

Very good service from you, Steve replied in seconds via email and offered excellent advice. We used their car rental which whilst cars were older the cost was reflected and way cheaper than Avis, highly recommend them. Theo the owner was brilliant dropped in twice with bottles of his homemade wine !! We had a great time ..''.

'' We all thought the place was lovely and really enjoyed our stay. Location, spot on! The village was quiet but had all we needed - shop, bar and a few local tavernas.

We particularly liked Pizza Box/Imogen’s taverna. The food was simple but delicious and very reasonably priced. We also enjoyed a visit to White River Beach and hired a boat from Latchi Water Sports, which was great fun.

You were very helpful. No problems. Theo made us feel very welcome and spoilt us with home cooked dolmades and red wine! He also kindly let us stay past check-out time as our flight was at night and he had no guests booked in for the following day. This made our last day much more enjoyable. We had a fantastic holiday. It was kicked off to a great start by the taxi driver who gave us a great welcome.''.

'' We had a super stay at Constanteras and felt saddened to leave the beautiful villa. It was an excellent property, well equipped and offering more than expected. The location for us was superb, in a quiet traditional village in Cyprus. There are 3 or 4 tavernas in the village, equally good. Wine tasting venues near to Kathikas, for some lovely local spirits. Yes, the service by Steven at LetsRentOnline.Com was most informative. Both the agent and the owner, easy to contact and friendly. Thank you so much for a fabulous week. Kind regards, Samantha and Michael..''.

'' We liked the authenticity of the property which provided all the amenities we required. The location was excellent for us as my husband has difficulty walking so it was very close to all the restaurants.

We tried quite a few restaurants and in particular we liked To Stekki Tou Panai and Yiannis Taverna. Very satisfied with all service. Theo was very helpful and hospitable..''.

'' I would like to say that the villa was very nice with everything that you would need for a holiday let and the welcome pack was superb!, the location was lovely as were the bars and restaurants within the village, the food was also superb not having one poor meal all holiday. The owner Theo was a lovely man who introduced himself to us and didn't interfere with us at all just popped in to see if everything was ok and to see if we needed anything. We are lucky enough to be able to have a few holidays a year and will be back to Cyprus soon.
Thank you for your excellent service over the past few months and we hope to be booking another villa with you soon. Regards, Darren ..''.

''Real relaxation in a great house. many useful hints and always prompt answers to all questions.
The house is completely in accordance with the descriptions and the pictures - very clean and well equipped. On our arrival, the owner had stocked the fridge with some groceries - enough for a decent breakfast and some bottles of wine were there too - that's more than you might expect.
For questions / problems (there was hardly) the landlord was always available and took care of.
The place has a variety of good tavernas and is well located for touring. To the beach you need about 25 minutes. Pool was big enough for 4 adults and 3 children. Everything was very clean and in good condition.

House and place we can 100% recommend !!!

Thank you for a relaxing holiday in a great atmosphere''.

''We had a lovely holiday - we were a bit worried returning to the same place as not something we normally do, but it was just as good as we remembered. Property was as expected and was fully equipped - Theo was generous with a welcome pack. We liked Kathikas the first time which was what drew us there again - the villagers are friendly and generous in restaurants - and Sterna wines where we visited soon after we arrived to stock up with wine. Yiannis, also the cafe in the centre for English breakfast when feeling lazy ( excellent) in fact all the restaurants were good except Imogen's due to their take it or leave it attitude they gave us - very unusual for Cypriot people we had met. Allonis boat trip - as we had 2 young children advised the 5-8pm trip as cooler - added bonus of seeing sunset entering Latchi harbour. Thanks Steven for suggesting water park in Paphos on the departure day, our grandchildren ( 2 and 4) really enjoyed it ( we had been unable to arrange late book out as new people coming into villa) Theo was brilliant, bringing more wine when we said we had enjoyed what he had left for us, not obtrusive but quietly checking everything ok several times throughout our stay. We would like to visit again in the future. We would probably look to rent villas when planning a holiday as it seems to suit what we are looking for in a holiday. We are a always open to visiting new places that are not too busy..''.

''We all thought the Villa was wonderful. Full of character, clean, quiet and very comfortable. Location also was great for us. Very quiet at night and a couple of good restaurants and a bar a short stroll away. We have visited Cyprus many times and had seen ‘ Constanteras’ on the Web a year or so ago. We holidayed in Cyprus last year and made a point of visiting Kathikas and the Villa for a quick look! This was a departure from our ‘normal’ choice of a good hotel in a popular resort. We have stayed in Paphos, Limassol and the Fig-Tree Bay areas of Cyprus and I think a hire car is essential at the Villa if the intention is to visit different areas and the sights of Cyprus. The beauty of the location is that one can enjoy the peace and quiet of village life, yet the resorts of Paphos, Latsi and Coral Bay etc are all within easy reach - if you have a car. Incidentally, we used ‘Elephant Hire Car’ and found them to be very good and prompt with delivery of the car to the Villa - and, a decent car!

We would recommend a visit to the Kourion Ancient Monument on the Akrotiri Peninsula (again, a car - or taxi is essential), Latsi beach and the harbour for lunch is a must! Troodos is always an interesting drive - love the winding road from the Ski Centre down to Kathikas!! For a good beer, Aphrodite’s Rock Brewery at Tsada, a short drive from the village towards Paphos, was an afternoon well spent. In Kathikas, Yiannis’ Tavern was excellent value and a lively, night on a Monday, with live performers and music. The Farmyard Restaurant just on the outskirts was also very good value with a huge choice (including Thai and Chinese if you want something different). We found a pier in a secluded beach near Polis, which was great for swimming and fishing. If you have an interest in wildlife and the birds of Cyprus, the beach here also contained many Turtle nests which was fascinating and we also saw a Kingfisher here. A visit to the market in the old part of Paphos is also a good trip. We would also recommend a visit to the local, Vasilikon Winery which has an interesting collection of old wine-associated machinery etc - and the wine it produces is very good also !! -

Very satisfied. Thank you very much for your service! Locally I’m certain that, if we did need anything, a telephone call would be all that was required.''.

We arrived very late in the evening to find a welcome pack from Theo, who couldn't do enough to help throughout our stay. A car is a must and if you are more than two I would suggest a car with a big engine as the 2000 feet climb from the beach to Kathikas is difficult for a low powered car. We only ate out a few times, 8 of us in all 4 adults and 4 children. We went in the height of summer but managed not to use the air con, the fans were sufficient during the night but if you needed them they were there.
Most nights we would gather round the barbecue area for an evening meal. (Once you have used the barbecue you will want to bring one back) The main supermarket on the beach road is very reasonably priced with its own butchery and fish mongers. When you go, try and go early as the parking is slightly shaded so when you come it's not like an oven.
I would suggest if heading down to Coral Bay avoid the first beach, as you pass it on your left continue and take a left at the end of the road followed by a right and you will see a big car park area by the coral beach hotel. In my opinion a much better beach, don't forget to take a snorkel lots to see. One more thing the photos don't show a picture of the Fridge, it is a tall fridge freezer so there is plenty of room.

''Hi Steven, Many thanks for your efforts in providing us with a memorable holiday.

It was an absolute pleasure to have used “Letsrentonline” for our holiday villa rental. From the first moment we booked until returning home the service and communications have been outstanding. The taxi was there at the airport as requested, the villa was ready on arrival with additional “provisions” as requested. Our car turned up on time (hired from the company you recommended), and we were able to move about straight away. The taxi to return to the airport turned up on time. During our stay Theo the owner visited and spoke about the villa as well as generously providing some of his own wine. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble.

Excellent villa , everything we had hoped for and more. We all loved the village of Kathikas, the position up in the hills made the heat far more pleasant than the stifling beach resorts. Kathikas had several places to eat, our friends enjoyed the Farmhouse restaurant and we particularly liked Yiannis Taverna.

The service which was provided by you as agents was first class, nothing too much trouble and everything ran smoothly and efficiently. From the time of the booking all communications were easy and responses received almost immediately

Once again many thanks for all your assistance, I would have no hesitation in recommending your services.

Regards, Andy''.

''The villa itself was clean and very spacious and suitably furnished. The facilities in the property were excellant. The extra outside covered dining area, overlooking the pool was where we spent most of our time whilst at the villa. There were ample sun beds around the pool and the garden was very well kept. Kathikas is a village that we love having stayed in the village on holiday for the past five years. All of the eating places in Kathikas are good and there is always a warm welcome when you arrive. Outside of Kathikas we always visit ‘The Last Castle’ inside the Akamas Peninsular for their wonderful BBQ and Keo..

All communication has received prompt replies so I am very satisfied. Theo the owner was very welcoming and pleasant. He visited us several times during our stay to see that everything was OK and was always contactable by phone if we needed him. We did not have any problems. Everything was fine as it is. ''.

''We really enjoyed the stay in Cyprus. The villa is beautiful and in good condition. We had chosen the location for its remoteness and hiking possibilities. We had nice evenings in the taverns. We liked the hospitality and that we could bring all the kids. The area had different routes for hiking and the beaches weren’t far away. We especially liked Lara Beach and Coral Bay. Your agency helped a lot and every question was answered very quickly. Theo was a great help concerning questions around the property. We enjoyed the stay and we can imagine to come back.'.

''We have just returned from a fantastic time in Cyprus. The villa was excellent. We all loved it. The house is traditional with all mod cons. It was obvious that it had been very well taken care of. We really liked the pool, garden and the vegetable plot. Theo was very hospitable and he visited a couple of times to bring us some wine and artichokes. Apparently this is the way in Cyprus. He was very easy to contact in case of problems which we did not have. The location was very good. The views are stunning. Coral Bay beach is a 15 minute drive and Paphos was a 20 minute drive. The village is lovely and the locals are very nice and extremely hospitable. We ate at all the restaurants and visited every bar. We can't recommend them highly enough. We have never known anywhere so welcoming. The village shop only sold very basic produce. The nearest supermarket is a 10 minute drive. We all agreed that dining in the village was much better than dining in Paphos as the service, value and quality of the food was much higher.

We would all like to visit the island again and would have no hesitation in recommending the villa or Cyprus. I have been really pleased with the service from Letsrentonline and would recommend them. The fact that all my requests were fulfilled especially as Theo let us check out later than normal was a great a help. For a family holiday it was great value for money and would consider a villa again as opposed to a hotel. We visited the water park in Limassol which was excellent. The water park in Paphos was closed. We visited Adonis Waterfalls which was very good but difficult to find. St George's bay was very nice. All the tourist beaches were nice and clean. The market in Paphos is very nice and under cover so you don't have to worry about getting sun burned. We visited the architectural sites in Paphos. They were very interesting and good value for money''.

''The villa was exactly as described and expected. Very traditional, full of charm and well equipped. What was extra special was the welcome pack upon arrival. It is unusual to receive even the basics when renting villa's but we had bacon, fresh eggs, bread, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, soft drinks, water, two cans of beer and a bottle of red (Theo's home made) and white wine and fruits. The location was Perfect for a quiet peaceful holiday. There is a small village square and a few restaurants. It is easy to access Paphos and Polis and other small towns and sights. It is about a 2 hour drive from Larnaca airport but this is mostly on the motorway.

Imogens restaurant is very nice and the owners very friendly. We went there for Easter Sunday lunch which was excellent. Coral bay has a nice beach and we also went to Evrotou dam (about 20 minutes drive away). Absolutely satisfied with your service - always quick to respond and assist in the booking process - thank you. Theo was also fantastic. There were road works near Kathikas village and Theo came to meet us just outside to take us to the villa on the back streets. Also as it was mid April and a stone villa, it wasn't particularly warm in the evenings to start with. Theo organised a gas fire and a stock pile of fire wood for the open fire. PLEASE pass on our thanks to him.''.

''Beautiful! This was the third time we've stayed in Kathikas so we knew it would suit us, might not be to everyone's tastes though. Yiannis's restaurant and also Imogen's in the village. 'Maria's House' (the proper name is To Stekki, I think) is also worth a mention - new to the village, cheap and very much a small, family-run business. Also the new brewery - the Aphrodite Rock brewery at Tsada - and Paul's Bar (Kathikas Inn) in the village. The Porto Latchi in Latchi as well is a favourite. Very satified with all service. Theo met us in the village to show us to the house. He had left us two bottles of wine, bread, eggs, milk, cheese, ham, fruit, butter, cereal, as well as tea and coffee supplies. Later on he called in to see if we were ok and brought us two more bottles of his own wine! We had two small maintenance problems which he fixed for us almost immediately. Please can you pass on to him our regards and tell him how much we enjoyed the villa and his hospitality. Also that we hope he could make use of the beers we left for him in the house! We certainly have no complaints about anything''.

''The villa was Very well. It corresponds to the pictures and the description that we’ve read in your website. No bad surprise. We found it very good located (between the coast of the North and the South of the island and a little bit in the “mountains” – 600 meters) near the Aklama peninsula and Paphos (archeological sites) and not to far from Limassol and the top of the island (Olympus summit). It’s a good place to visit the third part West of Cyprus.

We have had a very good time in Paphos at the Hondros restaurant, we have eaten a very good mezze in Archontariki Tavern in Polis and taken a good dinner in Vrakas Tavern in Pissouri. You (Steven Gargaro) was very reactive, very comprehensive. It was the first time that we rent a villa on a website and we were a little bit anxious. Because the risk to rent a “ghost” villa on internet is not so small. And you understand the situation and our fear and you reassure us. You follow and assist very well your customer in the booking procedure (I booked … 2014 by mistake). Théo was very kind and totally at our service for informations or any other demands (wood, …). He helps us for a problem with the Cyprian rental company. Theo is a very nice man. We have a very good weather during our stay (an average of 28 degrees …), a very good surprise (Theo itself was surprised). It’s really possible that we want to go to Cyprus in the next 2 years in the same option (villa) for our holidays.''

''We loved our stay at Villa Constanteras. It`s a charming accomodation, very well equipped. Our kids were excited about the pool naturally and the spacious property as well. There was absolutely nothing we missed. We made the right decision choosing a villa at Kathikas, a wonderful rural and origin village, but in comfortable distance to beaches/sights/nature. We spent a day at Troodos mountain and walked the kaledonian trail near Platres. Exciting trail, especially for kids. The Paphos zoo is really nice to visit, there are some remarkable animals to see and superb surroundings. You did a great job, providing all important and useful informations we needed. I`m used to get less information from german agencies. Thank you very much again. Theo, the owner, was extraordinary hospitable, we enjoyed his homemade redwine''.

''The property was excellent, the welcome pack with Theo's home made wine was a lovely touch. The location is very quiet and ideal to get to Coral Bay beach and other sights. The outside space is brilliant and is very much home from home inside. The location was excellent for local restaurants and a couple of bars. Stekki Tou Panai is a new local restaurant where the food was delicious and the family running it were very friendly. Also there is a local takeaway on the road to Polis that serves the best kebabs with a lovely view from the tables outside. Very satisfied.''

''The villa was good. Facilities were very good. The location in the village was very nice. He was the reason we chose this villa. "Yiannis" Kathikas is a really good restaurant. A circular walk from Teletra after Milou and back Teletra was very nice. Behind Argakas is a beautiful beach, where we were all alone. This beach is mentioned in guidebooks. All the best. Thank you! Theo was very nice. We found a welcome wine and grappa made herself. He gave us another bottle of wine while we were there. He came several times to ask if everything is OK.''

Beautiful in good condition. Very spacious for the two of us. Felt at home and part of the village. For us great. Ideal for visiting NW Cyprus. Cooler, les humid and far mor authentic than Paphos (which we visited a couple of times to attend wedding). Lara Beach and Last Castle restaurant terrific. In Kathicas ate well at Meze Meze and Yiannis Restaurant.

The villa was excellent, and exactly what we wanted. The village of Kathikas is well served with good restaurants and local supermarkets. Local people are friendly and welcoming. It also enjoys a good geographical location midway between Paphos and Polis. The owner was attentive, friendly and helpful. He was also generous with gifts of fruit and local wine. Information and help from yourself was accurate and helpful and I will be happy to use your services again in the future.

We had a great time at the Villa Constanteras in Kathikas. The villa was well equipped and situated in a lovely village for those who want a holiday away from the crowds but within half an hour of Paphos and other tourist attractions. There were several restaurants in the village which provided excellent food at reasonable prices. we particularly enjoyed Imogens in the centre of the village. Theo the owner was very helpful and keen to ensure that we had all that we needed. The booking system was managed very efficiently and if we wanted another holiday rental villa we would certainly use the same company again. Best wishes. Sue Ball

Really beautifully set out, spotlessly clean and very charming. Well located close to village shops and the tavernas, but far enough to be peaceful. Yiannis’ tavern – best stifado anywhere that we had, and great fun and the Cypriot night on the Wednesday! Also really enjoyed the wine tasting at Sterna with Savas. Theo was really helpful, around if we needed him but not ‘in our faces’. Absolutely perfect villa in a wonderful location in a friendly and welcoming village. Thanks for a great service where everything was clear and well communicated.

Our family of six has just returned from Villa Constanteras and could not have wished for a better holiday. We arrived approximately 11pm after our flight and found the villa quite easily from the Directions. When we arrived there were Bottles of wine from the owners vineyard which were a godsend after a day of traveling. Thanks Theo. The villa was absolutely stunning with everything we needed and seeing it in the morning was even better. (You wont need travel adapters as there are british plug-holes all over the villa!) The village was quite friendly with a small grocery shop for simple things. A longer drive towards Paphos for the weekly shop was required though. We found a local market shop with fresh homegrown fruit and veg on the main road into Paphos, which after a few visits got to know the Proprietor very well. The Village was perfect for an original holiday away from the holiday centre madness and chaos of the larger citys. Kathikas is quite central for trips up to Latsi and the peninsula, west to coral Bay, Agios Georgios, and south to Paphos although we were glad for our 4x4 up in the hills above Lara bay!!!!!! Kathikas is stunning, Villa Constanteras was stunning, the views of the west were stunning, I cant praise it all enough. Thanks Theo for a wonderful stay in your beautiful country. we will definately be back next year. FIVE STARS :)
