Villa Ammoyiali (Ammo meaning Sand and Yiali meaning beach) is set by the Sea in a quiet suburb of Polis. The area is flat for walking and for those fit and able to you can walk into town and use the many amenities. Natura Bach Hotel which serves organic meals is just a few hundred metres away

A private road leads to the beach which is sandy. The sea can be accessed easily.


DETAILS OF THE INTERIOR

Ground Floor


The villa is accessed from a private road in a quiet suburb of Polis. You will drive into the private and secluded grounds and park the car amongst the many wonderful fruit trees that surround the property.

The villa can be accessed by the main double doors at the rear of the property or the more convenient side door by the BBQ which leads into the spacious open plan dining/kitchen & lounge area.

The Kitchen has an electric hob, extractor fan, Fridge freezer, electric oven, microwave, coffee filter machine, kettle & toaster. Well stocked cupboards. Roller blind at window.

Dining table & 8 chairs with patio door access to garden & outdoor sofa set for 4.



Lounge area has 1 x 3 & 2 sofa in tan micro leather material. 3 single relaxing chairs. Glass topped coffee table. Large Flat screen TV & Receiver box (with premium channels)**. Open fire/stove in recess in wall. Large sliding patio doors with access to poolside & the large square table with chairs for 8.

The Ground Floor bedroom has a double sized bed with 2 bedside tables, dressing table & mirror. Access via patio doors can be gained to the private pool area. Fitted wardrobes. En-suite shower room with toilet & free hanging sink. Air con units. Black-out roller blinds

Guest downstairs WC. Cupboard under stairs. Large marble stairway up to next level.

**The current IPTV system features most UK Sky channels (premium sports, documentaries, movies & music included) as well as many channels in German, Spanish and Russian. It also features an extensive library TV Series and Movies which is regularly updated.**

The villa has internet speed/wi-fi at approx 12mb but can be easily upgraded without charge to 30mb which is very fast for the area. There is also a wireless booster on the first floor.



First Floor


The first bedroom to right at top of stairs is the master and has king size double bed, bedside tables & lamps, fitted wardrobes, dressing table & mirror. Window is behind headboard of bed. The bedroom has access to two private balcony areas with glass screening to allow views of both the sea & mountain views. Small bistro table & 2 chairs supplied on Sea Facing Balcony. En-suite bathroom has bath, shower over bath, sink & toilet. Black out blinds. Air con.

Middle bedroom is twin beds with bedside table & lamp. Dressing table & mirror fitted wardrobes. En-suite shower room with sink & toilet. Patio doors to private balcony with glass screening with glass top bistro table & 2 chairs. Air con & black out blinds



There is a small utility area with sink & washing machine on the landing.

The end bedroom is a twin bedroom with bedside table & lamp. Dressing table with mirror. Air con & black out blinds. Patio doors to private balcony with glass top bistro table & 2 chairs. En-suite is shower, sink & toilet.

The villa is air-conditioned throughout and units are included in bedrooms (see rates). The bedrooms all have blackout blinds fitted to windows. A travel cot and highchair can be supplied upon request.



DETAILS OF THE EXTERIOR

Ground Floor

The centrepiece of this lovely tranquil area is the Large tiled 12m x 6m overflow Pool with Roman Steps. he depth is approx 1.4m all over. An Astroturf surrounding gives a natural feel. The area also hosts 8 sunbeds with 4 parasols with portable bases allowing movable shade. 4 small tables allow glasses to be close at hand. (suitable outside crockery supplied). Pillar style poolside lights surround.

A Pool Table with Cues is supplied for your entertainment and alfresco lifestyle.

There is a wooden table & 4 chairs at the side of the villa where the Large Stone built BBQ is set.



A trampoline & slide for children’s 6 years old and under is in the same area.

The villa is set in a surround of orange & lemon groves. The undisturbed views of the sea just 200m away with access down to a sandy beach where turtle’s nest (at certain times of year). Views to Latchi from beach area and some first floor areas of villa.

The Town of Polis.

There is plenty of activity to choose from, whether you wish to dine in one of the many restaurants, shop at some larger supermarkets, hire mountain bikes, quad bikes or just watch the world go by in the ambience of the traditional village square.

The nearby Latchi beach is renowned as one of the best on this side of the island and not as crowded as the beaches in and around Paphos itself (which can be reached by car in 30 minutes or under). Latchi beach is famous for its clear blue sea, soft white sand and a great selection of watersports which are readily available. Take one of the boat rides (or even hire your own) to the ‘blue lagoon’, have a swim and/or snorkel, then come back to the pretty harbour/fishing port and have the famous ‘Fish Meze’ where you will be served approx 20 dishes including some of the freshest catches of the day whilst watching the world go by.

For the more adventurous, you can enter the ‘Akamas’ Nature reserve and go all the way round to ‘Lara Beach’ famous for its turtles and wonderful beach. If it is unspoilt Cyprus you are looking for, this is a great area to visit. You may even venture into the nearby villages of Peristerona, Lysos and Miliou or further on to Kathikas (with its vineyards and wineries), Droushia and Panagia. Other fantastic scenery can be taken in at Cedar Valley and the Troodos mountain range where in Winter, you can even Ski!Paphos airport is 1 hour away by very good quality roads with English road signs. Visit Argaka and you won’t be disappointed.

'We love the property and enjoyed our stay immensely. It was even better this year with the extra heater, and we also bought firewood and had many lovely fires. We especially love the pool. As cold-water swimmers we swam in it while the temperature ranged from 9 to 16 degrees, which was perfect for us. Giannis looks after the pool as if it were his firstborn. The place is always clean upon arrival, and we have Giannis’s cleaners come during our stay as well—they are excellent. The property is very well equipped.

The location in the middle of an orange orchard is stunning. There are oranges, pomelos, and grapefruit on the property, and you also have sea views. It is lovely and tranquil, yet it takes only two minutes to get into Polis and about five minutes to reach the beach in Latchi.

Our favourite restaurant is Finikas, which has a lovely menu and beautifully presented dishes. The historic sights in Paphos are also a must-see. Walking along the promenade there is always enjoyable, especially on stormy days.

We also explored further afield and rented a driver to travel in the north. This year we visited the donkey sanctuary and Apostolou Andreus, where the old Greek monastery is being renovated. The trip to the easternmost part of Cyprus was very interesting. We had a lovely traditional lunch in a remote area overlooking the sea, and the landscape throughout the whole drive was beautiful. Later we climbed up to Kantara Castle, built by the Crusaders.

When we were in Nicosia we once again visited the Turkish Hammam for a massage. It is a wonderful experience, from the welcoming mint tea to the foam massage and the ginger tea at the end. I highly recommend it.

We also took a trip to Cairo to see the pyramids and the new Grand Egyptian Museum, which is a must visit. This was followed by a Nile cruise. We arranged everything through a travel agent in Nicosia, who was exemplary in her help.

Your service was excellent. You responded to us in a timely manner and always in a professional way. Our communication with Giannis was also excellent—he always responded to our questions quickly. We loved the welcome package and the welcome-home apple cake after our Nile cruise. Giannis could not be more responsive to our needs.

Savvas picked us up with no problem and even delivered our delayed baggage the next day for a fee.

Overall, we certainly love staying at Giannis’s place. In fact, we are renting in Spain right now and the standard of preparedness and cleanliness is nowhere near Giannis’s standards.

Thank you to you and Giannis for everything you did to make our holiday such a superb experience.

'The villa was perfect — truly five stars. The location was also perfect; it was our fifth time in this area, and we absolutely love it. We would highly recommend several restaurants, especially Santa Barbara, Old Town, and Noma.

The service from LetsRentOnline.com was perfect as well — very easy and friendly. Our communications and service with the local managers and the owner were also excellent; Giannis is so friendly and helpful.

'The villa was fantastic — it had everything we needed. The beach was such a close walk, which was amazing, and we loved all of the outdoor space.

The location was great for us. I liked that there were two different towns we could explore. We were looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday and loved how the area had such a calm, peaceful atmosphere.

We loved Moustakallis Tavern. The owner was so kind, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was exactly what we wanted.

Communication with LetsRentOnline.com was very easy, and we got everything we needed. Even though we didn’t end up using them this time (as it was our first holiday with a baby), I appreciated the offers of discounts with local businesses. I almost always rent a boat on holiday and would probably do so next time.

Giannias was fantastic! He was so warm and welcoming. He even brought us a bottle of wine and a pie from a local shop, as well as stocking the refrigerator with basics like bread, eggs, milk, and butter — such a nice touch. ''We had an incredible stay at this villa. The property itself was fantastic — beautifully designed, modern, and immaculately clean. The large pool was a real highlight and made it easy to spend entire days just relaxing at the house.

The location was exactly what we were looking for. Tucked away from the busy centre, it offered peace and quiet, with a secluded beach just steps away. At the same time, Polis was close enough to walk to, which made it easy to explore, shop, and dine without needing to drive everywhere.

The service from LetsRentOnline.com was excellent — everything was handled smoothly and communication was always prompt and helpful. Giannis, the local manager, was also wonderful to deal with — friendly, welcoming, and quick to assist with anything we needed.

''The property was perfect in every way. It had everything we needed and we simply couldn't fault it at all.

The location for us was again perfect. We were just a stroll away from the beautiful beach, five minutes from the supermarket and restaurants, and only around twelve minutes from the harbour and gift shops.

We ate out at the Fly Again pub three times, enjoying their wonderful breakfasts. We sat on the beach side under shade and took in the calming views of the sea. The staff were very helpful, polite, and friendly. On another occasion, we popped into the Latchi harbour and had lunch at the Faros Restaurant—food was great, as was the service. Last but not least, we went to an amazing bakery, Artopollsis in Argaka. We found this last year and made sure we went back as it was so tasty. Everything about this bakery is amazing, the coffee is good too, and the staff are super friendly and helpful.

The beach was just metres from the villa. It was absolutely stunning and we'd regularly go down for a swim. We watched some wonderful sunsets there too. The only suggestion we would make is to wear beach shoes, as it has quite a few pebbles and is stony in places. Wearing the shoes made it a lot easier getting in and out of the water.

Can't recommend LetsRentOnline.com enough. Brilliant company, always so quick at replying to emails—unlike us! We had such a great experience last year, that's why we booked again for this year.

The owner Yiannis was extremely welcoming, bringing us a tasty apple pie and bottle of wine on our second day, as we were a little late arriving on the first day. He visited the property a couple of times to clean the pool and always checked in with us. He was really lovely to talk to and we enjoyed getting to know him and learning the history of the property and area.

''Fantastic villa, it was ideal for our party of 8. Pool was a good size and the property was not overlooked at all.

Great location! Beach access was on the doorstep, it was a short walk into Polis (30 minutes ant a leisurely pace) and a short drive (10 minutes) into Latchi. We enjoyed Saddles bar in Polis after dinner at Finikas, where we visited twice during the week. Noma in Latchi was great for brunch, and we used Latchi Watersports for a private boat charter which everyone enjoyed.

We were provided with good information and options for activities, car rentals and so on by yourselves. Giannis met us on the first day and walked us through the property. He returned during the stay to conduct pool maintenance and brought us a watermelon from the family farm.

We had a great time in Cyprus and will definitely return. .''

'The villa is wonderful, we spent a lot of time around the pool (that is obvious), we used the BBQ and the roofed terrace a lot. The kitchen was equiped with everything you need, without the need to wash dishes for the next meal. Ideal is also that every bedroom has its own bathroom. We did not use the living room. We appreciated also the fact that you can easily switch between being in the sun, being in the shade or using the roofed terrace. Sufficient & easy accessible parking space (driving on the left side is not too difficult, but complex parking situations with the steer on the other side require a lot of attention)

The location was ideal. Remote enough to have privacy without balconies and /or gardens looking into your garden, yet it was close enough to all required facilities. And as we arrived at Paphos airport it was a good drive from the airport to the location. We had no issues at all finding the location.

- The mas supermarket in Polis has everything you need and is not far away
- Latchi is a great place to for watersport adventures and dinning

As we specifically planned this as a family holiday (our kids are already living on their own) we focussed on family time together on the location and less on sightseeing trips

Clear communication from you and also important for me: a very clear payment process. The local agent was very polite and helpful and advised us on a number of activities we wanted to do.''

''We had a wonderful time. The villa is beautiful, very clean. The welcome pack was lovely, and Giannis coming with a gorgeous apple cake and wine was a great surprise!

Location is great, fantastic views. We enjoyed “Flyagain” and Natura hotel down the road did a very nice (healthy) buffet breakfast for €10 per head. You can go for lunch and dinner too, but we didn’t. €18 for a set two course dinner and a la carte available.

Very happy with the service from yourself and LetsRentOnline. Very responsive and helpful. Giannis is marvelous, we didn’t really have any major problems just needed some instructions how to use things. He responded straight away, and did a bit of shopping for us!
6. Not a major problem for us, but the property could do with some new towels. They are very small, very thin and rather scratchy! Also, maybe a user manual would be handy, save having to bother Giannis. For example we didn’t know to put the key in the electric slot, and that he has a drinking water feed so we bought lots of bottled water.
And the best settings for the dishwasher and the washing machine? Maybe leave a few more bin bags? Not sure if it’s possible, but a proper path to the beach, we had to walk through someone’s garden and was quite tricky for us old people to negotiate. Don’t want to sound too critical, was one of the best villas we’ve stayed in.

''The villa was one of the best we have stayed in, and the pool was the cleanest and best kept swimming area we have had. We had a linen change on the 7th day and the cleaners were very good in the cleaning and changing of the linen, a big thank you to them for their work carried out.

Regarding the location, it is very private and quiet for a relaxing holiday, a car is really essential if stopping here although you could walk to Polis centre area in about 30 minutes (based on our ages ranging from 65 to 73 years old). There are plenty of restaurants to chose from in Polis, the ones we went to and would recommend are Moustakalis (very friendly reception), Finkas and Old Town Restaurant (a little dearer but worth the visit and paying that little bit extra. Went along the coast to POMOS and had a good lunch over looking the small harbour and beach. One of the other places we went to was Latchi where we got on the Blue Lagoon II boat and had an enjoyable trip to the Blue Lagoon although it was cancelled at first due to bad weather, but 2 days later we had a good time.

Regarding service provided by yourselves as agents I found this to be very good – Thank you Steven in all the communications and details on offers, prices etc., that were sent to us. Giannis the owner came on the next day after arrival with a cake and bottle of wine and gave us information regarding the villa etc. He was very helpful and pleasant with sorting out a problem we had with the air conditioning in one of the bedrooms later that week. On our arrival late in the evening it was very nice to find a “welcome pack” with some food and drink – Thank you again Giannis for all that you have done and would like to say what a lovely, well kept villa you have.

''Beautiful Villa. Very spacious and high specification. A lot of sitting areas outside and a lovely sized pool

Amazing location. So quiet and only a few minutes walk from the beach - which is beautiful and also very quiet. Close to Polis also. By far the best restaurant we visited was The Old Town in Polis.
Also Art Cafe Kivotos is a lovely place for coffee and cake!

Excellent service from you. All questions answered and speedy replies. Great help sorting out taxis for us. Highly recommend them. Giannis was incredibly friendly and helpful. Great overview of the Villa and superb recommendations for restaurants etc. Always responded quickly.

''The villa was absolutely beautiful in every way. The interior was clean and well maintained. The pool was a delight in that it was large and warm despite no heating!

The location was great and just what we had expected. It was quite remote, but a 2 minute walk to the beach. A car would be recommended as there were no shops or restaurants we felt we could walk to in the heat. But we knew this before we booked and it was no problem to us.

The Papantoniou supermarket in Polis is just a short drive and there is everything you need there. Restaurants, we would recommend The Herb Garden, Old Town, Moustakalis and Finikas – all in Polis. The Irish Bar Fly Again in Argaka was also good.

Very satisfied with your service. Every query was answered quickly and professionally. The owner is amongst the best you could meet – attentive, kind and very welcoming and even brought us some sweet treats and wine! It’s the little things that go a long way – especially when they are not expected.

We had a fantastic time in this beautiful villa. Getting back to everyday life is not easy!!!! We hope we left the villa in good order! Please see comments below and we do hope to visit again in the future. We wouldn’t hesitate to book Villa Ammoyiali again.

''Perfect villa. Well equipped, clean and the warmest pool we have ever experienced. A good size too.

Magnificent location. To be so close to the beach and the beautiful warm ocean, was perfect. Glorious sunsets, superb waves. And to watch Loggerhead Turtles emerge from their nest and make their way to the sea was an unforgettable experience. Close to Polis too, with good supermarkets and restaurants.

We enjoyed Santa Barbara in Argaka. When on an off road trip (self-guided) with buggies to Lara Bay. Also went to the Kykkos Monastery and the tomb of Archbishop Makarios. (access via Polis, not Argaka.) Great trip. Wished we’d made it a whole day. Took the Mediterranean III sunset boat trip from Polis. Got a decent price of €80 for 7 people. Nice trip, but not worth paying full price.

You were astonishing. Perfect. Quick responses, helpful, accurate. Fontana car hire were very good too.
Giannis was the perfect host. Really couldn’t have asked for more. Felt that we had made a friend. I’d want to see him again, perhaps when he comes to the UK.

''The villa was excellent in all aspects. The location was perfect, peaceful and private. The only sounds were from the birds and the waves. Must give a mention to the bakery at Argaka, excellent for bread, cakes etc. As for eating out, just one choice, Moustakallis, why would you go anywhere but the best in Polis, family run and they treat you like a family member. The service provided by yourselves was first class from the first contact to the last. The local owner, Giannis, could not have been more helpful. We arrived to a fabulous welcome pack, and then Giannis arrived with a "to die for" apple pie and a bottle of wine. When we had a local power failure, he arrived within 5 mins with emergency lighting and checked that we were ok. What service, don't think anything could be improved. We hope to be back in Cyprus similar time next year. Can't see us going anywhere else, why would we.

The villa was lovely. Everything as described. Spotlessly clean, great quality build, quiet and with lovely views. The location was perfect for us. We wanted somewhere quiet but not too far from the town/restaurants etc and the views were lovely. There are a couple of restaurants in the old town of Polis which were recommended to us but we only tried Moustakallis as once we had been there we went back a couple of times. The food was great with a large choice of dishes and the staff and the service couldn't be faulted.

The agents (Steven) throughout the whole booking process were excellent. Quick responses to my emails and extremely helpful. Yiannis the owner was great. He came to introduce himself with the gift of a dessert and was very informative and even offered to drive us around the area to show us where everything was. On the last day he came again with another dessert and to ask for feedback and say goodbye. A very nice man..

'The photos of the villa didn't do it justice. It's even more stunning in real life. It's a lot bigger than we thought it would be as well and travelling with a 14, 12 and 4 year old meant they could all have their own space too. Which is one reason we picked a villa rather than a hotel.

We hired a car from the airport for the week so we could pop to the local supermarkets and shops when we wanted. We also found Pizza Master and Gyro delivered free of charge to the villa as well which was a bonus.

Let's rent online were great from booking the villa, sending emails with places we could receive a discount and always on hand to answer any queries we had.

Giannis was very proud of his villa and so he should be. The welcome pack on arrival was so thoughtful, he knew we were travelling with 3 children and even left pizzas for us on arrival as we didn't land until late. He popped by a couple of times to check everything was OK. Always on hand on what's app to answer any questions we had.

We will definitely be returning to Ammoyiali, haven't even been home 24 hours and already looking at next year going back.

''Firstly, the service you give personally is second to none on the 3 times we have used you your friendly helpful advice is most welcome now to the villa. When we arrived all three of us said the pictures were good, but it did not do the villa justice everything about the place was top quality. The morning after our late arrival the owner Giannis arrived to welcome us to his villa, he did so with a local Cypriot delicacy a cheese pie very nice hot or cold and it was and a very nice bottle of wine. He then said he would come on the Wednesday to clean the pool after work and the mid holiday clean would be done on the Saturday at about midday both helpful so we could be out of the way is we wanted to be. When he arrived to clean the pool, he arrived with a large bag of mangoes from his own trees they were ripe and juicy ( i am now quite good at removing the flesh from the large stone without leaving too much behind). the cleaning was done on the Saturday with a team of ladies swiftly getting the job done. The villa is a bit remote, and we would not recommend walking into Polis along the road there is no pavement and the trees come right up to the roads edge, we used Phillipo's taxis at night he is punctual reasonable priced and will also recommend Taverna's he uses and will take you there. Giannis is very proud of his villa and in our opinion, he has every right to be we give it a definite 5 stars and will return in the future. .''

''The villa was gorgeous, very clean, spacious. Had everything we needed. Was great to have an ensuite to each bedroom, along with the balcony on each of the 1st floor bedrooms and sliding doors to the pool area in the lower floor bedroom. Everything worked perfectly, from the air con to the wood burner, oven to the bbq. There was plenty of seating at the villa, both for relaxing either by the pool or inside around the fire, as well as the 3 8-seater tables for eating, one inside and 2 oustide The pool table was also a welcome addition. The pool is huge, clean and with steps that made it easy for the less mobile oc our family to safely enter and exit. The villa didn't lack anything.

The location of the villa is in a beautiful orange grove (also belonging to the villa owner, so we could pick fresh oranges every morning). It looks towards the sea, which is only a 2 minute walk away. The beach was very secluded while we were there in April. The villa of Polis is only a 15 minute walk along the quiet road or 25 mins along the beach. The village has everything you need, lots of places to eat and drink, but not touristy. More of a large village, with all the amenities.

So many places we love in Cyprus, but in particular eating at Viklari on the Akamas, O'Niros at the Sea Caves near St George, Chris's Blue Beach Bar on Kourion Beach and Moustakallis Tavern in Polis. Would also recommend a visit to the Akamas, renting buggies. A trip to sea the stunning mosaics in Paphos, the roman village Kourion and a trip up Troodos for the views and to see the stunning Kikkos Monastery.

As always you provided the best service, many thanks. The villa owner was really lovely, very approachable and very helpful. You can tell that he has gone out of his way to make sure that the villa is a dream place to stay.''

''We had a lovely holiday and are sad to be back. Thanks for all your help. We are already looking forward to coming back again next June!! A beautiful villa. It was spotlessly clean with all that we needed.

The location was ideal as it was close to both Polis and Argaka. It was very private and yet was within walking distance of the beach. We particularly liked having the large supermarket close by and many good quality restaurants. We would recommend The Old Town in Polis for a special meal. We also enjoyed Santa Barbara, Soulis and Finekas. The ice creams at Porta Latchi were also excellent and supplied in generous quantities! The bakery in Argaka is very good (try the orange cake or apple pie!)

LetsRentOnline were very helpful with prompt responses to our questions. Steven (who we dealt with) in particular did everything he could and we cannot fault the company. Giannis, the owner, is to be commended for the manner in which he cared for the property and the thoughtful way in which he looked after us. In addition to the welcome pack he also welcomed us in person and brought wine and apple cake. Later during our stay he also brought delicious mangoes from his own garden.

''Immaculate, modern lovely villa perfect for many generations of families. Location perfect for peace and quiet, not in a built up area, car is recommended if you wish freedom to move around as restaurants and shops etc are five / ten minute drive away (1/2 hour walk to local supermarket) Highly recommend Moustakalis / Paphos zoo and the Fly Away take away in Argaka that deliver to the villa. Also highly recommend Ambiental Touch in Polis for massages - they came out to the villa on a couple of occasions and it was the best massages and reflexology I have had.

Also, highly recommend the car hire company you advised us to use - they delivered and collected car from villa and were very reasonably priced. 100% satisfied with LetsRentOnline service. Communication with Gianni was excellent, he went above and beyond expectations to make sure our stay was great. ''.

''Villa Ammoyialli is perfect, the space, the rooms, the equipment, the quiet living area and the location near the sea. The Pool is great, every morning it was hard to choose between the sea or the pool.

We visit the Moustakallis Tavern in Polis, and again Polis Herb Garden Restaurant, as we do last year, both we can recommend. The service by the agent, also by the owner was excellent. The property manager was all time in willingness, he brought fresh fruits, a cake from the local bakery, there's really nothing bad to say! That‘s the truth!!!

''We have safely returned from a wonderful holiday at Villa Ammoyialli, Polis and have pleasure in answering your questionnaire.

Excellent Villa. We particularly enjoyed the big pool being all one level. There were surprisingly few insects than we are used to. Excellent Air Conditioning units in bedrooms.
The villa was spotless and well equipped both inside and out.

Very good location, quiet, comfortable for reaching facilities such as shops and restaurants whilst a relatively quiet location.

Our favourite venue was Latchi harbour with its restaurants and boat hire facilities. Also Santa Barbara Restaurant in Argaka. Would definitely recommend a self drive boat hire to the Blue Lagoon.

First class service from you, particularly with shifting dates of our holiday as became necessary. Always answered queries/questions with very prompt responses. First class and very friendly service given by Giannis the owner of the villa. This was the best villa we have stayed in, over 12 years of visiting Cyprus. Thank you for all your help with our holiday, we will definitely use Letsrentonline again.

''The villa was immaculate In its appearance and as described in Advertising. The villa location spectacular, although a hire car would be a definite to get you into town and over to the port. Every room has its own toilet, shower and balcony with table and chairs. Which was lovely to sit outside in the evening. Although Februarys weather was unpredictable, Some Days were very hot, and others it rained The boat trip is a must and some of the restaurants by the port are fantastic. Completely satisfied the service provider thank you. The local manager/owner of the villa was absolutely fantastic. You couldn’t have been nicer or more welcoming. He enhanced the stay with his generosity and knowledge of the local area. On the night we arrive he left us bread, milk, eggs, cereal, cheese, coffee, tea and other stuff and first thing in the morning he came to introduce him self, with two bottles of wine, he came to clean the pool in the week, took out the rubbish away during the week. He told us if there’s anything just to call him, and he came to say goodbye on the day we left, he really is a lovely man, couldn’t have Made us feel any more welcome. We will definitely visit in the place again, but the best weather is between April and October, so will be going between them months next time. 'The house was lovely, we had everything we could possibly want, it was also a really nice pool. Amazing location, very quiet and unoverlooked, beautiful views from the bedrooms and so close to a lovely beach. We hired a boat fort the day with a tube from Latchi Watersports & went to the Blue Lagoon and surrounding coast which was lovely & really good value for money with the discount from LetsRentOnline.

'We had such an amazing time. Thank you for all you recommendations. We had a fantastic stay in villa Ammoyiali, it was the perfect place for a family holiday. Everything was pristine and looked brand new and exactly how it was shown in all the photos. The pool was large and beautifully kept and we spent a lot of our stay in there! There were plenty of sunbeds and shades to go all around the pool as well as a very useful shower for when you had been to the beach. The beach itself was really close and un spoilt. The BBQ was easy to use and we also had fun playing pool in the evenings. Giannis had left us a welcome pack with milk, bread, eggs etc for when we first arrived and he was extremely helpful during our stay. We visited the local villages of Polis and Latchi and enjoyed both but our favourite place to eat was Moustakillis where the food was excellent but we returned because the atmosphere was so good.

Communication with Letsrentonline.com was excellent all the way through the process and made booking the holiday easy and stress free. They also recommended taxi transfer and car firms locally both of which turned out to be excellent and reliable. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone and would go so far as to say you would struggle to find anything better.
