The villa is the perfect holiday villa for romantic honeymooners, couples, families or groups of up to six. The beautiful, spacious house is set in calm, serene surroundings and is situated only 1 km from the centre of the gorgeous village of Peyia where you can find restaurants, cafés, a pharmacy and grocery stores for your convenience.

Villa Adara is an elegant property with a private infinity pool, complete with modern and contemporary amenities. The villa's sophisticated design makes this 3-bedroom gem a very exciting new addition to our Paphos portfolio.

The beautiful stone built villa is set in the picturesque mountainside in one of Peyia's most exclusive residential areas. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, (en-suite to master and guest room), sleeping 6 (one or two infants extra could be permitted). Each bed is dressed in luxury Egyptian Cotton with accompanying co-ordinated fabrics. The villa benefits from full air conditioning and fly screens throughout as well as ceiling fans to assist with circulation. The modern conveniences include wireless internet, and smart TV in the lounge (Premium channels including sports and cinema) with Satellite & DVD. The lounge also has a modern wood burner (for those cooler evenings in Nov-April). There is also a smart TV in the master bedroom, and the fully equipped kitchen includes washing machine and dishwasher as well as other gadgetry required for home from home cooking.

The villa’s rooftop provides seating areas and sun loungers with panoramic views of the mountains, Coral Bay and the sea. The master and guest bedroom balcony also have seating areas where you can relax as the light fades and the stars begin to twinkle above the mountains.

The outside dining area nestles under a wooden pergola with woven fabric for shade and privacy and features a modern gas BBQ. The villa’s garden even comes complete with its own fruit trees. Finally but by no means least, Villa Adara has a private infinity pool (7m x 4m) overlooking the spectacular views of the tumbling valley and mountains (if you are lucky you may spot some Moufflon goats).

The feature archway leading from the dining room takes you into the open lounge. This is a wonderful, open space, full of light, with a second set of patio doors offering views of the surrounding mountains and the valley. DETAILS OF THE EXTERIOR

Ground Floor

As you walk up the stairs to the villa’s entrance you will be greeted by the stunning ground floor outdoor area. There are four sun loungers with two parasols surrounding the sparkling infinity pool (lit to perfection at night making it a perfect spot for star gazing). The pool is 7m by 4m and features a traditional ceramic water fountain. To the left of the villa down the stone pathway there is a bench surrounded by colourful plants and flowers, making it the perfect reading area with sun or shade depending on time of day.

Overlooking the infinity pool there is a large outdoor dining area sheltered by the beautiful, traditional wooden pergola with woven fabric giving it a special Cypriot charm. The pergola affords great privacy from neighbouring villas. To the right of this you will find a modern gas BBQ for alfresco dining. A comfortable basked swing chair completes the area and is perfect for relaxing in by day or by night. An outside shower helps with rinsing off and keeping cool on those hot summer days.

First Floor

Moving upstairs again you will find two outdoor areas. The first is the front facing balcony which you can access from either bedroom. It features a table and two chairs and with spectacular views of the mountains it is the perfect spot for a quiet, perhaps romantic breakfast.
Leaving the landing through the back door you will come to the enchanting 'secret garden'. This garden is totally secluded where you will find a small grove of different fruit trees.

Second Floor

To the left of the 'secret garden' there is an open spiral staircase meandering up to the spacious rooftop terrace. The terrace has breath-taking views for miles around including the Sea near Coral Bay. It has two sun loungers for those who want a sneaky extra hour of sunbathing with a good book, and to the right there is a table seating four, perfect for those sunset cocktails. The rooftop is also a serene spot to relax in the evening when the sun sets.

All in all, Villa Adara has everything for the perfect holiday getaway!

The village of Peyia is one of the most picturesque and popular villages in the Paphos area. Peyia is spread over a large area with the village centre having many good amenities including bars, restaurants, tavernas, shops and banks. Peyia is a typical Cypriot village. A beautiful ancient church forms the heart of the village while the narrow streets and alleyways are full of old and interesting houses adorned with colourful flowers and citrus trees. The Centre of Peyia is still largely unspoilt with lively tavernas and friendly locals. You can also buy all your provisions including fresh meat and bread in the shops in Peyia. The early morning aroma of freshly baked bread, sweet and savoury local pastries and cakes coming from the Peyia bakery is almost too much to resist!

From Peyia the attractions in Paphos and renowned Paphos Aphrodite Water Park are also easily accessible, as are numerous archaeological ruins in Paphos such as the Tombs of the Kings and Paphos Archaeological Park.

If you want to get out and explore Cyprus' fantastic scenery, take a trip to the Akamas Peninsula, Polis, Latchi or even the Troodos mountains. The Akamas is an untouched part of Cyprus with unspoilt coastline and traditional fish taverns in stunning seaside locations.Troodos is the main mountain range in Cyprus, not many people know that in the winter....you can ski!

''The villa was out of this world , the location – the rooms , the pool – everything totally exceeded our expectations – the photos online are amazing which leads people to booking , but you honestly have to be there to witness the peace and tranquility – it was like heaven !!!!

Although you are out of the way and need a car to get around , you couldn’t get those kind of views unless you were a little higher up which is what we wanted – everything within driving distance if you want it , and out the way if you want that rest and relax .
We love Captains view on the harbour , and fat mammas is good for the kids entertainment , Oniros by the sea and see you beach bar some of our firm favourites , Philipos supermarket is amazing and has everything you absolutely need , Presto Kiosk so helpful and friendly – Peyia chippy a must and the shopping mall and Jumbos is just everything shoppers paradise lol

Honestly I cant praise you enough , the communication is outstanding and so easy to deal with – from the minute you contact us – everything flows with offers and advice, it really does feel like exclusive treatment, cant wait to book through you again.

Locally, communication has been brilliant , Diana was there on time when she said she would be – always at hand if needed with advice , very quick on messaging which makes life so much easier – she was brilliant and so friendly

I think we have been spoilt by the service now ,so we only trust yourselves to create a great holiday booking experience for us .

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback, and we really do hope you had a great holiday. , its an absolute pleasure , we had a fabulous holiday – thank you again !!!.''

''Villa Adara was wonderful, everything we could need was there. The pool was very welcome especially as Cyprus was experiencing a heatwave. The view from the pool and terrace was stunning and we enjoyed watching the goats.

The location was Ideal - easy and quick to get in to Peyia village, also easy to get to Coral Bay and Paphos both a short drive but at the same time in a peaceful area. Highly recommend The Old Cinema in Peyia, Geitonia Traditional Kebab House in Peyia (eat in or takeaway) warning though in both places portions are huge! Also in Coral Bay Seriani Resturant - the food is delicious, the prices very good and the team crazy!

Very satisfied with your service- kept us well informed through out the booking process and in the lead up to our trip. Lots of advice on activities available in the area, discounts available and also resturants. Diana the Manager was brilliant, visited a couple of times once as a welcome meet to give us tips on the area and villa, again to replace the gas bottle on the bbq the morning after we messaged her the night before. and again the day before we left to check all ok with us and we had enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Adara and hope to come back soon - hopefully not in another heatwave. 😎

Regards Michele .''

''Villa Adara was a lovely property, felt like a real home from home and the views are stunning.

The location was good, still close enough to walk into Peyia, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Vrisi and The Brewery are great bars and also good for catching the football.

The service provided by yourselves was first class as always, especially with the added complications of COVID. The local manager (Diana) was lovely and full of recommendations. She does a great job.

''Just returned from villa Adara. The villa was everything it promised to be. Location was great …. A 10 minute walk into the heart of Peyia with fantastic views of the mountains from the pool area and terrace.

The villa itself was spotlessly clean with every home comfort you could want, whilst maintaining its Cypriot charm. As well as taking advantage of lazy days spent in the infinity pool absorbing the peace and tranquillity of the surroundings, we explored the beautiful beaches nearby. Our favourites were Agios Georgios just a 15 minute drive away where we were lucky enough to see turtles when snorkelling and the local beaches of Pomos a 40 minute drive up over the mountains near Polis.

We enjoyed traditional excellent Cypriot cuisine at the local Peyia Tavern and Yiannis Taverna in the traditional village of Kathikas just a 15 minute drive away. Both taverns have a superb welcome, wonderful traditional food at excellent prices.

Excellent communication from Letsrentonline from the outset and Diana was a very welcoming friendly host who made sure we were greeted with a welcome pack and provided us with all the information we needed to enjoy our stay. Would highly recommend the villa and the company and will definitely be returning. Cyprus is our home from home. Regards Amanda . ''

''As usual well prepared and in good condition. The location is superb, fantastic views over the Cyprus countryside and a quite relaxing location. We did hire a boat from Latchi Watersports to visit the Blue Lagoon, thanks for the discount voucher we had a fantastic day. Yes, easy to communicate with excellent instructions on how to get to and enter the Villa. No problem in getting in touch with the local manager who left us her mobile number and visited us. Very happy with the service provided. Needless to say another fantastic was enjoyed by us all in Cyprus. Kind regards. Phil T . ''

''The villa was in excellent condition with all the kitchen items, internet, TV outdoor facilities you could want (as per last year). Note that the Villa feels more like a home than just a rental Villa, ther is good clear instructions on how to use all the electrical items, gas cooker and BBQ.

Villa Adara is off the usual locations around Coral Bay in Peyia, but is a fantastic place for peace and quiet with superb countryside views especially at sunrise and sun set. We stayed quite close to Paphos going to the beaches at Corral Bay and the Sea You Bar on the main Papos road. We used the local Restaurant's in Payia all which are good, also Gustoso near to Paphos, Oriro by the Sea and Duoma (with your 20% off voucher).

The service was excellent as usual with the fridge stocked with eggs, water, milk, bacon and bread for a quick arrival meal (his included a bottle of local wine that my daughter quicky polished off). Diania came round to visit us on the day after our arrival to make sure we were happy with everything. Really, top class service. Good communications and the update on Cyprus Corvid 19 regulations on going into shops was very useful. . ''

''Beautiful villa, just as lovely as the photos...immaculate condition, very spacious, outside area very well kept, pool great size - we were all very happy with the villa. Also our Welcome pack waiting for us in the fridge was a lovey start to the holiday - cold beer and chilled wine was much appreciated!

Beautiful location, very peaceful. Spent most evenings after coming back from dinner in the town out by the pool, relaxing and listening to the night sounds of the crickets and the occasional goat!
Definitely recommend Oniro by the Sea... we went 3 nights in a row! and also Seriani in the Coral Bay High Street. We also spent 2 days at the Blue Lagoon in Latchi....1st day we went on boatrip with Latchi Watersports, great service, friendly people, and then we decided to come back the next day and we hired a speedboat from George's Boat Hire.... and spent 4 hours cruising around the Blue Lagoon - beautfiul location and great snokeling!

Very satisfied with your service.... always a speedy response and answered all our questions, thank you. Diana visited us on the Friday, lovely lady, very knowledgeable about the local area....and was happy for us to have a late checkout on our departure day which was appreciated. We had a fantastic holiday, thank you villa was amazing! . ''

''We loved the Villa, modern and nicely decorated that felt more like a home than a holiday rental. Clear instructions were left on how to use the white goods (washing machine, dishwasher, tv, Internet and Gas BBQ). With instructions on how to use the fantastic pool properly. All the beds were excellent with good mattresses, with Air Con and fans in all the main areas. Four good sunbeds with covers and an outside table with 6 chairs with covers for eating on the patio were great. The outside night pool and building lights were another nice touch. The Car port cover was another nice touch to stop the car heating up massively during the day.

Location could be a little difficult to find if you arrived after dark, but the clear instructions provided and our trusty torch we were sorted us out without any problems. The view of the Cyprus countryside was fantastic, and the area blissfully quite. The folks who owned properties near by were very friendly and gave out some good local tips.

We did a trips to Nicosia, Blue Lagoon (Boat trip) and Limassol. Plenty of great places to eat locally, but loved the Sea You bar for a drink and the sunsets, Oniro by the Sea for both food, drinks and sunset, Papadoms Indian restaurant for a good curry, and the Sea Caves Café for a lunch time snack,

You service was First class, the information, directions, information on the property was fantastic. Visited twice by Diana who made sure we was happy with everything (who left her phone number in case of problems, also having a breakfast get you in pack in the fridge was a nice surprise and great touch, especially as we did not arrive at the property until after 11pm. Totally. Clear concise instructions provided, and any questions we asked were answered very quickly. Very happy with the service, thank you.. ''

''The Villa was at least as good, if not better than we had expected from the website description. The size, general layout, facilities & equipment provided were excellent. The villa is in a small quiet cul-de-sac, which in itself is very nice but the real stunner is the views, seriously breath-taking. Provided you don’t mind a couple of short hills the walk into Peyia takes about 10 minutes, just about all of it with some great views of Paphos & Coral bay.

Vrisi bar/tavern in Peyia has both a good pint & smashing food. St Georges Tavern up the coast from Coral Bay is a place to enjoy a wide selection of fish dishes. Particularly good for a late lunch. Drive over the tops from Peyia to Polis & Latchi the views are magnificent & the resturants around Latchi harbour all want your business so offer great food & service.

Can’t fault the service from you. Response times & quality of information are excellent. No problems locally. Communication was good. Weekly clean & twice weekly pool maintenance all went well. ''

Review submitted by Dan from U.A.E (Submitted: 15/08/2018)

''Great villa. It lived up to the expectations from the pictures. Everything was very clean and it had everything we needed. There were nice touches like the information booklets on how to use the barbecue, satelite tv etc and it was great to see some supplies provided in the fridge already after a long day of travelling. The infinity pool was the highlight and the view overlooking the valley was stunning. The kids equally enjoyed playing in it with the floats and lilos that were provided.

The location was perfect for us. We were keen to be in quiet and peaceful surroundings which the valley certainly provided, but still close enough to drive to restaurants, beaches and other attractions. Had a slight hiccup with Google maps at the very end of the journey but identified which villa it was after a quick check of the directions you had sent.

We loved going to Latchi and would definitely recommend doing a boat trip to the blue lagoon. We would also recommend Oniro - the restaurant by the shipwreck - great food and beautiful setting for sun downer drinks. We enjoyed walking round Paphos Harbour as well and there is a good selection of restaurants to choose from.

We were very happy with your service, the consistently quick response time as well as the clear and thorough information provided was appreciated. It was the first time we had chosen a villa rental over a hotel, but we were very happy we decided to go that way and would definitely do it again. Diana came to see us on the first day to see if we had any problems and was very accommodating with our request for a slightly later check out time. Thanks for all your help with the booking. We had a great time.''

''The villa was beautiful. The owners obviously take a lot of pride in what they are offering their guests. The welcome package was the best & most thoughtful we have ever received. The views were beautiful- we were surprised it was in the middle of a residential area - from the description we thought it was more isolated as were unable to find the road on google maps. We would highly recommend. Oniros by the Sea, Stavaas Grill
Vrisi bar - recommended by Diana for the lads to watch the football

Diana is outstanding- worth her weight in gold. On the Wednesday we lost the tv/ Internet- Diana kept us up to date with what was happening by either phoning, texting or visiting us. Thank you Diana for everything. Excellent directions provided to the villa. Clear emails received from the owner.
