Finally but by no means least, Owls Watch has a private infinity pool (larger than average at 11m x 4.5m) with easy 'walk-in access' overlooking the spectacular views of the tumbling valley and mountains (if you are lucky you may spot some Moufflon goats or of course the 'owls').

The village of Peyia is one of the most picturesque and popular villages in the Paphos area. Peyia is spread over a large area with the village centre having many good amenities including bars, restaurants, tavernas, shops and banks. Peyia is a typical Cypriot village. A beautiful ancient church forms the heart of the village while the narrow streets and alleyways are full of old and interesting houses adorned with colourful flowers and citrus trees.

The Centre of Peyia is still largely unspoilt with lively tavernas and friendly locals. You can also buy all your provisions including fresh meat and bread in the shops in Peyia. The Akamas is an untouched part of Cyprus with unspoilt coastline and traditional fish taverns in stunning seaside locations.Troodos is the main mountain range in Cyprus, not many people know that in the winter....you can ski!

''We had such a great stay at Owl’s Watch. Our group had a couple of children and the garden was perfect for chilled family evenings with card games round the poolside as the evening wound down. Sunrises were beautiful and worth waking up early to catch.

The food we enjoyed the most in the nearby town was at The Old Cinema. The local Philipos has everything you need and is easy to get to on foot if you need to. Our trip to the top of Mount Olympos was well worth the views.
On our way down, we visited Kykkos Monastery. The architecture and paintings there kept us captivated for a couple of hours. The best food we had during our stay was in Cabana Beach Bar in Paphos. It was conveniently located near the airport and the music, food, and vibe were perfect. It also had great sunset views.

Would recommend the villa for a family or a group of friends. You really feel at home whilst here.

''We all had a very enjoyable holiday in Owls Watch Villa thank you. The property was clean and comfortable and extremely well equipped to all our needs. The location has amazing views of mountains and sea We recommend restaurants Sentero, Oniro by the sea. Dolce Vita in Coral Bay. Grande Cafe and The Old Cinema in Peyia. Also recommend The waterpark in Paphos. We were happy with the service from Steven (LetsRentOnline.com). We have booked again for Cyprus 2025''.

''Lovely villa with amazing views. Highly recommend. Lovely quiet location. You would need a car now and again for shopping, trips out. Restaurant recommendations: The Old Cinema.Peyia Tavern, The Grande, Cousins, Imperial Chinese in Paphos. Very satisfied with all service received from yourselves and local management. Thank you for all your help. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Owls Watch and in Peyia. Kind regards. Stephen and Shona. ''.

''The villa itself is clean, comfortable and well equipped. Perfect for a family. The location is perfect for an amazing view though we definitely require a car. 100% recommend Philipphos supermarket. Local restaurant The Cinema, Oniro by the Sea, St George’s for view whilst you eat, Samisen (Japanese), Andria (steak and grill) Sea caves for sunset and play area for children. We were very happy with the service you gave us (Steven….RentOnLine). We were very happy with Amy the manager of the property. We have booked Owls Watch Villa Cyprus again for 2024''.

''Beautiful villa inside and out, and very well equipped.

We love staying in Peyia, it’s a lovely village with good amenities, more lovely nightlife in coral bay is only 10 minutes away. The views are lovely from the villa itself. We dined at Oniro by the Sea for the first time at sea caves and this was fantastic, a real treat. We also loved our boat trip at Latchi with Latchi Watersports, we hired a boat for 4 hours. We had a hire car and also visited the Troodos Mountains, which were stunning. The water park is a favourite of ours too.

Absolutely satisfied with all service, as always 😊

We had a wonderful stay at owls watch Villa. I hope that we will be able to return to the lovely Peyia and Owls Watch in the near future. Kind regards, Louise''.
Review submitted by Glenn and Shirley from Northamptonshire (Monthly Winter Let) (Submitted:03/02/2023)

''Owls Watch was very clean and tidy with lots of living space in the house and around the garden.

The location offered a good degree of privacy due to its position at the end of the road. Guests would need a car to get around the area or be quite fit to walk up and down to the village. Great beaches at Cora bay and Corallia which were good for swimming and watching the sunset. Local restaurants were good but La Casa was our favourite. Tweedies in Kissonerga was great, Petradaki in Kathikas, and the Curry House in Pathos were our regulars. Local bars we recommend were Vrisi for sport and pub grub and Sugar for drinks and snacks. The Wooden Pub and the Fishing Shack in Pathos were worthy pubs to visit and sold real beers not just lager.

Completely satisfied with all service received from yourselves and local management.

Warmest Regards, Glenn and Shirley Morris''.

''The villa was comfortable, clean and well equipped. We loved the location, views were amazing though one requires a car to get around the island.

We’ve eaten in several restaurants and they’ve all been good.

Samisen was a great experience (Japanese)
Andria for steaks
Sala Thai
Phil’s Grill
Oniro by the sea, great to see sunset next to the shipwreck
The Old Cinema for value for money
Sea caves (sunset and children's play area)
Philippos supermarket is excellent

We were very satisfied with the service of LetsRentOnline.com Our local manager was very obliging

Nothing to bring to your attention on the property We have booked this property again in 2023'.

''The villa was good and location were perfect. We recommend a visit to Sea caves. We were happy with your service. We didn't meet Sally or the owners but to be fair we didn't need to. We had everything we needed.

Oh yes and we have re booked with you. Looking forward to next year.''.

''Owl’s Watch was really great – excellent location, villa was clean and very spacious. Walking distance into the centre of Peyia, and the drive from the villa into the centre of Paphos was quicker than from Secret Valley. Think we might have found a new favourite villa.

Many thanks,
Trevor''.

''Excellent villa. The new modifications, particularly the downstairs walk-in showers are a welcome addition & of course the 4 slice toaster 😊 Perfect location, great views. Plenty of room to either be in the sun or shade.

Hari’s bar. Best breakfast ever, consistently good & great staff.
Peyia Tavern. What an experience. Food superb (Cyprus menu – Cyprus portions !)
Vrisi. Probably the best pizza in Europe & a good pint to go along with it.

Just like to express our thanks for your help in actually getting us there particularly info on flight pass requirement & taxi from Larnaca. The good service we’ve come to expect & enjoy. Sally Stratton & her team visited 3 times during our visit & given the issue detailed below couldn’t have been more helpful.''.

''Amazing holiday, We had a fantastic chilled out time. Well I don't think chilled is the word as it has been so hot. But the best villa we've rented. The water cooler is an excellent addition. Highly needed. 10/10. Great villa and holiday. Would stay again. From the Campbell family northern Ireland. Thank you ''.

'If you were given a blank piece of paper & told to design the perfect villa in a perfect location we don’t think you could do much better than use Owls Watch as a benchmark. The Villa has a superb layout taking advantage of the stunning scenery from just about every angle. The large plot means plenty of outside areas both in the sun & shaded areas for the hottest part of the day. The infinity pool with its walk in design works really well & the roof terrace is perfect for watching the sun go down with a glass or two of fizz.

Stunning views from every angle. The terrain means a few steep hills so if walking is an issue a car would be essential. The upper part of Peyia village is about 10 minutes walk away (notwithstanding a couple of hills !) with plenty of excellent bars, restaurants & enough shops to provide most of the basics you need. Excellent large supermarket in Coral bay, a few minutes drive away.

Lots of choice in Peyia. We used Vrisi (good bar & pub food). Peyia Tavern, just excellent food & service. Haris Bar (best breakfast ever…………) Grande restaurant, great atmosphere & location. Sugar bar (upstairs & downstairs), great cocktails. Coral bay has lots of choice, the ones we tried both for breakfast & lunches were all very good. Have a drive over the tops to Lachi (about 40 minutes), some very nice bars & restaurants around the busy harbour.

Absolutely no issue with the service from Steven which is quick, efficient & professional. This is the second time we’ve used LetsRentonline.com & have already booked with them for 2020. Also worth mentioning, having reviewed many other web sites, we find LetsRentonline.com to be the easiest to navigate & with an easy to follow costing structure.

Diana & her team had prepared the Villa to a high standard. Very clean & tidy. She visited us the day after arrival & made sure everything was as we were expecting (it was) & the mid sat cleans were completed without fuss. The pool was maintained twice per week & stayed pristinely clear for the whole of our stay. Well done.

Very difficult to think of any improvements apart from maybe a 4 slice toaster 😊 We like toast………..Many thanks., Kind regards, Doug ''.

'The villa was fantastic the best one I have visited to date, the rooms were all spacious and a nice distance from each other and lots of space around the property to give a family of six some space over two weeks, the pool and the view amazing. Showers were brilliant good temp and power, very good utility area, great equipment/utensils and the water cooler machine was the best thing to have - all villas should have one!

Loved the location up in the hills and as the property was at the end you had the views to the untouched side of the hills and watched the goats coming and going. Lovely aspect from the pool looking towards the sea and the roof terrace at night was great place to finish under the twinkling lights of Peyia and the stars ⭐️

Close to all amenities (Phillipos) and easy drive down to coral bay and Corallia beach - great boat trip on Koulla from latchi - all day with bbq off the back of the boat well worth doing and a great price. Went for a sunset horse trek at George’s Ranch which catered for experienced and beginners - great ride up to the sea caves - will do again 😀

Very satisfied with your service, always prompt, reliable and the taxi’s are always on time for airport pick ups. Diane was a lovely lady, very helpful and easy to contact if needed.
No suggestions, it was perfect

We had a great holiday and best villa to date 😀😀 6 very happy people. Regards to the next time. Sam. ''.

Peyia is a great village with first class traditional tavernas Savaas is a must.

''Owls Watch villa was very clean, with the best equipped kitchen I have come across in the the dozen plus villas I have stayed in, in Cyprus. The location was more residential than we have stayed in of late, of which we were aware, but where it is on the edge of the town, it was quiet with stunning views. The service you provide as agents is excellent. Our contact with Diana, the local manager, was very good, and she addressed and dealt with any queries, etc. I left my iPad case in the villa, which can no longer be replaced as not made anymore, and Diana has very kindly posted it back to me in the UK. Above and beyond! Kind regards, Tracy ''.
