Welcome to ‘Villa Anthiana Beach, a stunning holiday home on the beach and sea overlooking the unspoilt coastline of Argaka Bay, and the Mediterranean Sea. Argaka is a very affluent and tranquil location situated just outside the traditional yet vibrant town of Polis just North of Paphos.

Villa Anthiana Beach is in a private seafront position in Argaka The villa has a private pool, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, Sea Views, Air-conditioning system, IPTV, Wi-Fi, Dining kitchen with dishwasher and many extras All on the beachfront and easy access to the Sea from the large and established gardens







DETAILS OF THE INTERIOR

Ground Floor

Inside there is a very large & spacious open plan living, dining & kitchen area.

The kitchen is fully equipped. Bosch Fridge/freezer. Balay electric oven, microwave oven, Delonghi coffee machine. Electric hob & extractor hood. Toaster. Otto dishwasher. Double sink under window with views to sea. Tall wooden kitchen units with plenty of storage, glassware & crockery.

Large wooden dining table and 8 chairs. 3 x leather storage boxes with books. High chair. 2 x grey armchairs & table. 3 side windows and large double door with access to the back garden of the villa.

Lounge area has 2 x black leather chub chairs. 1 x 2 seater cream leather sofa & 1 x 3 seater cream leather sofa. Large A/C unit. LG TV & IPTV system. Sony music system. DVD player & TV stand. Large Patio window with access directly onto the covered veranda.

**The current IPTV system features most UK Sky channels (premium sports, documentaries, movies & music included) as well as channels in German & Russian (other languages also) and an automatically updated Video Library with films, series and more. Netflix and You Tube can also be accessed**

There is a utility area/Kitchenette with a window with sea views. There is a washing machine & iron & ironing board. There is also a patio door to access to a small balcony with stunning views of the mountains.

First Floor Bedroom 4 – 2 x single beds, tables & lamps. Dressing table, mirror & stool. 2.5 wardrobes. A/C. patio door with access to the private covered balcony. 2 side windows. En-suite is shower, WC & wash hand basin with 2 frosted glass windows.

Please note that the owner can supply 2 cots and 2 highchairs for younger children. There is also a stairgate Air-conditioning**, Hairdryer, Iron & Ironing board, Safety deposit box, Wi-Fi



DETAILS OF THE EXTERIOR


Established Seafront Villa is set in a mature planted ground with grass, plants & trees surrounding and marking the boundaries.

There is a gated entrance & the driveway leads to a large parking area. There is a distinct and direct private pathway leading directly to the beach. The centrepiece of the exterior grounds is the 10m x 4.5m pool with roman steps.




There is an Outside shower, 8 white sun loungers & leather pads, 4 parasols and 4 small tables. & a BBQ. The covered veranda facing the Sea hosts a large table and 8 chairs. Perfect for sunny breakfasts, lazy lunches, pre-dinner aperitifs or alfresco dining at any time of day or night.

The Local Area

Villa Anthiana Beach is situated on the coastline of Argaka, a beautiful and somewhat unspoilt Cypriot Village sandwiched between the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea and some spectacular mountains filled with pine trees.






Argaka is home to a number of traditional Cypriot restaurants, a beach bar and an Irish Bar as well as a bakery and 2 mini-markets. Many of these amenities are in walking distance of the villa or within a very short car journey. Travel a little way and you reach the bigger town of Polis.

There is plenty of activity to choose from, whether you wish to dine in one of the many restaurants, shop at some larger supermarkets, hire mountain bikes, quad bikes or just watch the world go by in the ambience of the traditional village square.

The nearby Latchi beach is renowned as one of the best on this side of the island and not as crowded as the beaches in and around Paphos itself (which can be reached by car in 30 minutes or under). Latchi beach is famous for its clear blue sea, soft white sand and a great selection of watersports which are readily available. Take one of the boat rides (or even hire your own) to the ‘blue lagoon’, have a swim and/or snorkel, then come back to the pretty harbour/fishing port and have the famous ‘Fish Meze’ where you will be served approx 20 dishes including some of the freshest catches of the day whilst watching the world go by.

For the more adventurous, you can enter the ‘Akamas’ Nature reserve and go all the way round to ‘Lara Beach’ famous for its turtles and wonderful beach. If it is unspoilt Cyprus you are looking for, this is a great area to visit. You may even venture into the nearby villages of Peristerona, Lysos and Miliou or further on to Kathikas (with its vineyards and wineries), Droushia and Panagia. Other fantastic scenery can be taken in at Cedar Valley and the Troodos mountain range where in Winter, you can even Ski!Paphos airport is 1 hour away by very good quality roads with English road signs. Visit Argaka and you won’t be disappointed.

The villa has everything you need inc a lovely welcome pack of goodies on arrival. The location is what really sells the villa for me, right on the beach, sunset every evening. Just a little car journey to everything you need. Anything down latchi is well worth the trip, boat hire, restaurants or just a peaceful walk with an ice cream.

Used your services several times now and everything always goes smoothly. Will definitely be using again in the future. Panicos the owner always visits during the stay which is reassuring.

''We had a fantastic stay at Anthiana. Thanks again for facilitating us a late check out yesterday – much appreciated.

The villa was clean on arrival and it was kitted out with everything you would need. You can tell it’s a family owned villa, not an agency rental. Anthiana had plenty of everything (crockery, cutlery, glassware). The arrival pack was much appreciated. Agency rentals tend to have the absolute bare minimum and lots of things are very old and tired, but not here.

Absolutely stunning. The area itself is very quiet and peaceful, but the on-beach location is just amazing. Falling to sleep every night with the sound of the waves is awesome. If you like star-gazing, you’ll find few better places to sit at night. It’s going to be hard to find a better location on Cyprus.

Our favourite local beach bar is “Fly Again” – amazing location right on the beach, and great staff, very good food too. In Polis we would definitely recommend “Moustokalis” – it serves quality restaurant food, with professional, friendly staff – a nice romantic place to eat. We can also recommend the local bakery in Argaka (ARTOPOIISIS), great savouries and sweet pastries – yum!! Just opposite the bakery is the local supermarket (Sykamia) which has most everything you would need – beer is cheaper there than at the big supermarket in Polis.

Definitely – as I said above, always very helpful. Communications are always very clear and queries answered really quickly. We’ll definitely use you again if you have a villa we like.

More than satisfied. The owner’s father looked after us very well – bringing us lots of freshly picked fruit whenever he came, and his wife baked us a beautiful cake. Very friendly, nice people. The owner himself also popped by one day and again, incredibly friendly. Lovely family.

We mentioned it to the family, but we want to give a special mention to their cleaner. I’ve never seen a cleaner work so fast, so hard, and so thoroughly. I wish I could bring her home!!

Also, the beds are the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept on in Cyprus. I have arthritis in my hip and find cheap beds to be really painful, but these were perfect. A refreshing night’s sleep every night.

You’ve been really helpful throughout and we’ll definitely use you again.

A refundable security deposit of 500 Euros is required to be paid upon arrival to the villa.

A refundable security deposit of £275 is required to cover any damage or breakages to the property.

30% deposit required, with the balance paid 56 days prior to arrival.

Changeover Day

Flexible
Access to the property is anytime from 4pm on day of arrival. Guests must vacate villa by 11am on day of departure.
