Beau View is (genuinely) just a few minutes walk from Peyia Village square and all its amenities and is an exclusive gated complex of just 11 apartments and townhouses built in a contemporary style. Both the townhouse and the complex offer stunning uninterrupted views over Peyia, Coral Bay, Paphos and the Mediterranean Sea.

Take a swim in the large infinity pool or Jacuzzi/spa whilst you enjoy the views or relax on the sun loungers and feel the gentle breeze as you absorb the warm Cyprus sunshine. Watch the sunsets from the properties balcony or sun terrace then take a gentle stroll down to Peyia Village for lunch or dinner in one of the many great traditional tavernas where you will find the best hospitality anywhere in Paphos.

The beach resort and amenities at Coral Bay are just a few km away by the coast and you have an excellent base for exploring the villages such as Kathikas with its wineries and many great restaurants or across to the Akamas Nature reserve which hosts one of the best unspoilt beaches in Cyprus (Lara).


Beau View Townhouse in Peyia, Paphos is accessed from a private road just 200m from Peyia Village square. Access to the property is at ground level from the ‘plush’ common landing area. Immediately to the right hand side on entering the townhouse is a useful wc/cloakroom (with washing machine) before entering into the modern lounge/dining/kitchen area. The lounge is equipped with large brown leather sofas in a contemporary style and can easily seat 6.

A large wall mounted flat screen TV with Premium Channel Satellite** & DVD is provided for your entertainment. An indoor dining/breakfasting table can seat 4 and is conveniently positioned next to the contemporary and fully equipped kitchen which hosts all major appliances (bosch) such as fridge/freezer, integrated dishwasher, hob & hood, waist height oven and microwave. Access from the lounge can be gained to the very private balcony which hosts a table and 4 chairs. With stunning uninterrupted views, the balcony is the perfect place for alfresco dining and socialising with your group.

Heading downstairs and there are 2 lovely bedrooms both with en-suite The master bedroom has fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower room with modern cubicle and fittings (such as rain-shower head). The second bedroom also hosts twin beds and fitted wardrobes and has an en-suite shower room with large walk-in shower. Patio doors lead from the master bedroom out to a very private sun terrace which faces south and is a real sun trap. The sun terrace hosts sun loungers and parasol for your relaxation and has amazing views over Peyia, Coral Bay and out to the Sea. Both bedrooms have blackout blinds and ceiling fans for your comfort.

The townhouse is fully air-conditioned (modern system & included in rental price) with other extras such as ??cool-box and ice blocks, hairdryer and pool towels provided.

Wi-Fi included without charge.

**The current IPTV system features most UK Sky channels (premium sports, documentaries, movies & music included). It also features a library of 900 movies, series and children's series which is regularly updated.**


The Townhouse benefits from a private balcony with table and chairs for alfresco dining whilst enjoying the amazing views. There is also a private terrace off the bedrooms with 4 private sun loungers and a BBQ.

The grounds of Beau View are accessed through a set of gates that lead into the complex and pool area. The focal point of the external areas is the stunning infinity pool with spa, the rattan style sun loungers and parasols and amazing views towards the Sea. The pillars and stone facings give a true luxury feel in this small and intimate collection of exclusive properties.

Please note that due to the quality and design of the furniture and the drop outside the terrace and from the pool area we cannot accept guests under the age of 21

''Property was perfect, clean tidy, home from home feel, fabulous space - excellent that windows had fly screens a real bonus. Upper Terrace usable able to have breakfast in the shade if the morning before the heat of the day. Lower terrace great for afternoon sun and evening BBQ and we mustn’t forget the fabulous views - WOW !!! Swimming pool amazing. Walking distance to supermarket/ tavernas/ pubs if not wanting to drive anywhere. Quiet and peaceful due to location, but still far enough away from the tourists of Coral Bay not to be disturbed with the noise but certainly close enough to visit easily and only 10-15 min drive. Cannot with the fault this property at all. Our 19 year old son spent 7 days with us out of our 14, to chill after his first full year at work and loved it. Although 11 apartments in the complex only about half are rentals, many are holiday homes. We often had the pool to ourselves many days. We will be back here for sure.

Perfect location as above. We would highly recommend-
Restaurant : oniro by the sea, Searays, sunset restaurant, palm grove (fab pizzas)
Green hills, Grande restaurant and The Jail Pub.
Beaches : all local ones are fab sea is so clear

''What a wonderful week we had at Beau View in Cyprus. What a fantastic holiday Home. Perfect for us 3 ladies. The house is perfectly laid out and decoration was to a high standard. The only issue we had was with the internet but as soon as we let John know he was on a mission to get the issue dealt with. John couldn’t have been more helpful, even giving us a lift to coral bay one evening!! We were all sad to leave and hope to return again. Many thanks for all your help and attention whilst booking. ''The Townhouse was Modern, clean and tidy. Good location for Peyia town centre – walking distance for most restaurants. We hired a car so we didn’t take part in sightseeing trips. We did visit Limassol Classic Car Museum and Paphos Forest, as well as Polis marina and Kato Paphos harbour. Very satisfied with all service received. We didn’t encounter any problems – the property and service were impeccable. .

''The property was excellent, the best we have stayed in in Cyprus. The driveway to the property was a bit precarious, but worth it for the view. We particularly favoured the Grande in Peyia. The staff were really friendly and welcoming and the food was to our taste.

We were kept well informed at every stage of the booking. We initially had problems operating the air conditioning but the local managers resolved the issue very promptly. The instructions for the air conditioning should state that the key fob must be inserted in the slot by the front door to activate the system. Many thanks'.

''The townhouse was everything and more than we expected. Location was superb for us as we hired a car but you didn't 'need' it. Local Restaurant 'The Grande' is great, large with excellent food and very reasonably priced, very friendly staff. Very satisfied with you as agents, all our needs were meet as requested. Locally, John & Lynn were great, taxi transfers were right on time and very informative''.

Winding up through the banana plantations after a short drive along the coast road from Paphos brings you to Peyia where Beau View is located on the hillside overlooking Coral Bay. Peyia is a very typical Cypriot village. A beautiful ancient church forms the heart of the village while the narrow streets and alleyways are full of old and interesting houses adorned with colourful flowers and citrus trees. The village is still largely unspoilt with lively tavernas and friendly locals. You can buy all your provisions including fresh meat and bread in the village stores with the early morning aroma of freshly baked bread, sweet and savoury local pastries and cakes coming from the Peyia bakery being almost too much to resist! The village of Peyia is one of the most picturesque and popular villages in the area. It is spread over a large area with the village centre (only 200m/2-5 minute walk) having many good amenities including Bars (with Wi-Fi) (‘The Mill’, ‘The Jail’, ‘The Grande’, ‘JJ’s’), Restaurants (home to Sophie’s themed restaurant, ‘The Peyia Tavern’, ‘Cousins’), Takeaways, Shops (Philippos supermarket, Constaninides Bakery, pharmacy, fishmonger, deli) and a bank (to name but a few). Only a 5 minute drive away is the famous Coral Bay resort with its Sandy beach for all the family as well as its more extensive selection of nightlife and daytime activities.

Other things to do in the area include Paphos Bird Park, reptile park, horse riding, Akamas Peninsular & Lara Beach Nature Reserve (famous for turtles), hiking/walking, buggy safaris, 4 x 4 safaris, sea caves area, watersports, sailing, wineries and much much more. Amusements and the Waterpark in Paphos are also easily accessible from Peyia, as are numerous archaeological ruins such as the Tombs of the Kings, Paphos Mosaics and the Christian Catacombs. For golf enthusiasts, Paphos area now offers 4 golf courses. Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley are both approximately a 40 minute drive from Beau View, Tsada golf course (now Minthis Hills) is a short 20 minute drive from Peyia. The newly opened Nick Faldo designed ‘Elea’ golf club looks to be the new Jewel in the crown and will put Cyprus firmly on the map as a European golfing destination. The course is near Paphos airport which is just under 30 minutes drive from Beau View.

If you want to get out and explore some fantastic scenery, take a trip to the Akamas Peninsula, Polis, Latchi or even Troodos mountains. The Akamas is an untouched part of Cyprus with unspoilt coastline and traditional fish taverns in stunning seaside locations. Troodos is of course the main mountain range in Cyprus, not many people know that in the can ski!
