2 well stocked supermarkets are within 100m. A short stroll of 200m will take you to the front of hotel's Annabelle, Almyra and on to Alexander the Great

The apartments South facing balcony gives an opportunity for peace and privacy and to dine alfresco using the apartments excellent and modern kitchen facilities that includes dishwasher. Ideal for those who prefer to self-cater rather than eat from a hotel.

The crystal clear blue waters at the local beaches are very inviting with choice of watersports activities available also. A flat walk along a modern promenade past interesting shops and amenities takes you to Paphos Harbour and Marina where the famous Paphos Castle is located. Here you can find shoes and events or simply take it all in with a cold drink or ice cream.

Buses are available to go into other areas of Paphos and to the waterpark.

The apartment itself has been completely renovated and modernised to a great standard and we hope you will be very comfortable there.

Bedroom 1 – wooden framed king size bed, 2 x white bedside tables & lamps, small wall table unit. Air con unit. and celiling fan White black out blinds and white voile curtains. Fitted Wardrobe.

Bathroom – Large double sized shower glass screen, sink and toilet. Mirror and light. Window.

Bedroom 2 – white framed king size bed, 2 x white bedside tables and lamps, white black out blinds and white voile curtains. Air con unit and celiing fan. Fitted Wardrobe.

The property is fully air-conditioned and ceiling fans having been fitted throughout. Fly-screens are present on all windows, assisting your comfort. Double Glazed Windows provide soundproofing and additional comfort.

Pool/Beach Towels are supplied as is other towels and linen.

A cot and highchair is available upon request for infants. Extras such as hairdryer and iron/board are also provided.

A supply of fresh drinking water is supplied to the apartment and the water is heated by solar panels. Please note that this is a no smoking apartment. Smoking on balcony only using ashtray and door closed. Any odours on departure will result in a charge.

**The current IPTV system features most UK Sky channels (premium sports, documentaries, movies & music included) as well as many channels in German, Spanish and Russian. It also features a library of 900 movies, series and children's series which is regularly updated.**

A short bus ride away is the 'Old Town' of Paphos with its municipal market, variety of shops and street cafes where you can literally sit and watch the world go by with your favourite aperitif. Paphos combines ancient history with a cosmopolitan, modern tourist resort. The area by the coast is known as Kato Paphos and boasts a pretty little harbour and plenty of open air cafes and bars.

Further inland is the aforementioned old town of Paphos, known by the locals as Ktima. With its narrow streets, hustle and bustle, covered market and typically Cypriot atmosphere, it is well worth a visit. As a consequence, Paphos is on UNESCOs World Cultural Heritage list.





Cyprus is famous as the birth place of the goddess Aphrodite, Venus in Roman mythology. She is known as the Ancient Greek goddess of love and beauty. Legend says that she emerged from the sea at Aphrodite’s Rock in a surge of sea foam.
