DETAILS OF THE INTERIOR

This well appointed two bedroomed townhouse features stunning views of the luscious gardens and the Mediterranean Sea beyond. The large dining lounge area features comfortable leather sofas which easily seats 6 and oak furniture. Sateliite TV and DVD player are included for entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and has a smart modern appearance with white units, stainless steel. The full width patio window opens out onto the patio/terrace and small enclosed private garden which features dining table and chairs for up to six.

Upstairs, the two bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans and ample wardrobe space. Both have balconies, the master bedroom having sea views. The clever bed design enables the beds to be made up as 3 foot wide singles or super king sized doubles providing total flexibility what ever your needs. The large bathroom with shower features a vanity unit, over-bath shower screen, glass shelves and towel rails. There is also a downstairs cloakroom for convenience. For your comfort, air conditioning and ceiling fans are standard through out. Towels and linen are also provided as well as extras such as pool towels, hairdryer and safety deposit box.

Wi-Fi/internet is included in the rental rate


**The current IPTV system features most UK Sky channels (premium sports, documentaries, movies & music included) as well as many channels in German, Spanish and Russian. It also features a library of 900 movies, series and children's series which is regularly updated.**


DETAILS OF THE EXTERIOR

The complex is intimately designed (only 20 apts & 8 townhouses) with character throughout and all apartments benefit from the wonderfully designed pool and garden areas (sun loungers supplied) which are decorated by palm trees (and the rare commodity of grass) allowing children to play happily and safely when they are not in the pool.

Other high quality specifications include, controlled and secure entrance to private car parking, door entry systems, elevator to all floors, marble staircases/landings and communal changing rooms and showers.

''Very good property, as expected based on the description. Lovely compound, quiet, clean, private, nice view, close to everything. Wonderful pool! Perfect location, quite central. Near the shopping mall and lots of restaurants. We had a car with us, but it's easily manageable without a car.

Shopping: Kings Avenue Mall was perfect. Well known shops, kids play area (3 Euros only), lots of restaurants, and a great supermarket!
Beaches: By far, Coral Bay, super clean and sandy. There were other beaches, but not sandy.
Restaurants: Most were below average food catered for tourists, but the ones that stood out with service and quality were Duomo (not because of the discount), and Gustoso.
Sightseeing trips: we only visited Paphos Zoo, which was a great few hours trip. Bird show was fantastic and giraffe feeding was the highlight for our son. We avoided visiting the archeological sites because of the heat.

Excellent service from you before and after booking. Quick to answer any queries.

''Firstly I would like to say the service provided by yourself and lets rent online was First Class, you answered all my e mails quickly and were very helpful, from landing the taxi was spot on, apartment was spotlessly clean and very quiet(just what we wanted),We had no problems during our stay and had a lovely holiday,location was quiet but what we wanted, wouldn't suit all but only a short walk to numerous bars and restaurants.

''Yes we have had a great week and the townhouse was lovely, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. It was easy to find and the managers had left the light on so we could find the keys easily, the fans were on so it was cool and comfortable when we went in. It was bright and welcoming with a very good welcome pack. The managers were very good and came to our assistance when we couldn't work the telly!

The location was very good with lots of bars and eating places in walking distance. We loved Gustoso where the portions were so enormous we had to take some home and eat it next day for our lunch! The Green Corner does fabulous pizza and two for one drinks! We also love The Lodge in Paphos itself where we went for a meal on our last night and the food was amazing as always. We also had a lovely trip to Latchi where we had lunch in the harbour and spent the rest of the day on the beach.

I thought the service you provided as Letting Agents was excellent, so efficient and helpful and yes we will probably go to Cyprus again early next year. It was one of the nicest properties I have stayed in at Paphos.

''The property (Ioannis Gardens Townhouse) was very clean, comfortable and equipped with everything necessary for a lovely holiday - and more besides. The gated community was quiet and peaceful and the other residents who we met were very friendly. We enjoyed the sea view and beautiful sunsets that could be seen from the property. The location was central enough to be within easy reach of most things and yet still quiet.

We visited Karlina Restaurant, Agapinor, Viva Cyprus, Adelaida and probably best of all Viklari Castle - a dusty and rough ride to the Akamas but well worth it for the food and the wonderful views. More than satisfied. We found the whole experience to be easy and efficient and would thoroughly recommend LetsRentOnline.Com to others. Perfectly satisfield. We can't think of anything else we would have wanted in the property. Many thanks once again for all your help.''

''The property was spotlessly clean and well equipped. 2nd time we had stayed in the property and it feels like a home from home rather than a holiday rental. Bed very comfortable and huge! Plenty of storage space. Only 2 of us in the property but it would easily accommodate 4 with ease. Air conditioning and ceiling fans allow the property to feel comfortable even when it's very hot outside.

Location is in a nice quiet residential area but only a short walk to the various eateries on the Tomb of the Kings Road or to the bus stops on that road if you want to go further. Ideal for what we wanted.

Beaches - always prefer Coray Bay Beach - noticed this year that the local council have taken over the responsibility for the sun loungers/parasols and have obviously purchased new ones whereas in previous years it has been local bars, etc, who owned them but price is still the same 7.50 euros for parasol and 2 loungers. Karlinas and Tea for Two on the Tomb of the Kings Road are two of our favourites - friendly and attentive staff who welcome you back with open arms, good food at reasonable prices and nice atmosphere. This year we discovered a new restaurant which had only been open since August 2015 - The Bad Cat which is on the main road between Paphos and Coray Bay - opposite the Atlantica Golden Beach Hotel. Bus stop right outiside so easy to get to for a lovely evening out. Very extensive menu to sort all tastes, friendly and attentive staff, very relaxing ambience with music in the background - not a loud restaurant at all but ideal for a nice, quiet, evening meal - definitely worth a visit.

Very satisfied with the service provided, as always. Nice to be able to rent a property knowing that everything runs smoothly. Emails are answered promptly and the whole process is troublefree. We did not have to contact the managers or owner during our stay. We did have our bedding and towels changed part-way through the holiday as we were there for 10 days but Helen and Robert let us know in our arrival pack when they would be coming and we didn't need to be in when they came.

I don't think there are any improvements that could be made - just an excellent holiday rental property.''

''The townhouse was Lovely, clean, spacious and very well equipped. Really appreciated the core essentials of tea, coffee, milk etc, especially when we arrived around midnight. The location was perfect. We recommend Fat Mama, Raffles and Phuket. Aphrodite Rocks and Coral Bay beach. Very professional service, extremely satisfied. Happy with the local managers, yes we did not need to contact them, but contact details were available. Literature left was very informative.

This is the first time we have booked a holiday on-line and through your professional service from start to finish it made our holiday a memorable one. Please can you pass on our gratitude to Andreas who provide a stress free transfer from airport to the accommodation, especially when he arrived at 20:00 which was the arranged time for departure to the airport. We would use your company in the future. We look forward to receiving information regarding our deposit in the next few days''.

''The property itself was very well equipped, spacious and clean. Bedrooms were spacious with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space and bed very comfortable - kingsize as there are 2 single beds in each room which are pushed together to make a double bed. Nice balcony off each bedroom. Useful space to park car in front garden with wooden slatted framework above which kept the car shaded. TV had plenty of English channels including Sky as it was internet connected rather than satellite dish.

Nice quiet location in a residential area but short walk to restaurants on the King of the Tombs Road. Would certainly recommend Karlinas (10 minute walk) and Tea for Two (20 minute walk) on the Tomb of the Kings Road. Both have excellent food and very nice friendly staff. Coral Bay is the best beach to visit.

This is the 3rd time we have used LetsRentOnline.Com and found the booking process and communication, both before and after the holiday, very good and feel secure booking with you. We didn't actually have any problems during our stay so did not need to contact the local managers at all. Would say that the local managers had left an excellent information folder in the townhouse which was very good''.

"We had a fantastic holiday at the Ioannis Gardens! The townhouse was amazing, best we have stayed in ever, everything you could want was catered for! The location was superb, a short walk to all the amenities, bars and restaurants, yet in a lovely quiet location. Our favourite bar was Yiamas and restaurant - Karlinas- these guys made you so welcome. I was so pleased with the customer service from Steven at 'lets rent' he answered questions quickley and professionally. We will certainly visit Cyprus again this is was our 3rd time (previously Paralimini). Once again thank you so much!."

"We had a great time in Cyprus. The appartement was exactly as mentioned, well equipped and a lovely quiet area but close enough to all amenities. We hired a car so went around a lot,eating in restaurants in Polis,opposite the old little church very good, Omodos at the tavern set on the hillside coming in, very good.Perdoulas Hotel Soleil. terrible!! A typical tavern in the old turkish part of Pafos can't tell you the name( friends took us there) excellent. In the Tomb of the Kings area the one to be really recommended is Karlina,lovely people and very attentifs.Both yourself and Helen and Robert were extremely helpful in booking and welcoming us."

"A well maintained property in a quiet location yet only a short walk to the Tomb of the Kings, there is a pleasant and friendly Taverna only a short walk away offering value for money food and drinks. The old Town of Paphos is located nearby, with varied Tavernas and of course the market. A good location for a holiday. However we would recommend hiring a car to see more of the Island."

"Location just right ,nice and quite yet not far to walk to shops and bars,although hired a car for the stay as like to go a bit further a field .The townhouse was very clean and comfortable all amenities was just right and had a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived (just what i needed after traveling for 8 hours).I would definitely go back again.was a bit worried as never stayed in a rented accomodation always in a hotel but it was great."

"We found the property to be absolutely perfect for our needs during a very relaxing holiday. The developement is peaceful and quiet yet still walking distance to the bars and restaurants at Tomb of The Kings and to the 'Old Town' of Paphos where there is a market and many street cafes that have very welcoming staff. The townhouse has all the little luxuries you would expect and having a choice of how the beds are made up is a great advantage as we wanted 2 king sized beds and I know some people would want a twin. I would defibitely recommend this property to anyone. Thanks again.
