Before booking or enquiring, we have to advise of you of something that may have an influence on your stay.

A large area of ground to the South of villa is having 27 new luxury villas built.

March 23 Update- Many of the villas are now complete but an area has recently started around 75m away to the South West which may cause disturbances during the day.

We do not have a build programme but now expect that if staying at the villa, you would have to accept some impact with some noise until 3-4pm most days. Thankfully there is a ‘buffer’ of villas in between and this site so privacy is not affected and it can only be seen from some areas of the villa.

We do not have a build programme but wish to make renters aware that if staying at the villa, you may have to accept some impact. There could be with some noise from early in the morning until 3-4pm most days.

On the bright side there may be no impact (or minimal in certain periods) but either way we are offering a discount for acceptance. We are offering a goodwill gesture to compensate which would be 15% off the rental price paid (cannot in used with any other offers).

The rough and the smooth have to be accepted equally but you may be lucky and have quiet days or periods and may be unlucky and have bad days or periods. The beach and some lovely cafe/tavernas lie only a few km away (as do many other quiet spots and hideaways) if there is an issue and in the evenings it will be quiet anyway.**.

''The villa was excellent. Lots of space, great outdoor area. It was all clean and very well equipped. The location was good if you have a car. It’s a peaceful area with some nice local walks but main towns are a drive away.
I am very satisfied with the quick responses to my questions prior to arrival and the ease of communication with the local manager. I hope to return again to Cyprus soon and would be very pleased to use this villa or another of yours again in the future. ''

''The villa was immaculate! Exactly as described. Nice large rooms, fab pool.

Brilliant location, close to coral Bay, and not too far from airport. We come to Cyprus every few years, will also go to fat mamas and the aphrodite water park. Loved the sunset restaurant near to villa, went 3 times!

Absolutely satisfied with your service. We had 1 issue when there and Robin quickly attended the property to fix the alarm.

Nothing I can think of to improve. The villa was perfect, exactly as described and very clean! Me and my family had a wonderful holiday! ''

''We used to rent a villa in paphos and we had the pleasure of renting villa st George in peyia. The villa was lovely and in a great spot ,a short walk to the little harbour of agios Georgios and only a 10 minute drive to the strip of coral bay with its bars and restaurants.
There is a taverna the sunset only a 2 minute walk from the villa.

This is the second time we have used and both villas we have had have been great.
We are already looking at our next holiday to Cyprus and we will definitely be using as the communication and the service we have had, especially in dealing with Stephen has been second to none. Thanks once again Stephen and for all your help in making our holiday a great one and we look forward to using your expertise again.
Kind regards Mark Rann ''

''Once again I cannot praise villa st george enough. This is our fourth visit and returning again in September. Let's rent on line have been outstanding particularly yourself. Robin the property manager is very helpful and hass replied immediately to any concerns I have had.

Although the building work continues the disruption is diminishing but still there!!

Everything you want is here and it is a real home from home. There are some lovely restaurants in the coral Bay area

Sala thai serves the most amazing Thai food and also recommend santa marina fish restaurant sea you further along the coast past coral Bay. Seriani is good value. Sea caves is lovely. You are always welcomed back with open arms. Oniros is the best place to eat and watch the sunset by the boat wreck

Phillipos the supermarket is just a 10 minute drive from the villa and you can get virtually anything from there. You do need a car for the villa!!

All in all we are completely satisfied and thank you for yourself andd Robins help. All very professional. Best wishes, Denise . ''

''Lovely, well-appointed villa with large comfortable bedrooms and 3 ensuite bathrooms and a large outside garden with a lovely swimming pool. The villa was very clean and the welcome pack was very useful as we arrived just after midnight. Villa St George was excellent value for money, very spacious and with everything we needed. Great location, although I would recommend a car to make getting around easy, it was a 30 minute drive to Paphos airport. We ate at Sunset café (5 minutes walk from the villa) several times, the meals were always delicious and fantastic value. We also enjoyed lunch at the Last Castle, an afternoon quiz at Peggy’s Secret Garden in Peyia and the best meze at Melitiza Taverna in Tala. Pizza Hut delivery was also great. The villa booking process was very easy, Steven replied to my emails quickly and provided a lovely friendly service. This is the 4th villa we have booked through Lets Rent Online and we have never been disappointed. We found Villa St George to be in a very peaceful location, the building work didn’t disturb us at all, occasionally it just sounded like someone doing DIY on their property. There are lovely views down to the sea from the upstairs balcony and the sunsets are gorgeous, it looks like the sun just drops into the sea. ''

''We really enjoyed the villa as a family of 6. There was no building issues and the site in front looks quite completed. The villas also look attractive and there is a sea view from upstairs and some areas of downstairs. The area itself is wonderful with tavernas, cafes and great little harbour for swimming and relaxing. It wasnt far to go to Coral Bay fr a night out either. We thoroughly recommend this villa''

''Great villa. Has everything you need. Brilliant location. We liked G and T’s restaurant - 2 minute drive from villa. The best food I had all week and they do a fantastic Sunday lunch too. Gary and Tracy brilliant hosts!''

''Thank you for the return of our damage deposit. The villa was beautiful in a quiet area it had everything we needed couldn’t have asked for anything more.

The location was a quiet area near to bus service if not hiring a car. The building which is ongoing behind the property( which we were made aware of) was on most days ok we had a couple of dusty and noisy days which was not too bad and was bearable. We love the grande in Peyia which is friendly with lovely food.

I found Steven from let’s rent online to be really helpful and prompt with any questions or problems I had at home and when we were away, where emails were answered very quickly. We found the local manager robin good . He came around every 3 days to see to the pool which was good. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday thank you for all your help and allowing us to hire the villa it was a lovely holiday. Kind regards, Sharon''

''Property was faultless it was immaculate, comfy beds excellent pool area. peaceful location easy to find. We very much had a chilling out holiday. Phillipos supermarket 10 minute drive has everything you need and is very reasonable, especially barbecue meats. We ate at oniro which was delicious and sunset restaurant which is only a short walk away. We only had to call robin out once as we got in a pickle with the safe . I messaged late evening and he was there first thing next day . Cleaning girls had the villa spick and span min-hol. We visit Cyprus every year and definitely will consider villa st George next year.''

'We had a lovely holiday thank you. Villa was lovely and just as described. The location was perfect for us as we hire a car. The service we received was very good from the booking. The cleaning ladies who came in were lovely and made us feel very welcome. All communication was perfect. We dont feel there is anything else you can do to the villa to improve it as everything is there that you need and it has very nice furnishings. We holiday in Cyprus every year sometimes we visit twice if we are lucky

Just to update you with the work at the back of the villa nothing is happening at the moment so it is still very quite. The new high fence has made a big difference''

''We had such a wonderful holiday. The Villa had everything we could wish for. It was so clean, well furnished and the pool area was beautiful. We are regular visitors to Paphos and would definitely recommend Villa St George and your company.
From enquiry to booking and after arriving, right to the end of our stay, we received fantastic service. The villa is in a beautiful location, friendly neighbours, lovely restaurants and beaches nearby. Lovely supermarkets nearby and shops, restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend yourselves. We are already planning next year's trip and would love dates, from you, for the Villa, or it's neighbours again. Thank you again for all of your help..''

''I so didn't want to leave!! Here are the comments you requested...

The villa was Absolutely beautiful. I loved the location. We did the off road buggies over to Latchi, which was great. Latchi is lovely too. Kathikas is a stunning little village with lovely restaurants definitely worth a visit. The Segway tour was great fun! Go Karting & Foot golf great for my son's (14 &16) Sea You, Sea Caves & Oniro all fab places to watch the sunset, eat & relax. Kings Avenue shopping centre was fab.

Amazing service from you... always on hand for advice! Locally, again amazing... very friendly & helpful. A huge thanks to your taxis too. Both drivers were just fabulous. The vehicles were Spotless & spacious along with complimentary refreshments. We will definitely book these again when back in Paphos. We had an amazing time, thank you to all involved. Best regards. Celine..''

''Absolutely wonderful! Peaceful and just right for us. We travelled by car to a beautiful village called Kathikas and visited Yianni's - the food was amazing, so much so that we went back twice. Well worth the drive, which was under half an hour. We also particularly enjoyed a stroll round Latchi (Latsi), a lovely harbour and lots of places to eat and definitely the place to go if you want to go out on a boat trip. The archaeological site at Paphos harbour was amazing and really shouldn't be missed, we highly recommend it. I just wish we had stayed longer so we could have explored more of the beauty of Cyprus.

The professional service and speedy communication from you was second to none and I wouldn't hesitate to use your services again. We had a wonderful holiday, thank you for looking after us all the way through the booking process..''

''Thank you for your email. We had a fantastic time in Paphos and the weather was great. To answer your questions: The property was fine. It was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay.
The location was superb, beautiful and quiet, the views were stunning. We spent most of our time in the garden.
Coral King was excellent, the Suckling Pig was particularly good. Also the Sunset Breeze near Paphos was marvellous with excellent seafood. The service provided by you couldn't be faulted. Similarly the communications with the local management were excellent. Thank you for a wonderful relaxing holiday. Kind Regards. Mark .''

We also met up with Richard who we find is extremely friendly and helpful in every way. TV/broadband is again perfect, so all in all we are very, very happy. Many thanks for such a professional and friendly process so far. Kind regards, Tom .''

''We had a fantastic time yet again at Villa St George. The property was immaculate. The location was perfect for us. We like to be out of the main hubbub and more into the "real" Cyprus. We stayed here last year and returned because we love the peace and quiet. We went to a few local restaurants :- Sunset taverna- very Cypriot, brilliant food and very cost effective. Anessi- on the road towards Coral Bay, again brilliant food. Say outside and the cool breeze was enough to keep us comfortable. The restaurant on the sea front as you turn left out of the road the villa is on, only went for lunch as limited menu but views were great. The restaurant in the hills on the way to Turtle Bay. Been before about ten years ago. Superb food, again limited menu but real BBQ'd chicken and pork, salad and chips. Perfection. All the restaurants along the "strip" in Coral Bay are brilliant too. Love the Cypriot food.

Service from Robin was first class. As we have stayed before we didn't need much help but when the kettle stopped working he brought a brand new one round within hours. Lovely guy. Totally satisfied. (Loved the new sofas) .''

''Beautiful villa, as described so lived up to our expectations. Spacious, light and airy with everything we could possibly need. Location Great, was a good base for what we wanted to do- which was 50% out and about and 50% chilling by the pool. would highly recommend? O’Niro by the Sea – went there 4 times. Service provided by you was excellent. Robin was also great, very informative, helpful and we knew if we had a problem we could call him.''

''The property was wonderful. Great size, had all the amenities you could want; the sky tv and wifi were very handy! The gas BBQ was brilliant, very easy to use. The outdoor space was very good, plenty of comfy sunbeds. The property was perfectly located to watch the sun setting over the sea, from the balcony at the back of the house. Very beautiful. The location was exactly what we wanted – very quiet, not much around apart from a couple of restaurants but Coral Bay could be easily reached by bus within about 20 minutes, for supermarkets, etc… The Phillipos supermarket in Coral Bay will give you a free ride home with your shopping, which was very handy! The Sunset restaurant about 200 yards from the Villa is recommended. Good food and reasonably priced. LetsRentOnline.Com very helpful, always replied to emails. Robin who visited the villa while we were there was very helpful too. We hope to return soon, it’s one of the few places where you can guarantee the weather!''

"The property was lovely before, but the recent refurbishment has really transformed it. Very nice colour scheme. The location is very quiet (at this time of year anyway), but close to lively resort if you want a change. The local restaurant – Sunset – is only a few minutes stroll and was the best food and drinks we had for the whole holiday. That includes trips into Paphos, Coral Bay and Latsi. It is a family run restaurant and very friendly. Booking and communications were very straightforward – no problems at all. Local agent came round a couple of times and we had her phone number if we needed to contact her. Generally very happy with the villa and the booking system. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again. We had a great holiday thanks, and are now back in a cold, grey, wet England. Can’t wait to get away again! Best wishes, Lynn"

"We have stayed in many villas and been to many countries, always returning to Cyprus and I can honestly say this was one of the best Villas we stayed terms of layout, size and price, and location with stunning views. We absolutely loved it and will definitely return to the same villa again in the hope that the prices don't go up assuming you'll get more glowing reports as the summer goes on. First of all we contacted a number of people about villas in Cyprus and Portugal and you were the most efficient person we dealt with, responding very quickly offering an efficient service hence why we booked through you and went onto book the car hire through your website as well. We cannot thank you enough.

Secondly, Angela came Monday morning at 9.00 am and was excellent. Recommending Akamas peninsula and Viklaris the last castle for lunch as well as the Sea Caves Tavern, both of which we visited and thoroughly enjoyed. She returned after a week with Martine to clean with fresh towels, which were unnecessary as there were many clean towels, being just the two of us in a three bedrooms villa. They were both superb and the villa was very clean.

I cannot praise the pool people enough, they did a wonderful job of cleaning the pool. They came almost every other day to check the pool, clean it and top it up......the pool was immaculate. They were very friendly and chatting also recommending places for us to visit, I almost looked forward to their early morning visits to see their friendly faces.....if we did have a lie in, they would be so quite that we never heard them. I was lying in the pool and glanced over at the pool sign one hot day and saw the smiley faces on the sign which made me smile, a friendly notice of pool rules which were more than happy to follow, as they were presented in a very positive way.

The location was just what we were looking for peaceful and no tourists. I've been going to Cyprus since 1988 and know many people, always stayed in Limassol and it was a joy to return to Cyprus and a new place that reminded me of how Limassol use to be, traditional and peaceful, with beautiful views and food. We will definitely return to this location and villa.

The Villa was superb and we felt the price was just right. The position of the Villa was great, not overlooked and stunning sunset sea views. The layout was open plan and very roomy, bedrooms tastefully and simply decorated, looking stylish. Gardens and pool beautiful and as mentioned before maintained by a lovely friendly couple.

Plenty of lighting, towels, air conditioning and fans all used during the holiday. Loved the day bed and new seating on the balcony too. The barbecue was used daily as we cooked most nights, and gave it a thorough clean each time. A great addition. I've already emailed five people today recommending the villa...only hope it doesn't get booked up so we can come back."

"This is a fantastic villa! It was spacious and comfortable and in a good location. It is a short walk to the monastry and the lovely fish restaurant. Only a short drive to Coral Bay and if youre feeling adventurous a bumpy ride to Lara Bay! The sunsets are beautiful and it is lovely waking up to see the sea every morning! We loved the week we spent there and will definately be back one day."

A fantastic place to have a relaxing quiet holiday, only 30 mins from Paphos harbour and other attractions. "A fantastic villa. Close enough to everything you need eg supermarket, resturants, nightlife without being in the hub of it all. Would highly recommend hiring a car though. Everything was to a high standard and the property manager was very helpful. We would def use this villa again. We had family visit us at the villa and even they have taken details so they can book a holiday there. We were really pleased with everything and would highly reccomend it to everyone. The villa is not overlooked and you have a lovely view of an orange grove to the back and a view of the sea from the balcony."

"Villa was excellent with lots of space (open plan downstairs), nice pool / pool area, all facilities you would require (e.g. dish washer, iron etc). When we arrived we had been left bread, butter, milk etc, plus a bottle of wine which was quickly opened! Very quiet location with good views from the back of the villa to the sea. Sea / beach 10 mins walk from the villa. You definately need a car though as the nearest supermarket is 4 miles away in Coral Bay. In the village (Agios Georgios) there is not even a small shop. Suggest getting a 4x4 if you can afford it as just up the coast from the villa is Akanas Peninsula to drive along which was very picturesque, but really need a 4x4 for this road. Lots of things to do not too far from the villa, such as at Pafas (Word Heritage site) - Pafos is 20km away."
