This recently completed high specification villa is situated at the end of a peaceful cul de sac, only a few minutes walk from Tala Village Square, with its small yet diverse collection of bars, restaurants and tavernas. The furnishings are not typical of a rental property; the owners have equipped the villa to a very high standard (thus the beds and sofas are nice and comfy!) as it is their intention (at some point), to make it a permanent home. The open plan ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, benefiting from an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine to name just a few. The living area with feature fireplace is stylishly furnished with a chocolate brown suite in Italian leather, flatscreen TV (with Satellite), DVD player, Ipod Docking Station and CD player. The dining area is furnished with a dining table that comfortably seats 6. The first double bedroom with king-size bed is located on the ground floor and has patio doors that open directly on to the pool terrace. A separate shower room is located close by. A bright and open white marble staircase, leads to the first floor where the spacious landing area (with picture window and seating) and remaining bedrooms are located. The spacious master bedroom features a king-size bed and has a full en-suite bathroom. Patio doors lead onto a large balcony with sofa set affording a relaxing setting to enjoy the sea views. The final bedroom is a twin bedded room with an en-suite shower room and a private balcony overlooking the swimming pool. All bathrooms have heated towel rails. Air-conditioning (which is included in the price) is provided in all bedrooms, living area and kitchen. A safety deposit box is provided for safekeeping. All bed linen and towels (including those for by the pool) are provided. A travel cot and highchair are supplied free of charge on request. Wi-fi is included in the rental rate

| "Property was excellent. Air conditioning was a big bonus, and wi-fi was much appreciated. Super pool too. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. Always felt safe and secure. About 10 minutes walk from Tala square. It was all uphill but easily managable for all but the elderly and infirm. Drive to major supermarkets (Coral Bay or Paphos) as you would expect but many smaller ones nearby. Small one in Tala square is surprisingly well stocked. Tala is a quiet village but it has several bars/restaurants and is in a great position for access by car to Paphos, Coral Bay, Peyia and all other west coast villages. Highly recommend several restaurants. Yialos and Andria in Coral Bay, The Last Castle past Ayios Georgios, Vatouthkia on the road to the Adonis Baths and Yiannis Tevarna in Kathikas. All bars and restaurants in Tala are good too. The Cliff Club is always guaranteed a breeze which is most welcome in July/August. This is our 4th year renting with you. Happy as usual." |

Tala is very quiet but I would definitely recommend it if you are after a quiet, relaxing holiday . We were well looked after and any questions we had were answered immediately. The villa was very clean and had everything we needed, the pool is really good for a villa of this size. We had a great week and will definitely return in the future!" |

| "We had an amazing holiday at this Villa. I would recommend that you hire a car throughout your stay as taxis can be expensive and you do have to travel to experience the best of paphos. If you take a walk to the little town then go and visit bubble and squeak for drink and food very friendly staff and reasonably prices. I would revisit this villa as we were well looked after!! Steven, the letting agent was very, very helpful and Louise and her husband really take care of the property. Lemon Tree is probably the best equipped villa we have stayed in and that makes life so much easier. We had so much enjoyment from the excellent pool and the very well lit outside areas. We loved the location and the views down to the sea. Tala Square is a joy for a drink or a meal and if you want the tourist places like Papos or Coral Bay, they are in easy reach by car. If you crave Sky TV or the internet then Lemon Tree is not for you but our family loved it and hope to return." |

The village square was only a 10 minute walk and the nearby bakery sold the most delicious breads and pastries as well as other conveniences.
