The ground floor of Villa Saphrini in Secret Valley comprises a large and airy open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen area with large sliding doors opening onto the enclosed garden and private pool. The furnishings and fittings are luxury, modern and stylish.

The lounge area is furnished with two leather sofas, coffee table and terrific audio visual entertainment centre comprising large flat panel TV, satellite, DVD player and surround sound. Two ceiling fans operated by remote controls add to your comfort, plus of course air conditioning for really hot days.

The dining area has a large dining table to sit six and a handy sideboard unit to keep all your holiday essentials. Two further remote control ceiling fans are provided and air conditioning.

The kitchen area is ultra modern luxury with black granite work surfaces and splashbacks. Appliances include oven, hob, washing machine and dishwasher, as well as microwave oven, coffee machine and juicer.

There's also a downstairs cloakroom with shower and WC.

Upstairs all three bedrooms have air conditioning and three foot wide single beds that can fit together to become king size doubles, giving you total flexibility in the sleeping configuration.

The master bedroom has an en-suite with large shower cubicle and a good size balcony on which to sit and admire the stunning view.

There's also a family bathroom with bath and shower over/WC.

With the gorgeous Cyprus climate you'll probably be spending most of your time outside. Villa Saphrini has a relaxing garden and terrace area for you to enjoy outdoor living at its best. Its location in a cul-de-sac in Secret Valley ensures a quiet, relaxing holiday.

The private pool is large, ten metres by five metres, enough space to swim for exercise or play family games. The private pool is surrounded by extra patio area so that you can relax on the sun loungers, or if you prefer you can sit in the shade under the parasol or balcony.

The enclosed garden means you know exactly where your children are.

An outside shower is provided for enjoying the private pool, as is a large feature barbeque.

The popular villages of Pissouri and Kouklia are just a few minutes drive and the main towns of Paphos and Limassol can be reached in under half an hour. Pissouri is an interesting seaside village a short drive from Secret Valley well worth a visit for a relaxing lunch in one of the tavernas and an opportunity to bask in the sun on the beach.

Kouklia is a village steeped in history right next to Secret Valley. There are tavernas, coffee shops and bars to enjoy, as well as two shops to pick up holiday essentials. The fields around Kouklia grow vines, bananas, all sorts of citrus fruits, avocados, apricot, kiwis, olives, locust beans, peanuts, and a large variety of other vegetables.

Kouklia is also famous as the historical capital of Cyprus. Known then as "Palaipafos" (Old Paphos), it was one of the most important ancient kingdoms of Cyprus. The entire area of Kouklia is an important archaeological region. Excavations have found the famous temple of "Aphrodite of Paphos" (Pafia Aphrodite), the remains of the fortifications of Palaipafos, and various other treasures that are found in Kouklia's Archaeological Museum.

Local beaches can easily be reached at Petra Tou Romiou, Pissouri, Avdimou and Geroskipou in one direction and Coral Bay and Lara in the other.

Above Secret Valley is the road to the Troodos Mountains and Cedar Valley. The route is lined with small, charming villages along the way.

There is an excellent highway which runs to all corners of Cyprus but the old coast road by the sea is the most scenic route. A drive along here past various ancient sites such as Aphrodite's Birthplace and Temple towards Limassol, taking in Curium and Kolossi Castle is delightful with beautiful views wherever you look.
