This luxurious Golf Villa is situated on Secret Valley Golf resort and enjoys an open outlook to the surrounding mountains and to the sea. With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. modern furnishings, fuly equipped kitchen with dishwasher, wi-fi, private pool, air-conditioning and satellite TV with subscription channels to name but a few, this is one of the best appointed holiday villas in the Secret valley area.. The property enjoys a quiet situation in a small cul-de-sac, only a few minutes from the developments entrance. The development is ideally situated to enjoy golf and the accompanying facilities(on 2 courses), local village life and the exploration of Paphos, Limassol and surrounding Troodos mountains.  |

Both the interior and exterior have been designed and finished tastefully in keeping with a development and villa of this stature. The villa is air-conditioned throughout. Modern furnishings, fittings, appliances and extras such as dishwasher Gas BBQ, Wireless Internet and Satellite TV (with subscription) have been carefully planned and provided for a stress free, all taken care of holiday where you can simply relax and enjoy the tranquil surroundings.
The main living accommodation of the villa is between 2 floors, with living room, dining area, kitchen and cloakroom downstairs and all 3 bedrooms, en-suite to master bedroom, family bathroom and a balcony with panoramic sea views upstairs.  |

Outside there is a generously sized and private colourful garden (with loungers, parasols and furniture) surrounding a clear blue swimming pool for your leisure. A long private driveway with gates leads to the front of the house and also to the rear, where sun terraces provide shade and overlook the pool. A Car Port assists with keeping the car cool in the height of summer. Views can be gained to the Mediterranean Sea and surrounding mountains from most areas of the villa.

| ''We stayed in late July 2011 - Family with two children (12,14). Conveniently located for exploring Paphos, Aphrodite Beach, Pissouri, Kourion Troodos and much more. Dad enjoyed nearby Secret Valley golf, the grill, Internet Access and Cable. Mum loved the nearby beaches, the quiet privacy, the view and garden and the kids couldn't leave the lovely pool. The villa is very well appointed with all amenities. The management staff were very helpful in every way. Hope to return.'' |

| " We found the villa easily from the directions sent to us. Upon arrival we had been left a generous Welcome Pack. The villa its garden and pool were all very well presented and perfectly clean. Ian and Helen who look after property were very friendly and helpful. We had beautiful weather and the breeze that arrives most afternoons is very welcome. We found a nest in one of the trees and were lucky to see the tiny birds fledge and being fed and looked after around the garden by attentive mother ! We would reccommend Villa Kerrie." |

| "Thank you very much for the voucher. We intend to come back next summer so I'll get a booking sorted as soon as we get some dates. :) The villa was lovely as always. It was spotlessly clean and it was nice to see a fire extinquisher in the kitchen and the new shower by the pool. The welcome pack was excellent, the towel art on the bed and the general presentation was superb and the best we've seen it so far! Lastly - the thing that really made a difference to our stay was the availability of wireless internet. This let us stay in touch with the Uk via our email on our phones and was very very much appreciated. I would definitely include that in the description of the villa. | "This was our families first stay in a villa and I was very nervous to make the booking. All the horror stories you hear I half expected to turn up in Paphos and there be no villa. However, we were reassured and looked after from prior to booking till we were all back home. The service provided by the booking agents and management staff exceeded expectations. We couldn’t find the property and were met on the site even though it was gone half one in the morning. When we entered the property we were astounded by how luxurious, beautiful and how homely the villa was. Welcome drinks and food was waiting for us and was well needed after our journey. Everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay was at the villa. If our family ever goes to Paphos again we would want to stay in this villa." |

''We booked our week in October looking for a complete chill out. I'm pleased to say that is exactly what Villa Kerrie delivered. The spacious accommodation was tastefully furnished and decorated with an obvious personal touch. The overall high standard extended to the landscaped gardens/pool area, which even in October had numerous flowering plants.On hotter days a pleasant cooling breeze was also often present. Many a late afternoon/early evening was spent on the terrace with a glass of something cool watching the sun drop below the horizon. Needless to say the barbecue was put to good use. The thoughtful layout of the development lends itself to a peaceful, tranquil location which was not spoilt by ongoing works nearby. Ideally situated close to 2 golf courses, if you are so inclined, you are still only a short dive from Paphos and an even shorter drive from the airport. This property certainly lived up to our expectations''. |

| "The directions to the property were great and the instructions to obtain the keys were clear also. No problems getting there and getting in. Villa was very impressive and the fridge was stocked with some necessities (milk, bread etc.), which was very welcome after a long trip. There was a bit of building work close by but you are never far away from this in Cyprus nowadays and it was never a distraction (its good to know these things but dont let it put you off). There are some lovely taverns nearby in Kouklia and Mandria and the quality of the food there is so much better than the tourist area of Pafos. All in all, we were delighted with the place and would go back tomorrow if we could." |

| The villa is lovely inside and out, the pool is excellent and larger than the normal size you find in Cyprus, bathrooms were spotless and nicely laid out. Everything we required was there - air-con, bbq, washing machine etc. and again all was modern and well presented. The area was ideal for us, just 5mins from Aphrodites rock and its lovely quite beach, and only a short drive away from Paphos. Well most likely be going back to Paphos and will be looking to book this villa again." |

Paphos Aphrodite Waterpark: 15km Paphos Airport: 7km Larnaca Airport: 100km Secret Valley, is a highly prestigious golf course located by the renowned area of "Petra tou Romiou", the legendary birthplace of Aphrodite, the Goddess of love. It is set in a scenic valley surrounded by mature trees and beautiful natural rock formations. Consistently appearing as the preferred course amongst the island's visiting players in terms of sheer playability and enjoyment Secret Valley really is a must for golfing enthusiasts worldwide. The development is conveniently situated for visits to the islands other golf courses including Aphrodite Hills which is but 2 km away and the newly refurbished Minthis Hills Golf Course (30 mins drive). The popular villages of Pissouri and Kouklia are but a few minutes drive and the main towns of Paphos and Limassol can be reached in under half an hour.
Within Kouklia you will find shops and a good selection of traditional style eateries charging prices that little bit less than the tourist areas of Paphos and Coral Bay. Mandria village square (6km) is also host to some great eateries inclusing a newly opened fish and chip shop. Local (not busy) Beaches can easily be reached at ‘Petra Tou Romiou’, Pissouri, Avdimou in one direction and Coral Bay and Lara in the other. Further details of golf can be found at www.cyprusgolf.com and Aphrodite Hills. Aphrodite Hills is also home to one of the best spa’s in the whole of Paphos. Gym classes run daily and for approx €40 euros per month, you can use all facilities and take classes free of charge. Above Secret Valley itself, lies the road to the Troodos Mountains and Cedar Valley. The route is peppered with other small but charming villages along the way. There is an excellent highway which runs to all corners of Cyprus but the old coast road is the most scenic route. A drive along here past various ancient sites such as Aphrodite's Birthplace and Temple, towards Limassol, taking in Curium, is delightful and is littered with the most beautiful views.
