The villa is the perfect holiday villa for romantic honeymooners, couples, families or groups of up to eight. The beautiful, spacious house is set in calm, serene surroundings and is situated only 3 km from the centre of the gorgeous village of Peyia where you can find restaurants, cafés, a pharmacy and grocery stores for your convenience.

Within 2km is the lovely amenities and amazing coastline of Sea Caves and the renowned area of Agios Georgios, with its fishing harbour, bird sanctuary, cafes/restaurants and access to the Akamas Nature Reserve which hosts the best beach on the West of Cyprus (Lara). Within 4km is an amazing Large Supermarket/Cash and Carry called Philippos. There is very little you can't get there. In the same area is the family resort of Coral Bay for night's out in the vast array of restaurants/bars and other entertainment facilities. Lazy days can be had by the beach in Coral Bay, Sea caves or Agios Georgios.

Villa Manzanillo is 4 bedroom stone built villa with annexe, fully walled & with a well-established garden.

Entrance is via a gated driveway with covered pergola parking for 2 cars.

Walking into villa there is a beautiful pool area with stunning sea & countryside views. The large stone based, 10 x 4m overflowing infinity pool with waterfall feature and 5 roman steps for ease of access gradually slopes away to the deep end (2m) where the pool overflows. (pool-fence option available)**.

The pool & patio area has 7 sun-loungers in various styles with 2 secured hanging style parasols. The glassed patio table has seating for 6, with another table & seating for 4 which can be added. There is a manually operated awning for shade as desired.


Ground Floor

Access from the side door leads to a well-proportioned fully fitted kitchen offers all necessary cooking equipment. The kitchen is fitted with Beko Fridge/Freezer with water dispenser, an AEG dishwasher, Indesit double oven & grill, SMEG electric hob, Whirlpool extractor fan, Sharp microwave, kettle, toaster, Tefal filter coffee machine, Dyson hoover, Hoover steamer, Vax hoover & Russell Hobb iron & ironing board.

With a wide selection of crockery & glass-wear, entertaining in the villa will be easy.

The dining/breakfasting area features a beech-wood dining table & chairs for 6 with 2 large patio windows offers views of the garden, pool area & sea view. Air conditioning & radiator are also present as is a Sony music system for IPod or various CD’s.

Through the stone mounted archway, is the lounge area, with a large patio window for direct access to the pool area.

The Lounge area features 2 x 3 seater large comfortable material sofas, a marble top coffee table on a rug. Wood burning stove (heats main house very well when used). Air conditioning & radiator. A desk & chair. A WIFI router. DM Tech HD ready 32” TV & Panasonic DVD Home Theatre Sound system with 6 speakers. Large DVD selection. A Tiger T6 satellite system. Wooden main door for access to the rear of the villa.

The first of the bedrooms has large 5ft wide king size bed, 2 matching bedside tables & lamps. View over the private pool & garden area. Air conditioning & free-standing fan. A radiator. A good-sized mirror. 2 full sized wardrobes. A hairdryer plus defuser head. An alarm clock.

The first bathroom, offers both a shower cubicle & a separate bath with overhead shower fitting. Electric shaver point. A separate window.

First Floor

Moving upstairs, the stairway has 17 steps, a large window & has a bannister of decorative rope & metal. The top landing has Hotpoint Washing Machine, Hotpoint Tumble Dryer & laundry basket. This area leads out to the top terrace/balcony. To the right at the top of the stairs is the master bedroom which has a large 5ft king size bed with matching bedside tables & lamp. 1 ½ wardrobes space. TV mounted on wall. The en-suite bathroom has a shower & WC facility. There is air conditioning & radiators.

The Annexe

The Annexe offers 2 bedrooms, a kitchenette and a bathroom.

The galley style kitchenette has been equipped with a SMEG washing machine, SMEG electric hob & Oven Grill, Lux Air extractor fan, Whirlpool fridge, Hinari microwave, kettle toaster & George Foreman Grill & a pot above the sink. There is a folding breakfast bar with 2 bar stools.

The first bedroom has a 5ft King size bed, bedside table & lamps. 1 ½ wardrobes. Air con or radiator. Hairdryer & defuser head. A Russel Hobb iron. Patio doors to deck chair & table under the sail fitted outside the annexe.

The second bedroom, twin room with 1 bedside table & lamp. Air conditioning & radiator. Patio door to the deck chair under the shade of the sail.

The annexe has separate bathroom, with a shower cubicle.


The top roof terrace/balcony benefits from stunning 360” views, a comfortable sofa set, 2 single & 1 x 3 seater sofa set with low level wicker coffee table. A higher metal chair for sitting at the mosaic topped table. Shade is from the sails fitted to the pergola & a free hanging parasol. 4 pillar post lights. Access to metal spiral stairway (15 steps) back down the BBQ area & pool side. A wall mounted brabantia washing line.

The wooden bench & large stone built BBQ is located in between the annexe & main villa. There is also a modern outside pool shower.

The crazy paving pathway through the garden & down the 12 steps leads to the full double sized hard surfaced badminton court which can be used for mini-tennis and is surrounded with white chipping. 2 small sized football nets are supplied as are rackets and other equipment.

The shade is provided by the various trees of both evergreen & fruit trees. There are 2 cushioned wooden benches or 4 single metal framed too for those who wish to spectate the games.

The centrepiece of the exterior is a beautiful pool area with stunning sea & countryside views. ** As an extra note/observation to the private pool. We found the water temperature to be 30 degrees in late May which could be attributed to the type of liner.

''The villa provided a wonderful setting for our week in Cyprus. It is everything we were told it would be, and more. It is finely furnished, very comfortable, fully stocked and extremely well kept. The infinity pool was luxury. The terrace gave us the perfect place to watch the sun rise over breakfast and to see it turn red and sink into the sea before an evening spent with a bottle of wine and the occasional roar of the lions in the nearby zoo. The gardens surrounding the villa are beautiful and filled with a variety of plants and trees. The situation of the villa, set quietly away from the road, made it a great place to relax, whilst giving access to Peyia and beyond with very little difficulty. There is a good restaurant just down the road and a supermarket which has everything a bit further on. The 'strip' near Coral Bay has lots of touristy bars for evenings out and, of course, Paphos is not far away. The church at St. George is simply stunning and there is a lovely drive to be had over the mountain road to Polis and Lakki. We really enjoyed our holiday this year and we enjoyed Villa Manzanillo most of all. We know you will too. Sandra, June and Rob.''

Agios Georgios is home 4-5 traditional tavernas serving BBQ'd meat, Fresh Fish and local dishes of the highest quality. The taverna by the monastery which overlooks the sea and bird sanctuary welcomes locals and visitors from all over Paphos due to its reputation for fresh fish. great meats, vegetables and value for money. paphos Zoo is also in the area as is George's ranch for aspiring and more serious horse riders.

The monastery at Agios Georgios is beautifully architectured and is always a draw for visitors to the area. Other things to do in the area include Paphos Bird Park (now Paphos Zoo), reptile park, horse riding, Akamas Peninsular & Lara Nature Reserve, hiking/walking, buggy safaris, 4 x 4 safaris, sea caves area, sailing and many more. Amusement and water parks in Paphos are also easily accessible from Coral Bay as are numerous archaeological ruins such as the Tombs of the Kings.

Situated 12kms from Paphos on the west coast of Cyprus and just 3km from Sea Caves, Coral Bay is a delightful resort renowned for its superb (blue flag) sandy beaches. The main thoroughfare of Coral Bay is lined with a small but ample selection of shops, restaurants, banks and bars giving you everything you need for a relaxing holiday without losing any of its local charm. Life in Coral Bay tends to be based around the sandy bay with calm shallow waters, also offering a wide selection of water sports, it is perfect for a day out for all the family.

The Sea Caves area, like much of Paphos, was once rural and barren land but over recent years the Sea Caves area has changed dramatically. Now the Sea Caves area is one of the finest residential areas in Cyprus, offering some of the most exclusive villas in the island. This is not surprising when you consider its breathtaking rugged Cypriot coastline and small sandy coves with crystal clear Mediterranean waters. Sunsets in the region are simply magical. Is a perfect spot for snorkelling and scuba diving or topping up your sun tan. Oniro by the Sea restaurant is now known as one of the best in the region. The village of Peyia is one of the most picturesque and popular villages in the Paphos area. Peyia is spread over a large area with the village centre having many good amenities including bars, restaurants, tavernas, shops and banks. Peyia is a typical Cypriot village. A beautiful ancient church forms the heart of the village while the narrow streets and alleyways are full of old and interesting houses adorned with colourful flowers and citrus trees. The Centre of Peyia is still largely unspoilt with lively tavernas and friendly locals. You can also buy all your provisions including fresh meat and bread in the shops in Peyia. The early morning aroma of freshly baked bread, sweet and savoury local pastries and cakes coming from the Peyia bakery is almost too much to resist!

Golf can be found at Minthis Hills, Elea Estate, Secret Valley & Aphrodite Hills, all within 45 minutes drive of the villa. If you want to get out and explore some fantastic scenery, take a trip to the Akamas, Polis, Latchi or even Troodos mountains. The Akamas is an untouched part of Cyprus with unspoilt coastline and traditional fish taverns in stunning seaside locations. Troodos is of course the main mountain range in Cyprus, not many people know that in the can ski! Skytrees Villa in Agios Georgios may well be the perfect location for a vacation retreat.
