Both the lounge and dining areas have opening doors leading out onto the impressive terraces and private pool area.

The lounge is smartly designed with traditional stone built sofas and comfortable cushions. There is a TV and DVD player plus a selection of board games for entertainment.

The dining area has a long modern design table with eight chairs.

The particularly spacious kitchen is fully equipped with appliances in stainless steel. These include oven, hob and large hood, tall fridge freezer, integrated Bosch dishwasher and washing machine.

Villa Naxos is fully air-conditioned, has ceiling fans fitted throughout and has a supply of fresh drinking water to the kitchen. The water is heated by solar panels on the roof. The villa also benefits from a UK style sanitary system meaning toliet tissue can be flushed away.
