For your convenience, a local shop and diner is approx 400m away. The Marina Complex Penthouse boasts a large open plan living/dining area and three bedrooms, one with en-suite. There are two twin bedrooms and a double, all with comfortable beds and fitted wardrobes. Two of the bedrooms share a balcony overlooking the pool. There is also a main bathroom with shower/bath. The luxury beech kitchen is finished with black granite worktops and splashbacks and is complimented by stainless steel appliances including washing machine and dishwasher. THE LIVING AREAS Marina Complex Apartment's large open plan living space comprises the lounge, dining area and kitchen. In the living area there are two large leather sofas with matching swivel chair for relaxing and coffee table. A widescreen TV with Satellite channels, surround sound and DVD/CD is provided should you fancy a night in. The dining area features a stylish table and chairs for six people. Attention to detail has been paramount with soft furnishings carefully selected and co-ordinated to ensure your comfort. From the lounge and dining area there are two large patio doors that lead out onto the large terrace. Here there is ample room for lounging and eating al-fresco looking down over the landscaped gardens and pool. BEDROOMS All bedrooms are air conditioned and have ceiling fans. Quality mattresses have been used throughout for your comfort. Note that all beds in Marina Complex Apartment can be made up as singles or super king sized doubles for total flexibility. MASTER BEDROOM The master bedroom at Marina Complex Apartment has a contemporary yet luxury feel with a hand made iron bed with matching dressing table and bedside tables. Soft furnishings are fully co-ordinated throughout complementing the quality bedding.Built-in wardrobes provide ample drawer and hanging space. This room also has the benefit of a built-in safe for your security. A hairdryer is provided. There is a luxury en-suite shower room including shower, basin and toilet. A pumped water system ensures a powerful shower at all times. There is access to the second balcony that overlooks the pool and is furnished with a second table and chairs. Marina Complex Penthouse occupies the complete top floor with two balconies overlooking the landscaped gardens with pool, children's splash pool and underground changing rooms. Marina Complex includes twenty nine similar apartments, has two swimming pools available in the summer months, one for adults and one for children, with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. |

| "Although we normally go for a villa, I have to say that this was a great penthouse with all mod cons and in a fantastic location. No car hire needed. The cafe just 250m had surprisingly good food and a great atmosphere. It only took 10 minutes to get to all the main bars and restaurants which was ideal as the complex itself was very quiet at night. We would definitely recommend to others. Thanks again. |
