The apartment itself, is spacious and modern in its design and has been tastefully furnished throughout with all fittings being of the highest quality. The apartment has been equipped as a home and all the little extras make a big difference. On entering this ground floor apartment, you pass the fully equipped kitchen to your right and move into the main living areas. The kitchen's fitted units are accompanied by matching work surfaces, tiled splashbacks and stainless steel handles. Appliances include fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven, hob and hood and microwave. From the kitchen you enter the spacious and open plan lounge/dining area. The dining table seats 4, as does the lounge which has very comfortable leather sofas. The lounge has further benefit of TV with satellite and DVD for entertainment. Access from the lounge can be gained through full width patio doors to a generously sized terrace which in turn leads out to the tropical pool area. The south facing terrace features a table and chairs to seat 4 as well as 4 sun loungers for further relaxation, and overlooks the pool area and Mediterranean Sea in the distance. Shade can be gained as required making the area being the perfect place for alfresco dining, relaxing, socialising and generally soaking up the warm Cyprus sunshine. The property has 2 double sized bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a large double bed and en-suite facilities that includes large cubicle with shower, wc and w/h basin. The second bedroom has 2 single sized beds and close access to the central shower room. Between the 2 bedrooms is the aforementioned luxurious and fully tiled shower room with shower, tray, wc and w/h basin. The property is fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans having been fitted throughout. There are also electric background heaters for further comfort in Winter Evenings. Shutters and flyscreens are present on all windows, assisting privacy, security and keeping the apartment dark and cool as required. An electronic safe has been fitted for safekeeping of valuables. A supply of fresh drinking water is supplied to the apartment and the water is heated by solar panels. |

The complex is intimately designed with character throughout and all apartments benefit from the wonderfully designed semi-circular pool area which is decorated by palm trees, rockery and wooden bridges with stainless steel balustrades. Other high quality specifications include, controlled and secure entrance to underground car parking, door entry systems, elevator to all floors, marble staircases/landings and communal changing rooms and showers to name just a few. |

| "We had a fantastic fortnight, Recommend to book taxi before arrival, Andy the taxi driver was so helpful, we arrived at the apartment quite late, all the essentials was there, milk, bread, T bags etc, the complex is spotless, quiet but 10 minutes walk to bars, restaurant and entertainment. If looking for good home cooking, the Deveonshire is excellent food, The Harbour is 45 minutes walk away, The old town and meerket is 10 minutes away. Well worth a visit. Would definately go back" |

| "We have just returned from a fabulous fortnight at Megas Alexandros. The ground floor apartment was particularly suitable for us as we are a family with two children and being able to relax on the terrace and still be able to see the children playing in the swimming pool was a huge bonus to us. The apartment was clean and very well equipped and I cannot think of anything that was not provided for our stay. There was no need to pack towels for using around the pool as there were plenty of these provided and even the kitchen cupboards were stocked with basics like tea, coffee and sugar and there was butter, milk and wine in the fridge when we arrived. The management team were very helpful in arranging a reasonably priced taxi transfer to and from the airport for us and, as our return flight was late at night, they arranged a late check-out for us which meant we could stay in the apartment until early evening rather than the usual morning check-out for a reasonable charge. As for the location of the apartment, the Tombs of the Kings Road is just a 10 minute walk downhill where there are many restaurants and bars to choose from. However, if you dont fancy straying too far there is a taverna serving drinks and traditional style food right across the road from the complex. A 10 minute walk in the opposite direction takes you to the Old Town with its markets and shops. I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and, credit crunch permitting, we plan to return again in 2009. Thanks for a holiday to remember. " |

The extras such as hairdryer, tongs, straighteners, washing machine, iron and ironing board and the extras such as the bottle of wine and fruit bowl, unlimited towels made the whole stay perfect. The pool was gorgeous and very picturesque and the staff who looked after the booking and while we were there were top class and extremely friendly. Its a short walk from the pubs and restaurants but with a handy taverna across the road and generally a nice distance from the hustle and bustle. We had friends staying in local hotels who we met everyday and they couldnt believe the standard of the apartment when they visited. We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to anyone and will definitely return. Its the best standard of accomodation we have ever stayed in." |
