With its central location, this spacious 3 bedroom townhouse at the small Kellys Dream complex in the residential Universal district of Kato Paphos, is ideally situated. Close to all local amenities and within a short walking distance of many famous attractions such as Paphos Harbour, The Mosaics, Tombs of the Kings and Bar Street, as well as beaches/water sports, gym/tennis facilities and a good variety of restaurants. A short car/bus ride to Paphos Town and Coral Bay. The house, accommodating up to six people and with its shared pool, has also proved to be a perfect choice for wedding guests requiring accommodation in the Paphos area. |

The property is deceptively spacious, smartly designed and furnished and offers a vast choice of seating and relaxation areas between, lounge, dining area, balconies, terraces and rear gazebo/ BBQ area. The property is well equipped throughout with downstairs benefiting from modern kitchen, dining area (seating 6), lounge with chunky and fashionable brown sofas and silver TV (with Satellite-FTV) and a very useful downstairs bedroom with access to a terrace overlooking pool as well as a shower room/WC. To the rear there is a garden area with tables and chairs and gazebo with Gas cooking facilities and pergola for privacy and shade when required. An ideal place for alfresco dining and entertaining. Upstairs, there are 2 further bedrooms, the master enjoying a balcony which overlooks the pool and the second twin room enjoying access to the aforementioned balcony as well as a terrace which accommodates 4 sun loungers for relaxing and soaking up the sunshine. A spacious family bathroom with modern bath and shower over completes the upstairs. The property benefits from Air-Conditioning throughout for heat/cool, has ceiling fans and 2 wall mounted heaters downstairs. A safety deposit box is also provided. |

To the front of the house is the generously proportioned kidney shaped pool and poolside relaxation area (which is shared by only 6 properties), 4 sun loungers are supplied for use in this area which allows a good degree of privacy for you and your party of guests. Private parking is available for those guests who wish to hire a car.

It was very big for the 3 of us but it was lovely to have the extra space as we got married in Paphos so alot of our guests came to visit us at the villa. Colin was always on hand if we needed anything and they came halfway through our stay to clean sheets etc which was lovely as we just expected to do them ourselves. We hired a car which is not essential but it did come in handy for quick trips to the supermarket, beach, harbour and coral bay. | "This was our second year running at Kellys Dream and I have to say it was even better than the last time. The owners have made quite a few improvements and we met up with people we had spent time with last year also. The kids adore the pool area and we can just sit back and soak up the sunshine while they play until their hearts content. The weather was amazing. Not too hot, just sunny and warm every day. We went out to the nearby bars and restaurants most nights and sat outside having a a great time. There are no negatives about this villa for us at all and I am just looking at flights with a view to booking up for next year also. The service we receive from everyone here is second to none. | "We had a lovely time in a lovely villa, the baby loved the pool in his little floating seat and not only did we have the use of the pool to ourselves, he made friends with other children when they were in the pool. The cot and drapes were beautiful that had been hired. The taxi booked for us was brand new and excellent value and even took us back to the villa when the wonderful cleaners phoned them to tell us that we had left something behind. The Apomero nearby was our favourite restaurant and then we had a 5/10 minute stroll to the harbour by turning left or right were you found lots of bars and restaurants with set menus. If you dont hire a car the number 15 bus takes you through Paphos and to Coral Bay. We would recommend to anyone visiting Paphos." |

| "We had a fabulous stay at Kellys dream, the villa was very nicely decorated, spacious and clean. The pool was fab, in particular because we only had to share it with one other family. It being next to a road is strange at first, but we got used to it and enjoyed the comfortable sun loungers. The villa was around 10 minutes walk from the centre of Kato Paphos, easy walking distance and far enough out to not be in the midst of all the bars and restaurants. Steven was incredibly helpful, made sure everything was ok and booked our taxi for us before our arrival. We had a visit from Colin (?) during our stay making sure we were happy with everything. Great service! All in all, we loved our time there and would recommend the place to others without hesitation." |
