Villa Stella in Peyia, Paphos, Cyprus is a spacious, modern luxury villa with three bedrooms (one en-suite), two bathrooms and cloakroom that sleeps six. Villa Stella features stunning interior design, an elevated position with sea and mountain views, stone detailed exterior, private pool, air conditioned throughout, washing machine, dishwasher, enclosed garden and wireless internet. Convenient location close to shops, restaurants and bars. Villa Stella is only a few minutes drive from the famous Coral Bay resort with its blue flag beach and Peyia village centre. Karen from Buriton said, "We have been travelling to Cyprus for many years and this is one of the best villas we have stayed in. Its position is excellent, very well furnished and all of a very high standard. The villa is exceptionally well managed by Louise and Gary they were both very friendly and helpful. We've already booked to return in 11 weeks time!"

First impressions at Villa Stella in Peyia are the modern clean lines and smart design features. The ground floor is light, bright and airy and has a large open plan space comprising lounge, dining area and kitchen. The lounge has two large three seater chocolate leather sofas and a large TV with Satellite and DVD. The dining table has high backed leather cushioned chairs with large wooden table seating six comfortably. Large sliding doors open out from the dining area to the outside terrace and private pool. Villa Stella's kitchen is well equipped with fitted units in beech, black granite work surfaces and mosaic tiled splashbacks. Major stainless steel appliances include tall fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob and hood and microwave. A fully tiled cloakroom completes the internal areas of the ground floor. Upstairs at Villa Stella in Peyia the master bedroom features a king-sized bed, patio doors to balcony and an en-suite shower room which has a large double cubicle and great sea views. The second bedroom is a twin room and shares access to the upstairs balcony which is a great feature of the house with table, chairs and great views to both the Mediterranean sea and surrounding mountains. The third bedroom is also a twin room with its own balcony and views to the mountains in the east. Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes and bedside units. Completing the upstairs is a spacious family bathroom with shower, bath, wc and wash hand basin. Villa Stella at Peyia is fully air-conditioned, has wireless internet, has fly screens fitted throughout and has a supply of fresh drinking water to the kitchen. The water is heated by solar panels on the roof.

Villa Stella is attractively designed with decorative stonework as a feature. Villa Stella is accessed by a long private driveway with gates that leads to a covered car port and enclosed garden. Villa Stella has a private pool with ample room for sunloungers (six supplied). A covered terrace with table and chairs is accessed from the lounge and dining area providing the ideal place for relaxing in the shade, taking in the views, alfresco dining and socialising with your party by the side of the private pool.

The beach at Coral bay was clean & sandy with plenty of water sports. | "This is a beautifully furnished and very well equipped house within easy driving distance of everything we wanted to see and do. The pool area is a bit exposed as the house is in a residential area (very quiet) but this will soon be solved as the shrubs grow. We were warmly met by Gary & Louise and Gary attended the pool during our stay. Steven from my cyprus lets kindly called at the start of our visit to see that all was well ... with some nice wine too!! Otherwise we were left to ourselves to enjoy the holiday which is exactly how we like it!!! " |

Winding up through the banana plantations after a short drive along the coast road from Paphos brings you to Peyia. Villa Stella has a delightful position on the Peyia hillside overlooking the sea at Coral Bay. Peyia is a typical Cypriot village. A beautiful ancient church forms the heart of the village while the narrow streets and alleyways are full of old and interesting houses adorned with colourful flowers and citrus trees. Peyia is still largely unspoilt with lively tavernas and friendly locals. You can also buy all your provisions including fresh meat and bread in the shops in Peyia. The early morning aroma of freshly baked bread, sweet and savoury local pastries and cakes coming from the Peyia bakery is almost too much to resist! Things to do in the Peyia area include many watersports on the beach at Coral Bay, diving, Paphos Bird and Animal Park, horse riding, visiting the protected Akamas Peninsula and Lara Beach Nature Reserve (famous for turtles), hiking/walking, buggy safaris, 4 x 4 safaris, the Sea Caves and Agios Georgios area, sailing and many more. From Peyia the attractions in Paphos and renowned Paphos Aphrodite Water Park are also easily accessible, as are numerous archaeological ruins in Paphos such as the Tombs of the Kings and Paphos Archaeological Park. If you want to get out and explore Cyprus' fantastic scenery, take a trip to the Akamas Peninsula, Polis, Latchi or even the Troodos mountains. The Akamas is an untouched part of Cyprus with unspoilt coastline and traditional fish taverns in stunning seaside locations.Troodos is the main mountain range in Cyprus, not many people know that in the winter....you can ski!
