First impressions on entering the villa are the modern clean lines and smart design features.

The lounge has a TV with Satellite & DVD player, accompanied by a comfortable wicker style sofa and matching chair.

The breakfasting area has four high backed chairs with round table to seat four.

The kitchen is well equipped with fitted units, granite work surfaces and tiled splashbacks. Major appliances include a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob and hood and microwave oven.

As the villa is all on one level (great for the elderly or infirm), access to each of the three bedrooms is from the adjacent hallway.

The master bedroom has patio doors opening out to the private pool and outdoor living areas. It has fitted wardrobes and a lovely en-suite shower room with an enclosed Jacuzzi style steam shower as its centrepiece.

The second bedroom has a king-size bed and fitted wardrobes.

The third bedroom is a twin room with two large single sized beds and fitted wardrobes.

The villa is fully air-conditioned, has fly screens fitted throughout and has a supply of fresh drinking water to the kitchen. The Winning Post is a prime positioned holiday villa within an affluent area known as 'Sea Caves'.

Nearby is the Akamas, a protected area of outstanding natural beauty with one of the best beaches in Cyprus at Lara, yet still close to Coral Bay and the bustling village of Peyia with their shops, bars and restaurants.

The Winning Post is just a 10-15 minute walk to a few of the best known local restaurants in the area that provide good food, hospitality and views within a peaceful and relaxing setting, next to some of the areas many banana plantations.

The Sea Caves area, like much of Paphos, was once rural and barren land. Over recent years the Sea Caves area has changed dramatically. Now Sea Caves is one of the finest residential areas in Cyprus with some of the most exclusive villas on the island. It has the unique combination of breathtaking rugged Cypriot coastline and small sandy coves with crystal clear Mediterranean Sea waters. Sunsets in the region are simply magical.

Following along beside the sea from Sea Caves you come to the pretty, picturesque fishing village and harbour of Agios Georgios with a small sand/shingle beach. Agios Georgios, like Sea Caves, is a perfect spot for snorkelling and scuba diving or topping up your sun tan. We strongly recommend tasting the local speciality "fish meze" in one of the selection of small family run restaurants at Agios Georgios. The dramatic sunsets and amazing coastline beside the Mediterranean Sea are not to be missed.

Going the other way takes you to Coral Bay, noted for its blue flag beaches of with soft sand and crystal clear sea waters. Coral Bay's main street includes shops and restaurants open year round. In the summer Coral Bay has an excellent choice of restaurants, bars, and night clubs if you want to dance the night away.

Other things you can do in the Sea Caves area include many watersports on the beach at Coral Bay, diving, visiting the Paphos Bird and Animal Park, horse riding, visiting the protected Akamas Peninsula and Lara Beach Nature Reserve (famous for turtles), hiking/walking, buggy safaris, 4 x 4 safaris, sailing and many more. The sights of Paphos and the renowned Paphos Aphrodite Water Park are also easily accessible, as are numerous archaeological ruins in Paphos such as the Tombs of the Kings and Paphos Archaeological Park.
