The villa sits right on the water's edge separated from the Mediterranean Sea only by a clear blue private swimming pool, a wonderful decked area and a mature garden that slopes gently down 30m towards the Mediterranean Sea's edge. In the morning, you'll hear the waves lapping up on the beach giving a blissful awakening for you and your party of guests. In the evening, you can enjoy the most dramatic sunsets too.

The ground floor level includes the lounge with satellite TV and comfortable sofas; the dining area that seats six and the cutting edge kitchen with all modern conveniences including dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer included. The lounge and dining area open out onto the patio, private swimming pool and garden area, overlooking the bright blue Mediterranean Sea. The villa faces south to maximise your time absorbing the warm rays and building your tan. Also on the ground floor level of Sunrise Beach Villa there is a twin bedroom with a private walk in shower room and WC - ideal for elderly or infirm guests who need ever only use three steps throughout the whole villa. On the upper level is the master bedroom with king-sized bed that opens out onto a large full-width balcony facing the sparkling blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea. There is also a second king-sized bedroom on the upper level, with patio doors leading out onto the full width balcony - perfect for morning coffees or breakfast whilst watching the sea ripple and the odd little boat sail by. Between the two bedrooms on the upper level is a luxury shower room with double sized shower tray and an open landing area at the top of the stairs. Sunrise Beach Villa also has a cool lower basement level below ground with table tennis table and a further shower room. Immediately outside the villa is the inviting private pool and large crazy-paved area. Beyond that, a smartly designed decking area with lighting provides a choice of areas for sun worshipping, alfresco dining and evening entertainment. From there, a lawned area slopes down gently towards the Mediterranean Sea, just at the end of the garden. Sunrise Beach Villa in Coral Bay is equipped with a large round wooden table, six chairs and parasol and six sun loungers to help soak up every ounce of that long awaited holiday sunshine. There's also a gas barbeque to make it easy to prepare your own Cypriot cuisine.

Distances Coral Bay Beach/ Sea: At the end of the garden (Main Tourist Beach 750m) Coral Bay Area The blue flag beaches of Corallia and Coral Bay with soft sand and crystal clear waters are within a 5-10 min walk. Coral Bay's main street of shops and restaurants is also within walking distance, making this one of the most conveniently situated holiday villas in Coral Bay. In the summer Coral Bay has an excellent choice of restaurants, bars, and night clubs if you want to dance the night away. An excellent bus service takes you from Coral Bay into the town of Paphos with its historical harbour, gift shops and restaurants. Also be sure to visit the 'Old Town' of Paphos with its blend of high quality shops and traditional markets. Don't fancy the bus? Taxis are readily available 24 hours a day in Coral Bay. Things to do in the Coral Bay area include many watersports on the beach at Coral Bay, diving, Paphos Bird and Animal Park, horse riding, visiting the protected Akamas Peninsula and Lara Beach Nature Reserve (famous for turtles), hiking/walking, buggy safaris, 4 x 4 safaris, the Sea Caves and Agios Georgios area, sailing and many more. From Coral Bay the amusements in Paphos and renowned Paphos Aphrodite Water Park are also easily accessible, as are numerous archaeological ruins in Paphos such as the Tombs of the Kings and Paphos Archaeological Park. If you want to get out and explore Cyprus' fantastic scenery, take a trip to the Akamas Peninsula, Polis, Latchi or even the Troodos mountains. The Troodos is of course the main mountain range in Cyprus, not many people know that in the winter....you can ski! The Akamas is an untouched part of Cyprus with unspoilt coastline and traditional fish taverns in stunning seaside locations.  |
