Cyprus - Paphos, Tala

This is a modern high specification villa situated within a small leafy (and peaceful) cul-de-sac, only a few minutes walk from Tala Village Square, with its diverse collection of bars, restaurants and tavernas. All 3 bedrooms have En-Suite or adjacent bathrooms and overlook the garden, private pool and Sea.

DETAILS OF THE INTERIOR

The furnishings are not typical of a rental property; the owners have equipped the villa to a very high standard (thus the beds are orthopaedic and sofas are nice and comfy!). The open plan ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, benefiting from an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, and washing machine. The living area is stylishly furnished with a flatscreen TV (with satellite to include BBC & ITV channels), DVD and CD player. The dining area is furnished with a dining table that comfortably seats 6. The first double bedroom with king-size bed is located on the ground floor and has patio doors that open directly on to the pool terrace. A separate shower room is located close by. Ideal for those who don't want to climb stairs to bed! A bright and open white marble staircase, leads to the first floor where the spacious landing area (with picture window and seating) and remaining bedrooms are located. The spacious master bedroom features a king-size bed and has a full en-suite bathroom. Patio doors lead onto a large balcony with 'Rattan' sofa set affording a relaxing setting to enjoy the sunshine and views (maybe even with a glass of wine in hand). The final bedroom is a twin bedded room with adjacent shower room and a private balcony overlooking the swimming pool. All 3 Bedrooms benefit from ample cupboard and hanging space. Air-conditioning (which is included in the price) is provided in all bedrooms, living area and kitchen. All bed linen and towels are provided and changed weekly.

DETAILS OF THE EXTERIOR

The 8m x 4m private pool is surrounded by a large sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds (6), parasols (3) and a poolside shower. A traditional stone built BBQ is provided along with table and chairs (2 sets) for alfresco dining at all times of day and on those warm summer evenings. The pool, gardens & terraces are all illuminated at night. The Privacy fencing to the front of the garden provides additional screening.

"The property is in a beuatiful location, quiet and picturesque, but just round the corner from Tala Squar, which is 5 minutes walk, with many places to eat. The villa was fantastic, couldnt have asked for anything more, everything required was provided from a dishcloth to a barbeque!! Pool cleaned twice while we were there, spotless!! Hannah who met us at the villa was very helpful we contacted her a couple of times and nothing was too much trouble. The villa is approximately 15 mins drive from Pathos harbour, which we didnt find a proble as we hired a car for the duration of our holiday. Will definately, come back again without hesitation, looking to book for next year. Thankyou for a fantastic holiday!!"

"Following our visit to Cyprus in July, we are very pleased to recommend this excellent villa. We found the villa to be bright, very spacious and fitted out to a very high standard. The pool and patio areas are well equipped in order to take advantage of eating out of doors from morning until night. In addition the upstairs balcony affords lovely views and a perfect place to relax and watch the sunset. The modern air conditioning system proved to be essential considering the lovely Cyprus sunshine. There are a number of local restaurants in Tala which we can recommend. Due to the location, being a fifteen minute drive from Paphos, a car is recommended but not essential.''
