Holmes Place is a quiet collection of fourteen apartments located in the village of Peyia This contemporary styled apartment is in a great position in a quiet corner, near the swimming pool on the ground floor, and also has its very own garden and private pool.

The apartment itself enjoys a spacious lounge area with leather sofas and Silver TV (with Satellite), a breakfast bar area next to modern kitchen with beech units, black granite work surfaces and stainless steel appliances, modern bathroom and 2 double sized bedrooms. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and glass blocks as features, the master having a king-sized bed and the other which opens out on to the terrace being a double. A Z-Bed to sleep and extra guest is available upon request. | |

This apartment is on the ground floor with a terrace overlooking the communal gardens and pool from the front and an enclosed private garden to the side. The private garden has been carefully planned with mature plants and landscaping and enjoys panoramic views of the Peyia hillside. There is plenty room for sun loungers and tables and chairs for alfresco dining. The centrepiece of the garden is a lovely 5m x 3m private swimming pool with adjacent pool shower which itself has been beautifully enclosed with a stone cubicle. The apartment is close to the large 12m x 6m communal pool with has good space for sun loungers and umbrellas for everyone to enjoy. There is a small splash-pool for children too. ![]() |

The agents are very good, I had a problem with my air conditioning and someone came the same day and sorted it out. The whole complex is lovely, quiet and clean and the residents near by friendly and helpfull. I will definately go back " |

If you need airport transfers it is well worth contacting Steve & get him to arrange Andy to collect you (we could not of had a warmer welcome on our first visit to Cyprus nor more help in leaving as we had a midnight flight the guy was terrific).We will certainly return to Vinces Villa at Holmes Place in the not to distant future. Full of atmosphere, Peyia offers several coffee shops, supermarkets and a variety of quaint taverns for all tastes. Peyia provides residents with a warm welcome and a real taste of Cyprus while being only a mile from the blue flag beach resort of Coral Bay, which boasts the best beaches in this unspoilt corner of the country.
The complex is easy walking distance (300-600m) from a supermarket, 2 shops, a bakery, a bank, a fitness centre, 2 restaurants and a bar. Things to do in the area include Paphos Bird Park, Reptile Park, Horse Riding, Akamas Nature Reserve & Lara Beach, Hiking/Walking, Buggy Safaris, 4 x 4 Safaris, Sea Caves area, Sailing and many more. Amusement and water parks in Paphos are also easily accessible from Coral Bay as are numerous archaeological ruins such as the Tombs of the Kings. The Akamas is an untouched part of Cyprus with unspoilt coastline and traditional fish taverns in stunning seaside locations.
